A new bill has been introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives called the National Emergency Centers Act or HR 645. This bill if passed into law will direct the Secretary of Homeland Security to establish national emergency centers otherwise known as FEMA camp facilities on military installations. This is an incredibly disturbing piece of legislation considering that the powers that be have already set in motion an agenda to setup a nationwide marital law apparatus through U.S. Northern Command and the Department of Homeland Security. Apparently, the fusion centers, militarized police, surveillance cameras and a domestic military command is not enough. Even though we already know that detention facilities are already in place, they now want to legalize the construction of FEMA camps on military installations using the ever popular excuse that the facilities are for the purposes of a national emergency. With the phony debt based economy getting worse and worse by the day, the possibility of civil unrest is becoming a greater threat to the establishment. One need only look at Iceland, Greece and other nations for what might happen in the United States next. With this in mind, it appears as if these so called national emergency centers will be used in a national emergency but only if the national emergency requires large groups of people to be rounded up and detained. In an advance copy received by World Net Daily, it appears that the President’s new administration is going to try a bold new approach regarding the nation’s youths. President Obama’s staff is furiously working to finish the first draft of a new youth program, which would rival the traditional boy scouts.

Known as the “America Scouts,” these programs would be announced on March 1 of this year and the program would begin building a skeleton during the summer. On August 4, or Obama’s 48th birthday, the program would begin accepting children between the ages of 4 and 18.

While the exact specifications of the program are either secret or yet to be established, it is believed that there will be three classes of scouts.

“Liberty” scouts for children betweeen 4-8.

“Patriot” scouts for those between 8-12 and

“Constitution” scouts for those up to 18.

It is yet unknown if these “Constitution Scouts” would then move up to President Obama’s planned civilian reserve force.

What was made clear by contacts in the Administration is that portions of the White House believe that the Boy Scouts are too old and sedentary. In addition, their ties with religion are undesirable to the new Administration. A fresh start would focus these new scouts on the government, especially in these times of change.

As long as the program is passed by Congress, the America Scouts will be officially run by the federal government, but would be administered by each of the 50 states. The President would have the power to appoint a Scout Commissioner for an 8-year term.

Costs for the America Scouts have not been determined. However, it appears that the program could cost up to $2 billion a year. In order to make up for the costs, parents will be encouraged to contribute and special “reeducation” projects such as “Social Responsibility” will be paid for directly by the federal government.

Freedom fighter radio.net prior to the recent demonstrations/riots spoke with and encouraged citizens of Iceland to rise up peacefully and take control of their Government. The people in Iceland are upset with their Government’s failure with the current financial crisis. We will take calls. Also Mainstream Media is not reporting whats really behind the current situation in Iceland and have expressed no desire to hear from the people of Iceland, my own local radio station 580 WGAC said they even are not interested as well as CNN.

As you can see,things really got out of control. As soon as the police tried to arrest one of the protesters and move him to a secure location, people went mad and stormed the riot police. The police then quickly got back in their positions and in doing so, losing their captive in to the crowd, as they where to busy trying to protect them selves and screaming for backup in the radio, for they realized that they had been overcome by the masses, which were in the thousands and they were only about ten(10). Soon after that, they started macing people in the face, trying to get them off, but that did little, as the masses regrouped once again. At that point, the police took out their tear gas guns and started shooting into the crowd, something they haven´t used since 1949, or for 60 years..people were then starting to throw big rocks at the police and a few were injured, both protesters and police.
