A computer specialist for the Department of Homeland Security was arrested Thursday for being one the nation’s most prolific disseminators of child pornography.

The allegations and claims of the arrest as stated by Rev. Mahoney are false and nothing short of lies. On Thursday night August 28 Freedom Fighter Radio made a call to Lt. Ron Saunier Commander of IA (Internal Affairs) of the Denver Police Dept. who stated to us in a exclusive interview that no arrests occurred and there was only temporary detentions which are lawful and all subjects were released since no crimes were committed.

Two girls, ages 15 and 17, were attacked and arrested without warning by police while peacefully exercising their First Amendment Rights outside Sen. Obama’s hotel
Denver, CO – Two young girls were brutally attacked by police Wednesday evening without warning as they were chalking the sidewalk with pro-life messages outside the Westin Hotel, where Democratic Presidential Nominee Barack Obama is staying. The girls were knocked to the ground, kneed in the back, handcuffed, and painfully dragged away.
Arrested were Jayne White, 17, and Julia Giacopuzzi, age 15, who were participating in a peaceful demonstration that was part of A Prayer For Change events.
Also arrested was Rev. Patrick Mahoney of the Christian Defense Coalition.

According to Rev. Mahoney, the group had received permission to sidewalk chalk from Denver City Attorney David Fine and Denver Deputy Chief Police John Lamb and had been “sidewalk chalking” for six days prior to the arrests without incident.
They were later released and are now consulting attorneys in anticipation of possible legal action against the city.
“I am shocked at how cowardly these police officers behaved by attacking little girls without warning or provocation,” said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman. “Operation Rescue condemns this act of violence against peaceful demonstrators. There was absolutely no reason for it. Police officers are expected to control themselves better than that, and if they can’t they should not be in law enforcement. We call for immediate disciplinary action against the officers involved in the brutality incident involving Miss White and Miss Giacopuzzi.”
“Operation Rescue spent the week participating in A Prayer For Change with Rev. Mahoney and these young people, who have conducted themselves peacefully and appropriately at all times,” said Newman.

SAN MARCOS Texas— A police officer who delayed a couple racing their dying dog to an emergency vet clinic while he wrote them a ticket has received death threats, the mayor said Thursday.
A statement issued by San Marcos Mayor Susan Narvaiz said Officer Paul Stephens was inappropriate and insensitive and that he has been disciplined, but the threats against the officer are “extremely unfortunate.”
Narvaiz’ statement did not elaborate on the threats. She did release some new details of the incident, including that a second officer had tried to help the choking dog, a teacup poodle named Missy.
“Without question, the situation was not handled very well by Officer Stephens. But the characterization of the story has led to death threats against the officer and his family,” Narvaiz said.
Michael Gonzalez and Krystal Hernandez were allegedly driving 95 mph when Stephens pulled them over after midnight Aug. 5 on Interstate 35.
According to Narvaiz, Gonzalez first pulled over on an overpass. Using his patrol car public address system, Stephens asked him to go somewhere safer and Gonzalez drove another two miles at a “high rate of speed,” despite the officer’s lights and siren.
When he finally pulled over, Gonzalez pleaded with Stephens to let them get to the clinic.
The patrol car’s dashboard camera showed Stephens telling Gonzalez: “It’s just a dog. You can buy another one. Relax.”

