EXPOSING GOVERNMENT CORRUPTION AND THE NEW WORLD ORDER
The United States government is now actively directing the attention of the U.S. military towards the American people. Using the phony war on terror, the Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Northern Command (NORTHCOM) are creating a militarized control grid specifically to enslave the American people. One thing is clear, neither of these agencies abide by the Constitution. In fact, both agencies by themselves are unconstitutional and should be abolished. Despite this, it is expected that they would at least try to follow the supreme law of the land which is the Constitution regardless of the unconstitutionality of the institutions themselves. Amazingly, NORTHCOM is now openly admitting that they do not follow the Constitution. NORTHCOM recently issued a press release talking about how they handle intelligence oversight and they stated that their goal in conducting intelligence oversight includes ensuring that presidential directives and executive orders are abided by during intelligence gathering operations. Of course, they don’t specifically mention anything about abiding by the Constitution. This is disturbing considering the hundreds of unconstitutional executive orders issued by George W. Bush, Bill Clinton and others. In fact some even argue that executive orders by themselves aren’t constitutional. If NORTHCOM is saying that the oversight of their intelligence gathering operations consist of ensuring these executive orders and directives are followed, than they are not concerned with following the Constitution.
The following is taken from NORTHCOM’s press release on a recent intelligence oversight conference.
Safeguarding the privacy rights of U.S. persons is critical to the Department of Defense agencies that conduct intelligence activities in support of the nation’s homeland defense and homeland security.
To ensure the rights of all U.S. persons are protected, DoD established an Intelligence Oversight program to ensure that all military intelligence, counterintelligence, and intelligence related activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, presidential executive orders and DoD directives and regulations.
In its continuing effort to ensure compliance with the DoD IO program, North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command sponsored the 1st Annual World-Wide Intelligence Oversight Conference Dec. 4-6 at Joint Task Force North Headquarters on Fort Bliss, Texas.
They admit that intelligence operations will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws, presidential executive orders and DoD directives and regulations. There are countless unconstitutional executive orders, so this admission means that they are not concerned with following the Constitution. If applicable laws include the Constitution, than how can they follow the Constitution and the many executive orders that are unconstitutional and unapplicable as it applies to the supreme law of the land?
NORTHCOM has already admitted that their goal is to form a militarized police state by the year by 2020 that will likely be used to control the domestic population of people within the United States, Canada and Mexico. They describe an apparent martial law apparatus for the coming North American Union superstate. NORTHCOM has also already conducted various martial law type exercises in preperation for a potential domestic insurrection. NORTHCOM has also stated that these exercises will continue and that they will become more sophisticated.
As reported by Blackanthem Military News, NORTHCOM is already starting to integrate their operations with various U.S. and Canadian federal agencies including with the Department of Homeland Security.
U.S. Northern Command is cementing a vast network of relationships critical to protecting the homeland against attacks or natural disasters and providing a unified response should one occur, its commander said today.
Since it was established a year after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, Northern Command has formed critical partnerships with the Department of Homeland Security, about 60 other U.S. and Canadian federal agencies and the states, Air Force Gen. Victor E. “Gene” Renuart Jr. said.
This is all very bad news for the American people who simply want the government to follow the Constitution. Not only is NORTHCOM admitting that they do not follow the Constitution but they are working to destroy the sovereignty of all three North American countries by integrating and forming partnerships with institutions within the different countries. Combined this with the fact that the Department of Homeland Security is attempting to implement a multi-billion dollar domestic spy satellite system along with all sorts of other unconstitutional surveillance programs and there is little doubt that a militarized control grid is being built around the American people.
NORTHCOM and the Department of Homeland Security should be abolished immediately. These institutions themselves are unconstitutional, they perform unconstitutional activities and NORTHCOM now has admitted that they don’t follow the Constitution. These institutions will no doubt be used to further descend this country into absolute tyranny.

Harman’s bill has been called, quite properly, a “thought crime bill.”

Oct. 2, 2007 | WASHINGTON — On Sept. 16, 2007, a convoy of Blackwater contractors guarding State Department employees entered a crowded square near the Mansour district in Baghdad, Iraq. But versions of what caused the ensuing bloodshed diverge. Employees from the firm claim they were attacked by gunmen and responded within the rules of engagement, fighting their way out of the square after one of their vehicles was disabled. Iraqi police and witnesses instead report that the contractors opened fire first, shooting at a small car driven by a couple with their child that did not get out of the convoy’s way as traffic slowed. At some point in the 20-minute gunfight, Iraqi police and army forces stationed in watchtowers above the square also began firing. Other Iraqi security forces and Blackwater quick-reaction forces soon reportedly joined the battle. There are also reports that one Blackwater employee may even have pointed his weapon at his fellow contractors, in an effort to get them to cease firing.

