Bill Clinton “The New World Order Scumbag of the Week”
You Bill have earned this title by opening your rotten stinking mouth, speaking against militias recently. Not to mention, the other atrocities you have brought upon innocent people. Including the women, and children killed and burned to death at Waco! A lot of people blame Janet Reno for that horrible day. I however, blame you Billy boy. The blood of those innocent’s is on your hands. You were Janet Reno’s boss, and all you had to do was pick up the phone to call off the dogs. You failed to do so. Bill Clinton you are treasonous scum, and you will answer to god, and the American people for your crimes (sooner or later)!

FDNY teams and Marines staged a mock suicide bomb, poison gas attack
Source: New York Daily News
They staged the unthinkable.
The city’s fire department teamed up with Marines Thursday morning to respond to simultaneous mock suicide bomber and poison gas attacks.
An FDNY team raced around the mangled shell of an MTA bus, herding wounded “victims” to a triage area as real fire burned in the street.
Other rescue workers raced to pull victims from crushed cars turned on their sides or upside down. About 100 firefighters joined 100 marines in the chillingly realistic exercise at the FDNY Fire Academy on Randall’s Island.
In a replica of a city subway platform filled with haze, dozens of faux victims screamed for help as they lay among mangled dummies representing the dead. Read entire article
Facebook Steps Up Lobbying, Deepens Ties with homeland security agencies
Disclosures released a few days ago show that, on top of lobbying the usual suspects Internet companies reach out to like the Federal Trade Commission and the U.S. senators and representatives, the fast-growing social network has also been busy deepening ties to government intelligence and homeland security agencies. G-20 Meeting: Bank Tax a Major Step Toward World Government?
In other words, there are no restrictions on the G-20 participants. They are not part of any agency that has a specific mandate. They are not part of any global agreement. It’s a wild west show, without any adult supervision. Expect future moves in global domination to take this ad hoc approach. It results in fewer roadblocks and opposition because there is no, as Shin put it, legal basis for such meetings. It’s just “members coming together where there is mutual benefit.” Once they have most of a particular plan down and in place, they will form some organization to patrol what they have created for a given sector, but the serious planning is done at these wild west events.

Breaking News: Passenger threatens to blow up US plane
LOS ANGELES: A passenger on a US aircraft sprayed the first class cabin with a water bottle, tried to open a cabin door and threatened to blow up the plane, officials have said.
Stanley Dwayne Sheffield, 46, was taken into custody on Friday for allegedly interfering with crew members on a flight
from Los Angeles to Tampa, Florida, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) said.
Sheffield was subdued by crew members and fellow passengers after his threat.
The incident prompted the Delta flight 2148 to change its route to Albuquerque in New Mexico, FBI supervisory special agent Darrin Jones was quoted as saying.
The plane later took off from Albuquerque and landed safely a few hours later in Tampa. No one was hurt in the incident.

Muslim Group Warns ‘South Park’
NEW YORK — A radical Muslim group has warned the creators of “South Park” that they could face violent retribution for depicting the prophet Muhammad in a bear suit during last week’s episode.
The website RevolutionMuslim.com has since been taken down, but a cached version shows the message to “South Park” creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone. The article’s author, Abu Talhah Al-Amrikee of New York, said the men “outright insulted” the religious leader.
The posting showed a gruesome picture of Theo Van Gogh, a Dutch filmmaker who was shot and stabbed to death in an Amsterdam street in 2004 by a fanatic angered by his film about Muslim women. The film was written by a Muslim woman who rejected the Prophet Muhammad as a guide for today’s morality.
“We have to warn Matt and Trey that what they are doing is stupid and they will probably wind up like Theo Van Gogh for airing this show,” Al-Amrikee wrote. “This is not a threat, but a warning of the reality of what will likely happen to them.” Read full article click here
High-tech speed cameras using satellites to track motorists secretly tested in Britain
Source: Daily Mail
Speed cameras which communicate with each other by satellite are being secretly tested on British roads.
The hi-tech devices can follow drivers’ progress for miles to calculate whether they have broken speed limits.
Combining number plate recognition technology with global positioning satellites, they can be set up in a network to monitor tens of thousands of cars over huge areas for the smallest breach.
Known as SpeedSpike, the system uses similar methods of recognition as the cameras which enforce the congestion charge in London, and allow two cameras to ‘talk’ to each other if a vehicle appears to have traveled too far in too short a space of time.
After a covert national trial which has not been publicized until now, just days after a report showed motorists have been fined almost £1billion in speeding tickets under Labour, authorities hope the new cameras will enable them to re-create the system used on motorway contraflows.
The Home Office is currently testing them at two sites - one in Southwark in London and another on the A374 between Antony and Torpoint in Cornwall.
Details of the secret trials emerged in a House of Commons report and immediately attracted criticism.
Conservative MP Geoffrey Cox, whose Devon constituency is close to the Cornish test site, said fundamental questions had to be addressed before such an ‘alarming’ level of surveillance was extended.

