New secret MI5 “North” operations center location leaked

June 19, 2009 By: Freedom Fighter Category: Uncategorized No Comments →

This document has evidence that the new secret MI5 “North” operations centre is located at Park 66, Pilsworth Road, Bury, Lancashire.

The document includes a press article from the London Times, reporting the existence, but not location, of an MI5 operations center, north of London. The description of the building was leaked by the building firm in a publicity brochure.

Using details included in this article (cost of GBP20.2 million, building completed in February 2008, described as a “high specification state-of-the-art commercial building”), our source located a deleted web page of a construction firm, showing a case study for a building with the exact same description and called “Park 66 Bury”. This page on the builder’s site has now replaced by a blank page, but google cache retains this information.

Google Maps gives a result for “Park 66 Bury” and locates it on Pilsworth Road, Bury, Lancashire. That site also matches the descriptions given in the times.

All the above mentioned details are featured in this pdf document.

Did Fox News out a source to protect a Republican Senator?

June 19, 2009 By: Freedom Fighter Category: Uncategorized No Comments →

It is looking like someone at Fox News may have exposed a source who came forward with serious allegations about a Republican senator.

The source in question is Doug Hampton, who along with his wife previously worked for Senator John Ensign. Hampton allegedly sent a letter to Fox’s Megyn Kelly about an affair that Sen. Ensign had with Hampton’s wife. The letter was allegedly sent some five days before Sen. Ensign publicly confessed his infidelity, leading to speculation that someone at Fox notified Ensign. This morning Fox denied receiving the letter or any communications from Hampton until about a day before Ensign’s confession.

Ultimately, when they did follow up with Hampton, Fox News producer Tom Lowell told Huffington Post, they found his claims were not “credible.”

“We always evaluate people when they call into the newsroom in terms of: does this sound like its solid? Does it sound like its actionable?” Lowell said. “There were some questions here, so we decided that we would make some inquiries but that it wasn’t something we needed to move on immediately. And before we could nail everything down and confirm this story the Senator had already announced his press conference.”

Lowell denies that anyone at Fox News would have contacted the senator to give him a head’s up on Hampton’s allegations.

But it may not be so simple.

“Let’s show the world that, as Christians, we will not shirk back in fear, but will boldly proclaim the Gospel of Peace and Reconciliation, as our Lord commands,” said Newman.

Homes to be siezed by the Government over Cigarette Taxes

June 19, 2009 By: Freedom Fighter Category: Uncategorized No Comments →

Several states and the District of Columbia are tracking down smokers who buy cheaper cigarettes out of their jurisdictions and have even begun tax-collection procedures that can end in liens put against the offender’s property.

Ohio and Pennsylvania have been particularly aggressive in trying to collect money from smokers who dodge local tobacco taxes by purchasing cigarettes online, from Indian reservations or from states with lower taxes.

In the District, the Office of Tax and Revenue has mailed notices demanding that cigarette buyers pay the D.C. sales tax on their past purchases via the Consumer Use tax return - an order that, if ignored, can provide the legal basis to seize a person’s home.

Natalie Wilson, a public affairs specialist for the tax office, said Thursday that 49 notices have been mailed requesting payment of $31,593, of which $17,370 has been received. Other jurisdictions such as Pennsylvania have filed liens against the homes of tax delinquents, though D.C. hasn’t gone that far yet.