We had a video of the actual murders on this blog, but soon after it was made public, the account was stopped and removed for violations of terms of service, and now the account says removed by publisher.
Looks like more political corruption and more likely than not, Google and Youtube has squashed freedom of speech and the free press.
Why else would the video be removed and then the reason for removal changed?

“On September 28, by a vote of 65-34, the Senate formally passed S. 3930, the Military Commissions Act of 2006 (MCA). The next day, the House of Representatives followed suit, passing the act by a vote of 250-170, . . . [whereby] “alien unlawful enemy combatants … [to be] subject to trial by military commissions” without the constitutional safeguards American citizens possess against illegal detainment and judicial railroading.”(5) As far as an American citizen is concerned the definition of the term ‘unlawful enemy combatant‘ has ominous import for them. The law states the following: “(1) UNLAWFUL ENEMY COMBATANT - (A) The term ‘unlawful enemy combatant’ means–”(6)
“(i) a person who has engaged in hostilities or who has purposefully and materially supported hostilities against the United States or its co-belligerents who is not a lawful enemy combatant (including a person who is part of the Taliban, al-Qaeda, or associated forces); or “(6)
“(ii) a person who, before, on, or after the date of the enactment of the Military Commissions Act of 2006, has been determined to be an unlawful enemy combatant by a Combatant Status Review Tribunal or another competent tribunal established under the authority of the president or the secretary of defense .”(6)
“Notice that this definition contains no exception for Americans; it throws the blanket over citizen and alien alike by using the word ‘person’ rather than ‘alien’.”(5)
All Americans should know that the suspension of the ‘writ of habeas corpus‘ by the ‘Military Commissions Act of 2006′ is a violation of Article 1, Section 9 of the U. S.Constitution which states: “The privilege of the writ of habeas corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in cases of rebellion or invasion the public safety may require it.”

Numbers USA is still pushing for passage of the SAVE ACT. That is unconscionable. We can not tolerate even one more unfunded bit of confusing legislation when they will not fund or support existing laws. As long as our traitor elected officials are doing that there is no support for anything but the civil war that will ultimately come. It may not be for another 10 years or it may be tomorrow but We the People will decide when it occurs at it will happen when the taste of despotism has grown so strong in our mouths we can not longer take it.

Red List - These people are the enemies of the NWO. They are the leaders of patriot groups, outspoken ministers, outspoken talk show hosts, community leaders, and even probably NET leaders. I was so disappointed in his endorsement of the Huckster and I have to wonder if he REALLY knows the background of this deceiving snake who lies about everything including his supposed *christian* credentials.- a non-existent degree in theology. Chuck Norris has long stood for good things - I just can’t believe he would support such a liar as Huckabee. When one hands out an endorsement it should mean that the party stands for all the things you stand for. If not, then no *endorsement* should be given. You could support them but not ENDORSE. Far easier to pull your *support* than to pull your endorsement. When you *endorse* a fraud that blackens your name forever.

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO – Police have arrested the man they believe raped a woman inside her car on the side of the I-5 freeway after he offered to help her with her stranded vehicle Saturday morning.
“He’s off the street,” said Sheriff’s Department spokesman Jim Amormino.
Authorities identified the man in custody as 25-year-old Alejandro Martinez Leyva, a San Juan Capistrano resident.
Officers served a search warrant at Leyva’s home Tuesday night at about 10 p.m. at 26492 Calle San Luis, said Amormino.
“Investigators have been working around the clock,” Amormino said. “Our forensics lab worked around the clock.”
Outside the home where Leyva, a gardener, was arrested, investigators found a vehicle matching the description given by the 24-year-old victim: a dark green or blue older sedan with a trunk spoiler and a baby seat in the back.
In San Diego County, the victim identified Leyva from a photo lineup, Amormino said.
Physical evidence left behind at the scene of the crime helped lead detectives to the suspect, Amormino said, although he would not specify to what that evidence is.
Physical evidence was also retrieved at Leyva’s home.
The rape occurred early Saturday morning when the victim was involved in a solo-crash on the southbound lanes of the I-5 in San Juan Capistrano, authorities said.
A tow truck changed lanes in front of her, and when she applied her brakes on the rain-slicked road, the car spun out of control, damaging the driver’s side of the car.
The victim was calling a friend on her cell phone at about 2:30 a.m. when the sedan pulled up in front of her car.
Authorities said Leyva pretended to be a Good Samaritan and offered to help the woman, but when she refused, he threw the phone from her hand and forced her into the front seat of the car, where he raped her.
About an hour later, a friend of the victim was combing the I-5 freeway looking for her and the disabled vehicle, said California Highway Patrol Officer Denise Quesada.
The friend contacted a CHP officer, who was making a stop along the freeway and asked for assistance helping her friend.
At 3:39 a.m., the officer and the friend found the victim inside the car, wearing only a black shirt.
Leyva is currently in custody with an immigration hold, Amormino said.