Crime Prediction Software Is Here and It’s a Very Bad Idea
Source: Gizmodo
There are no naked pre-cogs inside glowing jacuzzis yet, but the Florida State Department of Juvenile Justice will use analysis software to predict crime by young delinquents, putting potential offenders under specific prevention and education programs. Goodbye, human rights!
They will use this software on juvenile delinquents, using a series of variables to determine the potential for these people to commit another crime. Depending on this probability, they will put them under specific re-education programs. Deepak Advani—vice president of predictive analytics at IBM—says the system gives “reliable projections” so governments can take “action in real time” to “prevent criminal activities?”
Really? “Reliable projections”? “Action in real time”? “Preventing criminal activities”? I don’t know about how reliable your system is, IBM, but have you ever heard of the 5th, the 6th, and the 14th Amendments to the United States Constitution? What about article 11 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights? No? Let’s make this easy then: Didn’t you watch that scientology nutcase in Minority Report? Read full story click here

Military Intelligence Program (MIP) Exposed
By JOHN STANTON - Counter Punch
There has been a lot of debate over the years about HTS’ part in the US Army’s intelligence operations function. Critics and neutral observers have known for some time that HTS is an information collections program. HTS proponents have denied that fact at every turn. At long last, that debate is finally over. The US Army’s Human Terrain System is, in fact, an intelligence gathering effort, one of many in the US Army’s impressive toolkit. A February 2010 budget request document defines and places HTS’ role as one of “intelligence support”. It further states that “this effort also provides unique capabilities needed to find, fix, finish, exploit, analyze, and disseminate (F3EAD) critical information pertaining to targets of interest…”
Another US Army budget document indicates this: (54) Human Terrain System - Military Intelligence Program (MIP) (SAGs:121) $17,521 million.
Evidently, someone from HTS management had a hand in writing the short plug for funding justification. Who knew that the HTS Teams were “highly acclaimed”. The question for many is: Acclaimed for What?

‘Russia engineered air crash that killed President Kaczynski,’ claims Polish MP
Source: Daily Mail
The Russian government prevented the Polish president’s plane from landing four times to divert him from a ceremony to mark the 70th anniversary of the Katyn massacre, according to an MP.
Artur Gorski said the Russians ‘came up with some dubious reasons’ that the aircraft couldn’t land because they feared President Leck Kaczynski’s presence would overshadow a similar event hosted by the Russian prime minister a few days before.
And their alleged plan ended in disaster when the Polish pilots made one final and disastrous attempt to land, killing Mr Kaczynski, his wife, and 94 others on board the plane.

Officers caught beating student on video had blamed injuries on their horses
Three Maryland police officers were caught beating an unarmed student following post-basketball game revelry in a videotape released Monday.
The incident, recorded in part by another student Mar. 3 following a Maryland basketball victory, shows several officers in riot gear beating the student with batons. The officers deliver roughly a dozen blows as the student crumples to the ground.
John McKenna, 21, was subsequently charged with “felonies on suspicion of assaulting officers on horseback and their mounts,” but prosecutors dropped charges Monday as the video was released.

Package explodes at Federal Express office In California
Source: SDNN
A package containing batteries exploded — apparently accidentally — at a Federal Express office in Sorrento Valley Wednesday, prompting evacuations but causing no injuries or structural damage.
The box blew up in the shipping center in the 9900 block of Olson Drive shortly after 6 a.m., according to San Diego police. Authorities cleared everyone out of the building while investigating the explosion, which was loud but not destructive, SDPD Capt. Jim Collins said.
Bomb squad personnel determined that the blast appeared to have been spontaneous and inadvertent.
“They found that it was commercial lithium batteries that were being shipped, and apparently … contacts touched and caused the explosion,” SDPD Capt. Jim Collins told reporters at the scene. “And it appears to be an accident.”
The nearest employee was about six feet away when the box blew up and was unharmed, according to Collins.
“If there was any damage, it would be just some of the mail, or the packages that were right around (the blast),” the captain told news crews.
Agents from the FBI and the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives aided police and fire department personnel in the investigation.
The building was reopened by late morning.

