A Seabrook man accused of having child pornography on a U.S. Marine base in Iraq, where he was working a civilian job, appeared in Houston court on Wednesday and will be held in custody until his May trial.

After the discovery, Grabar was fired and sent home. Grabar faces up to 10 years in prison, a $250,000 fine and life on supervised release.
