The United Nations and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton are moving forward with their plan to confiscate your guns.
The United States joined 152 other countries in support of the Arms Trade Treaty Resolution, which establishes the dates for the 2012 UN conference intended to attack American sovereignty by stripping Americans of the right to keep and bear arms.
Working groups of anti-gun countries will begin scripting language for the conference this year, creating a blueprint for other countries when they meet at the full conference.

One must read this one closely but when it dawns on you that the 10 Governors to be appointed by the President will perhaps soon correspond to the 10 FEMA REGIONS and effectively will be under the Secretary of Defense and hence the President in a system of Regional Military Governors over all States, not just the States they might be from, you might just experience a chill up your spine. Note that then all States in essence have been taken over at least on paper by the President and will be administered Militarily. Read carefully Section -2 Functions, of this Executive Order and you will clearly see how inclusive these functions can be……. especially Item e which has language sufficiently broad and loose that a Tank Battalion could be driven through it.
Americans had better understand that this Executive Order along with all of those previously signed ,and with Presidential Decision Directive 51 and others will be used to destroy the Constitution and Bill of Rights and to render each American effectively into nothing more than a member of a work gang subject to control of the Regional Military Governor who is under the Secdef who is under the President. Posse Comitatus then is dead, Habeas Corpus is dead, Bill of Rights is dead, and only the whims and subjective decisions of the Regional Military Governor, as directed by the President via the Secretary of Defense and executed by Northcom troopers who now include U.S. , Canadian, Mexican, and other Foreign troops as well as Mercenaries and the States’ National Guards, Militias, and Police agencies will be the Iron Fist Rule of the Land.
Is this what the Founding Fathers would be proud of or would they say we have come full circle and that now We the People should invoke the Declaration of Independence once again and be ready on Lexington Green and prepositioned at Concord Bridge ? I think I know what Thomas Jefferson, Patrick Henry, Sam Adams, and old “Swamp Fox” would say.

Before getting into more damning facts linking the Vatican and Jesuit Order to Hitler and the Nazi Party, isn’t it interesting the President of the United States and the head justice of the Supreme Court revere and pay homage to the above two organizations.

NEWARK, N.J. —Call it the airport embrace felt around the world.
A man took advantage of a guard’s absence to sneak past a Newark Liberty International Airport security checkpoint Sunday evening and walk arm-in-arm with a woman into a secure area, causing a terminal shutdown that delayed flights across the globe and called into question just how secure the nation’s airports really are.
The couple’s actions emerged in a surveillance video released Thursday by the office of Sen. Frank Lautenberg, D-N.J., who had pushed the Transportation Security Administration to release the footage.
In the video, the man stations himself near an exit lane, where departing passengers pass a security guard to leave the terminal. The security officer appears to walk over and tell the man to step outside a rope barrier.
A minute or so later, after the guard leaves his podium for several seconds, the woman approaches the exit from inside the terminal and motions to the man, who ducks under the rope to join her. The two then walk into the passenger-only area with their arms wrapped around each other.
LOS ANGELES (AP) ― Police say the Los Angeles bomb squad was called in to detonate a suspicious device found in a car stopped by traffic officers.
Officer Bruce Borihana says the neighborhood was evacuated and two men in the car were arrested. A search was under way for two other men who ran from the car.
Borihana says he doesn’t know what the device was or why the men were arrested, but no one was hurt.
Borihana says the incident started around 3 a.m.01-07-2010 in the Sunland-Tujunga area.
Palo Alto City Hall was evacuated this morning after someone called in a bomb threat to the police department’s dispatch line.
The call came in at 10:05 a.m. and warned of a bomb in the building that would explode at 11:05 a.m., said Palo Alto police Lt. Sandra Brown. All 350 employees in the nine-story building, including the police department, began evacuating at about 10:40 a.m., and everyone was out within about five minutes, she said.
Nothing exploded at 11:05 a.m. The city brought in bomb-sniffing dogs from the Stanford, San Jose and Sunnyvale police departments, and they were searching the building as of noon, Brown said.
“They’re in the process of searching the entire City Hall complex, including the parking garages and all nine floors,” she said.
Brown said she expected workers to be able to return by about 1 p.m. She did not disclose further details about the nature of the threat but said police are investigating it.
ST. LOUIS - A disgruntled employee armed with an assault rifle and a handgun walked into a St. Louis manufacturing plant and opened fire Thursday, killing three people and wounding at least five others before apparently taking his own life, police and media reports said.
The shooting at ABB Group’s plant occurred around 6:30 a.m. during a shift change, and 40 to 50 people were likely in the plant at the time, police Capt. Sam Dotson said. As shots began to ring out, employees scurried to find safety, authorities said.
“Many of them sought safety on the roof, in boilers and broom closets,” Dotson said.
Are the masses in our country going to just keep allowing lawlessness from our leaders? Are we struggling so hard to put food on our tables, play video games and watch sporting events that the majority does not even care about demanding that our leaders either obey the law of our land or step down from their posts?
In the state of California a new ammunition law was passed. The bill, titled AB 962, was signed into law by Governor Schwarzenegger, giving the state the right to limit and document the sale of handgun ammunition. It also strips that state’s citizens of the right to buy ammunition on the internet, all ammunition sales must be done face-to-face.
Normally I support each state’s right to enact their own laws regardless of the federal government. However, not in the cases where those state laws infringe on the Constitutional rights of American citizens.
I would ask if Arnold Schwarzenegger was sleeping during history class, but we all know that American history isn’t as important to him as it is to those of us born and raised here. So, in light of him being from another country, I feel obligated to enlighten him.

