It is currently the month of August in the year 2010, and we the people need to awake and assert ourselves. For if we do not, then we face watching liberty and the constitution fade into the bleak abyss never to return! We the people are living in times that try the fiber of our souls. We have politicians who have seemingly sold their souls, and there will to a global agenda presented to them by so-called global elitists. This along with all the legislative attacks on individual Citizens liberties, and the events that have occurred since September 11th 2001 make it very hard to not be concerned. The level of vigilance in this country amongst the citizenry is elevated to levels most have never seen.

Our Forefathers reiterated our god given rights in this REPUBLICS founding documents. They knew the three most important of these rights were Freedom of speech, religion, and of the press. They also realized these rights cannot defend nor preserve themselves. Thus the birth of the second amendment came about, and also came to be known as the liberty teeth of the people. The Declaration of Independence, and the Constitution of These United States are unquestionably the supreme law of the land! As, I hope the people are aware the second amendment reads simply “A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”

Infringed, most people I speak to about this word don’t really seem know its meaning. Well if you look up the definition of this word, it means violated. The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be violated! However, in many states across this land that is exactly what is occurring. To me that means the government (at all levels) have no authority to regulate what arms you are allowed to own, nor do they have any authority to tell a citizen how they may or may not carry (bear) there arms!

Don’t get me wrong there are a few states that are not currently engaged in violating the peoples right to keep and bear arms. Arizona is one such state, and there are a few others. I currently am living in Florida, and unfortunately this states government has become oppressive. With an ever-growing police state being imposed upon its Citizens, the carrying of a weapon is ill advised. As the reprisal from so called authorities here in Florida, will include kidnapping from police, or sheriffs deputies, and then a prolonged detention (if you are lucky enough not to be shot). As all the so-called law enforcement officials here tell me when I approach them on this subject “the ride is free”! Meaning the ride to Jail is free, and they are more than willing to give you that ride. But wait is this not our right as Citizen’s A.K.A the people to do so!

Certainly, it is! This is the reason I view many states as oppressive, and treasonous! Well, you may be wondering how I have such views, or you may be in complete agreement. If you are wondering how I could have such an opinion, I invite you to get out a dictionary and the U.S. Constitution read the definition of words such as treason. Treason is defined in the constitution as follows: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. Now, let us look at the times we live in, and the threats we are told we face by our own government. Terrorism is a word that comes to mind. I know at this point in time every Citizen in this nation has heard this word thrown at us numerous times. We have all been told terrorists are the enemy, and we have all seen their attacks. Along with wide-open borders, and the threat of Narcotics Terrorist’s to our south. Make it painfully apparent that our country has enemies.

Taking the above into consideration one does not have to make wild inferences to see that our nation has many outside threats. Now, if you are a law abiding Citizen that happens across a terrorist in action, and you are armed you are able to put an end to that threat. However, if you are not armed due to so called laws, and so called law enforcement officials, and the backlash of their stance that you cannot carry your weapon. When you come across a threat to our nation such as a terrorist enacting a plot you will be hard pressed to be able to put a stop to it. When you look at it in this sort of light, one could say the so-called law enforcement entities that would illegally arrest a citizen for carrying a weapon are indeed guilty of treason. As, this sort of action by these entities could easily be argued as giving aid and comfort to the enemy. For if I was a terrorist it would aid and comfort me knowing the Citizens could not stop me due to their lack of having firearms on them.

That being said, I would invite all Citizens of this great nation to investigate a couple pieces of legislation. The first is the Militia Act of 1792, and the second is the Dick act of 1902 also known as the Efficiency of Militia Bill H.R. 11654! These laws were passed on the hill, and cannot be repealed. The dick act defines the different levels of militia. The dick act states that all males age 18 to 45 are militia! Well in this day since we no longer prescribe to gender, and age discrimination! All able body Citizens would be considered as militia whether organized or unorganized! This law also requires you Citizens to own and have ammunition for all the military grade weapons you can afford to keep! However, the majority of the states and the federal government do everything they can to ban and outlaw the sale and distribution of military grade firearms to the Citizenry! Well the Citizenry is the militia, and to me for the states and the feds to do this again smells of treason! I mean talk about providing aid and comfort to the enemy, keeping military grade weapons from the Citizenry (A.K.A the militia) is nothing but treason, as this will most definitely provide aid and comfort to the enemy! Not to mention the non-representing representatives on Capitol Hill who introduced such legislation that limits the availability of these types of weapons from the militia, most likely at the bidding of their Federal Reserve handler’s! These legislators are essentially waging a war via un-constitutional laws against the United States and the citizenry (militia)! This is treason at its finest, and WE THE PEOPLE must restore the constitution, and prosecute all those guilty of these outright criminal acts before it is to late!