Yesterday Russian military aircrafts bombed several Georgian military bases. It worth mentioning that military men are located in the a five-storied buildings which look exactly alike residential. The reason for this is simple, they were built in the Soviet Union times and there was not much diversity in architecture.
This morning (its 7 a.m. Moscow time right now) one can read on the BBC news site. Russia deaf to Western voices, Reuters agency posts a horrible pictures of Russian bombardments of allegedly civilian residential buildings. But what if you take a closer look?
Warning: the pictures contain scenes with blood and allegedly injured people.
For instance on this picture you can see one obviously dead body of a person in a checkered shirt. The other body is carried by medics, carried as if it was a dead body, but you can notice that the hand of a person is holding a woman medic’s sleeve. Well so far everything looks pretty real, except maybe for one guy in black who doesn’t look anyhow concerned.
Now on this picture we see a crying man and a body in his hands. But look closely! This is the same checkered shirt, same trousers and shoes, the same person. So does it mean that the crying man took the body brought it some place else? Hardly so, this is just one of the participants of the show. And again if you look close enough you can notice that the guy crying is the person in black from the previous picture.
Now here he is again, alone still with some clothes on, or maybe he got changed.
Generally if you see the pictures you can notice that nothing happens around the scene. No people running, and there are actually not a lot of people for a big residential building area if it was really bombed.
Well, I’m cant be sure that some Russian rockets didn’t hit by accident some building adjacent to a military base, but look, they ruined Tskhinvally. They did it on purpose, and now they blame us! They started military offence in the first day of Olympics. Bombed Russian peacekeepers barracks and Russia is to be blamed? No, I don’t think so.
Now, look at the other side. There’s no pictures from the capital of South Ossetia which is totally ruined now, and the good reason we don’t have pictures from where is because when there’s no power for your equipment, even satellite link would be hardly of any use. And if you have a tape, you have to get it out of the city and to survive as well. Two Russian reporters are injured already, others try to relay videos via satellite phones, but the quality is pretty bad as they have to compress it to the minimum size.
And some news:
The capital of S.Ossetia is being under fire again, there’s a road from where, called Zarskaya road or Zar road, it’s been attacked by Georgian tanks overnight. The attack was repelled, but Georgians still have positions for firing the road. The chief of Russian 58th army was injured, when his convoy was going along this road. Two reporters and members of a TV crew as well were injured in the same convoy.
CNN blamed for using misleading war video
American broadcaster CNN has been accused of using the wrong pictures in their coverage of the conflict in South Ossetia. A Russian cameraman says footage of wrecked tanks and ruined buildings, which was purported to have been filmed in the town of Gori, in fact showed the South Ossetian capital Tskhinvali. Gori was said to be about to fall under the control of the Russian army but the cameraman says the video was actually shot in Tskhinvali, which had been flattened by Georgian shelling.

Terbolizard represented himself in a jury trial that started Tuesday. Superior Court Judge Julie McManus presided.
He was sentenced to three years of court probation, four days of work release and a fine of $1,916, according to courthouse staff and Cliff Newell, Nevada County District Attorney.
As part of his probation, McManus also ordered Terbolizard not to drive unless he got a license and was insured. He also cannot drive with any measurable amount of alcohol in his blood.
Terbolizard will have to attend a three-month DUI program for first offenders, Assistant District Attorney Anna Ferguson said.
Terbolizard, of Cedar Ridge, was arrested Feb. 10 by Grass Valley police on suspicion of drunken driving. Police stopped his silver Jeep Cherokee at 1:43 a.m. on Highway 174 at Empire Street, according to police records.

The candidate told The Union newspaper that is arrest will not affect his campaign — other than to give him publicity.

Brian Schweitzer, the governor of Montana, wrote a letter to Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff. The letter informed Chertoff that Montana would not be complying with the REAL ID Act. Our quote of the day supplies one of the reasons for Governor Schweitzer’s rebellion. In response to the letter . . .
Secretary Chertoff called Governor Schweitzer and threatened him. Chertoff told Schweitzer that Montana residents would be banned from airplanes, or subjected to severe, time-consuming inspections at airports.
The Governor countered with his own threat, “How about we both go on 60 Minutes a few days after the DHS starts patting down Montana driver’s license-holders who are trying to get on the planes and both of us can tell our side of the story.”
Chertoff didn’t like that suggestion. He said, “I see the problem. We need to get this fixed.”
So far, the ‘fix’ involves granting Montana and all other rebellious states an extension of the deadline for complying with the REAL ID Act. But the real fix is to repeal REAL ID.

PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. (AP) — Authorities say a federal agent is dead after he was shot outside a south Florida post office. The shooter is on the run.
Pembroke Pines police spokesman Sgt. Brian Davis says the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agent was shot by a man during some sort of fight Tuesday morning in the parking lot. The suspect fired at least one shot, striking the agent. The gunman then took off.
No one else was injured.
Davis says the agent died at Memorial Regional Hospital in suburban Fort Lauderdale.
Police and paramedics are surrounding the building. Investigators are interviewing postal employees, customers and other potential witnesses..