Under the proposed health care legislation, they would get another assignment: checking to see whether Americans have health insurance. Earlier tonight, a group was found on Facebook that openly called for and discussed the death of President Obama. The Wall seemed to be full of death threats, racist, and hateful comments directed to the president.
According to The Next Web, the “About” part of the group stated:
“We are going to kill Obama. Ten of us will surround the capital, armed with sniper rifles. Mr. Hope And Change just made his last speech.”
The group, which evidently was violating the rules of Facebook, seems to have been removed. This is not the first time a group on Facebook causes controversy. Last year, Holocaust denial groups made headlines. A bigger image of the group’s wall after the break.
LAKE JACKSON — Investigators suspect a homemade pipe bomb damaged a bank’s drive-through teller window early Monday, but told a bank official the explosion was in line with horseplay.
Two residents reported hearing an explosion at around 12:50 a.m.,12-04-09 but it wasn’t until almost two hours later that police were able to find its source. That was when a 32-year-old Brazoria woman stopped to use the night deposit slot at First National Bank in the 100 block of West Way and saw a hole in the teller window.
The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines Socialism as follows:
1)Various economic and political theories advocating collective or governmental ownership and administration of the means of production and distribution of goods.

No matter which definition you go with, it just sounds damned un-American to me. And yet, there are factions within this country that believe socialism is the way of the future. Sadly, some of those people are ensconced within our own government. Some may ask…why would an elected official within our own government want to live in a socialist society? The answer to that is simple: control. Control of the populace, control of the money, control of the power.

A doll found hanging off of a building in Plains Georgia is causing controversy. Controversial enough to get the United States Secret Service involved.
Witnesses say it was an image of President Barack Obama with a rope around his neck and the display was found hanging in one of the city’s most recognizable sites dedicated to former President Jimmy Carter.
A few people were able to snap pictures of the black doll with the rope hanging off that building right in the center of town before it was taken down.

MEXICO CITY – No one was hurt when two small bombs were detonated early Thursday at bank branches in the central state of Mexico, authorities said. The first explosion came at 3:20 a.m. in front of the automatic teller machines at a branch of Spanish-owned BBVA Bancomer in the city of Toluca, state officials said. Fifteen minutes later, another device went off at a branch office of Citigroup subsidiary Banamex in Metepec.
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The United States reversed policy on Wednesday and said it would back launching talks on a treaty to regulate arms sales as long as the talks operated by consensus, a stance critics said gave every nation a veto.
The decision, announced in a statement released by the U.S. State Department, overturns the position of former President George W. Bush’s administration, which had opposed such a treaty on the grounds that national controls were better.
U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said the United States would support the talks as long as the negotiating forum, the so-called Conference on the Arms Trade Treaty, “operates under the rules of consensus decision-making.” “Consensus is needed to ensure the widest possible support for the Treaty and to avoid loopholes in the Treaty that can be exploited by those wishing to export arms irresponsibly,” Clinton said in a written statement. HEMET, Calif. – Police say someone tried to blow up a gang task force building in Southern California by piping in natural gas.
Police say two officers from the Riverside County-based task force evacuated the building early Thursday after arriving for work and smelling a strong odor.
Hemet police Lt. Duane Wisehart said authorities have not found a detonation device, but they believe whoever piped in the gas through the roof intended to cause an explosion.
Wisehart says the gas buildup was “extremely intentional” and could have sparked an explosion that leveled the building and killed everyone inside.
COMMENT:As a customs official now confirms the 2nd man detained, confirming the Haskell’s account, the Detroit News points out that the FBI story has changed 4 times, while the Haskell’s has remained unchanged since day one:

Police officers from two Chicago suburbs are being sued after one of them allegedly Tasered a man having a diabetic seizure because the diabetic involuntarily hit the officer while being taken to an ambulance.
Prospero Lassi, a 40-year-old employee of Southwest Airlines, filed the lawsuit (PDF) with a federal court in Chicago last week, following an April 9, 2009, incident in which Lassi was taken to hospital following a violent diabetic seizure — and being Tasered 11 times while unconscious.
According to the Department of Homeland Security and the Philadelphia Police, they are currently investigating a potential bomb threatafter a molotov cocktail, anti-Israeli books and a notebook computer were found in a Philadelphia parking garage. The garage is across the street from the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Offices.
These items were found after police received calls that a suspicious looking man had entered the parking garage at 16th and Callowhill Street Wednesday 12-30-09 at around 2pm. When they arrived, the man was gone, but the above items were found.