Bomb Tossed At Home of Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer’s chief spokesman.”
Source KTAR.com
PHOENIX - Investigators are trying to find out who threw a flammable device at the home of Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer’s chief spokesman.
Paul Senseman’s wife called police around 8 a.m. Monday to report finding a bottle that officers are describing as a molotov cocktail.
Peoria police spokesman Mike Tellef says the device hit the garage door and caused minor cosmetic damage but did not ignite the house or garage.
Police are unsure whether Senseman’s house was specifically targeted because of his work for Brewer.
Senseman says “everyone is fine” and praised the work of police.
Special Agent Thomas Mangan of the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives says federal agents are assisting Peoria Police and the Arizona Department of Public Safety in their investigation of the incident.
Suspected bomb detonated near Danville Alabama
Source: Decatur Daily
Authorities detonated a small object they suspected was a bomb Sunday afternoon in the Danville area.
The Huntsville police bomb squad used a robot and exploding device to destroy the suspected bomb. An inspection of the materials after the explosion showed the item contained no explosives, said Morgan County investigator Robert Newman.
A horseback rider spotted the item in a roadside ditch near Kirby Bridge and White Dairy roads at about 11 a.m. Patrol officers and the investigator concurred the fist-sized item looked sufficiently suspicious to call the bomb squad.
Newman said he couldn’t describe the item in detail because that might jeopardize the subsequent investigation. The evidence likely will be turned over the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives for further investigation, he said.
Google Gives the US Government Access To Gmail
Source: Slashdot
“Google condemns the Chinese Government for censoring its results, and Australia for planning to do the same. Meanwhile, its lawyers and security experts have told employees to ‘be intentionally vague about whether or not we’ve given access to end-user accounts,’ according to engineer James Tarquin, hinting that Google may be sharing its data with the US government. Perhaps Australia’s most hated communications minister, Steven Conroy, could be right in his criticism of Google’s privacy record after all.”
Google chief executive officer Eric Schmidt admitted the company is at times compelled to share data with the US Government.
Representatives from Google Australia have since confirmed the company’s policy of complying with these United States government regulations.
Obama’s First Major Step In A Plan To Ban All Firearms In The United States
By Roger and Karen Bryant
U.S. Reverses Stance On Treaty To Regulate Arms Trade
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The United States reversed policy on Wednesday and said it would back launching talks on a treaty to regulate arms sales as long as the talks operated by consensus, a stance critics said gave every nation a veto.
The decision, announced in a statement released by the U.S. State Department, overturns the position of former President George W. Bush’s administration, which had opposed such a treaty on the grounds that national controls were better.
On Wednesday Obama Took the First Major Step in a Plan to Ban All Firearms in the United States . The Obama administration intends to force gun control and a complete ban on all weapons for US citizens through the signing of international treaties with foreign nations. By signing international treaties on gun control, the Obama administration can use the US State Department to bypass the normal legislative process in Congress. Once the US Government signs these international treaties, all US citizens will be subject to those gun laws created by foreign governments. These are laws that have been developed and promoted by organizations such as the United Nations and individuals such as George Soros and Michael Bloomberg. The laws are designed and intended to lead to the complete ban and confiscation of all firearms. (more…)
Understanding “Peace Officer” vs. “Law Enforcement Officer”
Not long ago all law enforcement officers were referred to as “Peace Officers,” but a transition has slowly set in, in which now all peace officers have become known as “Law Enforcement Officers.” Is this just semantics in title, or is there really a difference? That is the subject of this addition to my “Understanding” series “by Ron Branson” on various items of public service.
To start out, we note that one title contains the word “Peace,” and the other “Enforcement.” Do these two titles denote the same thing, or is there a difference? Most any grade school graduate can understand them to be two different things. But to the naked eye, one might argue that both wear a uniform, have a badge, and carry a gun, and therefore are one and the same.

Fired Rhode Island Teacher Hangs Effigy of Obama in Classroom
CENTRAL FALLS, Rhode Island — A teacher at a failing Rhode Island school where he and all his colleagues were fired hung an effigy of President Barack Obama in his classroom, apparently in reaction to Obama’s support of extreme measures to ensure accountability in schools.
The teachers union on Thursday condemned the effigy, discovered Monday in the teacher’s third-floor classroom at Central Falls High School, saying it was wrong and cannot be condoned under any circumstances.
The effigy was found in the unidentified teacher’s classroom by Superintendent Frances Gallo, Nicole Shaffer of the Rhode Island Department of Education
told The Associated Press. Shaffer said the department would not have any further comment.
Gallo did not immediately respond to calls from the AP seeking comment, but she told CNN that the 12 inch-tall (30 centimeter-tall) Obama doll that she saw Monday was hung from its feet from a white board and was holding a sign that said “Fire Central Falls teachers.”
FCC Evacuated for Bomb Threat
WASHINGTON: FCC headquarters was evacuated this morning due to a bomb threat, a source within the commission confirmed.
The Federal Communications Commission was evacuated Wednesday because of an apparent bomb threat, forcing staffers to linger outside the building in 90-degree heat for over two hours.
The building in Southwest Washington was evacuated around 9:30 a.m., according to FCC spokesman David Fiske. He said employees returned to the building around 11:30 a.m.
Throughout the afternoon, speculation in the media mounted that the FCC headquarters was evacuated because of a bomb threat. Fiske did not confirm that a bomb threat was the cause of the evacuation and referred inquiries to the Federal Protective Service.
The evacuation comes just one day after a federal court ruled the FCC does not have the jurisdiction to regulate broadband service provider’s network management practices. The decision was a major blow to the FCC’s top priority of enacting net neutrality regulations, and also puts some measures of its National Broadband plan at risk.
Further speculation sped through various Twitter feeds, though nothing initially appeared on the FCC’s Web site nor its own Twitter page. The source within the Portals said some meetings were held on the grass before staff was dispatched.“Several buildings cascaded into the threat warning,” the source said.
Details about the nature and timing of the threat were unavailable, though the source said staff was out for about two hours–the “longest ever,” and that bomb-sniffing dogs were dispatched. E-mail releases from the commission resumed mid-afternoon.
The evacuation comes just one day after a federal court ruled the FCC does not have the jurisdiction to regulate broadband service provider’s network management practices.
