ORLANDO, Fla. — A small home-made explosive was thrown into the plaza in front of a building that houses a U.S. Customs office in Orlando, the sheriff’s department said.Initial reports said a bomb may have gone off in the area Friday evening.

Jeff Williamson of the Orange County Sheriff’s Department said someone reported hearing an explosion outside the building and saw paper and plastic scattered. He said no one was hurt and there is no visible damage, but the bomb squad did respond to investigate.Deputies are still examining the object to determine what it is. The office park has been reopened.The office is located on Southland Boulevard near Orange Blossom Trail and Sand Lake Boulevard in Orlando. The building houses several businesses.

WALLA WALLA, Wash. — Hundreds of pounds of explosives and detonation cord were stolen from the Port of Walla Walla magazine at the airport industrial park.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives says the theft was discovered by Washington State Patrol troopers Monday conducting a routine inspection. The theft apparently occurred sometime after July 23.

The Walla Walla County sheriff’s office asked the ATF to lead the investigation.

The explosives were being stored for various agencies and private parties. They include:

– 96 one-pound blocks of TNT belonging to the Washington State Patrol,

– 17 sticks of dynamite belonging to the Forest Service,

— 1 spool of 1,500 feet of detonation cord for the Forest Service.

While the Patriot (Sovereign-Citizen) and Militia communities has been focused on National Level Exercise 2009 (NLE 09), the far more upsetting “Vibrant Response 2009” exercise is being held right now at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.

The exercise is being held by the chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and high-yield explosive (CBRNE) Consequence Management Response Force, or CCMRF (pronounced “Sea-Smurf”).

The CCMRF’s are being given a scenario in which they will be testing communication capabilities and reactions. As one insider tells us, Vibrant Response 2009 is a dry rehearsal for enforcing H1N1 quarantines of a city should the need arise this fall.

For the uninitiated, quarantine is just a politically correct term for “martial law”. The current strength of a CCMRF’s brigade is listed at 4,700 joint personnel comprised of Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines.

As we have pointed out before, a 3000 to 5000 man force would likely be hard-pressed to secure even one medium-sized town in the former United State of America.

The CCMRF’s are a reactionary force, they are designed to supplement law enforcement and emergency responders.

They are attempting to develop the CCMRF’s, so that they can respond to three simultaneous or near simultaneous events. Quaranting 3 large cities, say New York City, Los Angeles and Boston is beyond their current ability at this moment.

CBRNE is made of three divisions, 9.1, 10.1 and 10.2; 10.1 and 10.2 which are being trained to be combat-ready by Oct. 1. Each CCMRF unit contains three task forces — medical, operations and aviation, in addition to smaller elements with specific technical expertise.

The Operation Task Force 2/18 Marine Expeditionary Brigade (MEB) from South Carolina, Medical Task Force 3/30 MEB from Illinois, and Aviation Task Force 11 from Kentucky are all participating in Vibrant Response 2009.

We are getting in disturbing reports of counterinsurgency training against citizens being given to the CCMRF’s as well as large amounts of cement being used at Fort Leavenworth. Several of our Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) people report the testing of a new communication technology between United Kingdom forces and the CCMRF’s is also being conducted.

We can only only say watch yourselves as Vibrant Response 2009 runs from July 31st to August 14th.

On July 18, 2009, another Trilateral Commission member has been nominated to a strategic post in the Obama administration, bringing the total number of Obama’s Trilateral appointees to twelve.

Robert Hormats, vice-chairman of Goldman Sachs, has been nominated by President Obama to be an Undersecretary of State for Economic, Energy and Agriculture. His Senate confirmation is expected to proceed without incident.

Hormats will join five other Trilateral Commission members in the Department of State: Kurt Campbell, James Steinberg, Richard Hass, Dennis Ross and Richard Holbrooke. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is not a member, but her husband, Bill Clinton, was.

It is expected that Hormats will be the lead diplomat in economic negotiations with China and India. Goldman Sachs’ commercial relationship with China and India is huge, and has been instrumental in turning both countries into world economic powers.

Imagine you are driving to your desired destination and all of a sudden you see lights flashing in your rear view mirror. Being a good citizen you instinctively look for a good place to pull over. You are ready for the approaching officer with your registration and driver license in hand. Presenting the “officer” with your credentials he asks you if you know why you were pulled over. Again, being a good citizen you answer to the best of your ability. Then things take a turn for the worse. You feel a sinking feeling as the officer asks you to step out of the vehicle.

You now realize that the officer may not have the best of intentions as the intensity of the questions escalate and your natural instinct to explain yourself takes over. Then all of a sudden he is shouting at you to get on the ground and commands are being screamed at a pace that your brain can’t process fast enough because you are paralyzed with fear and then it happens. You feel excruciating pain as electricity races through your body and you hit the ground with the full force of your weight.

Before you can finish processing what just happened you feel hands pulling your arms and legs to the point you think your bones and joints are going to break, maybe some have. You feel large grown men leaning into your neck, back, and legs with all of their weight. You are face down in gravel and you feel the stones and debris grinding into your skin. And then everything is a blur. You are shoved into the back of a police cruiser. You now realize that you are under arrest and a feeling of being completely helpless takes over.

You are in the hospital cuffed to a bed being treated for your injuries and then taken to the local jail. You are brought to court the next day and then you are told your bail far exceeds any amount of money your friends and family can obtain for your release, or maybe you are told you are not eligible for due process because you inadvertently violated a federal law that makes no sense and you had no idea existed relating to a firearm or the environment. Maybe you died on the side of the road, or maybe you were taken to a jail that violates numerous human rights including rape and subjecting you to violence from inmates and officers, and constitutional requirements like
