By Carlos Miller An undercover New York City police officer threatened to throw a man in jail for being “disrespectful,” then proceeded to tell him he would get brutally raped over a three-day stay while waiting to see the judge.
The cop had no qualms about saying this in front of a video camera.
The incident took place last Friday in a collective art space in Brooklyn that was being raided, apparently for running “an illegal social club,” according to the Glass Bead Collective, which posted the video on its Youtube channel.

The Glass Bead Collective, a group of independent filmmakers, has been mentioned on Photography is Not a Crime for its activism videos. Police also sprayed several rooms with pepper spray during the raid. Read more
Authorities say a 29-year-old man towed a trailer full of explosives into a suburban Dallas police station’s parking lot on Tuesday, then set fire to his pick-up truck and began shooting at the building in an apparent attempt to lure people outside to kill them.
McKinney police Chief Doug Kowalski said Patrick Gray Sharp died Tuesday after a shootout with officers, but it’s unclear whether he was killed by an officer’s bullet or one of his own.
No one else was hurt during the Tuesday morning clash.
Kowalski said Sharp may have intended to lure people from the police station so he could shoot at them from a field across the street where he had taken position. He said he also may have intended to kill them by blowing up the trailer.
McKINNEY, TEXAS (BNO NEWS) — A community college went on lockdown Tuesday morning after reports of gunfire at and near the campus. At least one person has been killed.
Gunfire erupted between 9 and 9.30 a.m. local time at both the Central Park Campus of Collin College and the McKinney Police Department.
“Campus was put on lockdown immediately,” said Lisa Vasquez, a spokeswoman for Collin College. “Students were notified immediately through the college’s emergency alert system. Police are still on the scene and the campus is on lockdown until further notice.”
Enrique Guzman of the McKinney Police Department said their building came under fire. “Suspects possibly set truck on fire to draw people out of building,” he said. “Used semi auto rifle to shoot out front of building.”
Guzman said one suspect was down, while a possible second suspect remains unaccounted for. Anna Folmsbee, a city spokeswoman, said the suspect had been killed.
Police believe someone may be targeting a Tennessee Highway Patrol officer specializing in DUIs after a bomb went off at his home last month and two similar bombs exploded this morning (08-13-2010)where he was working.“We think there is a possible connection because the home bombing was very similar in nature to what we had occur here today,” said White House Police Chief Gerald Herman.
THP Trooper Vincent Turocy was training two White House police officers on DUI detection at 1:30 a.m. when two bombs exploded on the west lawn of the police station, said Department of Safety spokesman Mike Browning. Only the lawn was damaged. A third device was found later this morning across the street in a neighbor’s yard. Read more
The two “not guilty” verdicts beg the question of why the Pastor was tasered and brutalized since according to Arizona statute, he had not broken any law. Pastor Anderson is suing the DPS and US Border Patrol on five counts: Negligence and/or Gross Negligence, False Arrest and Imprisonment, Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress, Assault and Battery, and 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (Deprivation of Constitutional Rights).
This narrative was written by Pastor Anderson
On Friday, August 13, 2010, a jury found Pastor Steven L Anderson not guilty of both misdemeanor charges brought against him.
The two charges were “obstructing the highway” and “resisting an order directing, regulating, or controlling a motor vehicle,” and involved an incident on April 14, 2009, when Pastor Anderson refused a warrant less search of his vehicle at an internal border patrol checkpoint at mile marker 78 of eastbound I-8, 75 miles east of Yuma, AZ (55 miles north of the international border). The 1 hour and 15 minute standoff ended with Border Patrol and Arizona DPS officers shattering out the car’s windows, tasering Pastor Anderson for 18 seconds, and maliciously shoving his face into broken glass and roughing him up before taking him to the hospital and then ultimately to jail. In December, 2008, my American Policy Center (APC) led a fight to stop Ohio from becoming the 33rd state to call for a Constitutional Convention (Con Con). In the 1980’s 32 other states had passed Con Con resolutions for the specific purpose of passing a balanced budget amendment. Had that resolution passed the Ohio legislature, we would have been just one state away from such an event. We argued then that one cannot call a Con Con to discuss just one issue. Once a Con Con is in place, there is no controlling the agenda.
We fought to stop the Con Con because of fear. Today there is massive ignorance among the American people about the Constitution. Worse, there are powerful forces who consider that document to be antiquated and a hindrance to their vision of an all powerful government. These things, and more, make today the worst possible time in our nation’s history to mess with the greatest governing document of all time. Read more click here
WASHINGTON (AP) - The Pentagon says it believes the next document dump by WikiLeaks will be even more damaging to national security and the war effort than the organization’s initial release of some 76,000 war files.
Pentagon press secretary Geoff Morrell said Thursday that the military believes it has identified the additional 15,000 classified documents that WikiLeaks has vowed to release.
Morrell declined to identify the documents other than to say that their exposure would be ever more damaging than the thousands already published.
Last month, WikiLeaks posted online some 76,000 secret files that described in gritty detail U.S. operations in Afghanistan. To go to WikiLeaks click here
A Mexican drug cartel called the Los Zetas plotted to blow up Falcon dam and kill thousands of Americans. American officials told a Houston newspaper that the Zetas drug cartel had been involved in a plot to blow up Falcon Dam. The Los Zetas were trained and equipped by the U.S. Military at Fort Benning, Georgia. The Chronicle reported that Mexican drug cartels are known to keep stockpiles of powerful weapons and explosives while some of the Zetas are believed to have demolition training. The dam is located on the Rio Grande near the Zapata and Starr County lines. After the second day of Steven Anderson’s jury trial, he was found NOT GUILTY on both counts (see statutes below) as evidence was presented to the 6 panel jury, with one alternate. The jury was in deliberation for 1.5 hours.
Count #1: ARS 13-2906-A
Obstructing a highway or other public thoroughfare (a class 3 misdemeanor).
Count #2: A.R.S. 13-2509-A
Resisting an order directing, regulating or controlling a motor vehicle (a class 2 misdemeanor).
The prosecution presented 3 witnesses (border patrol agent and DPS officers) and the hour-long video of Steven’s stop at the border patrol checkpoint #1159, stationed at mile marker 78 along Arizona Highway 8 between Yuma and Gila Bend. The defense did not call any witnesses, as the character of the defendant was evident in video.
The courtroom got an education on the 4th and 5th amendment, as well as being left with something to think about in regards to the abuses of the federal (U.S. Border Patrol) and state (Local DPS) governmental agencies - namely if you don’t comply with their ‘orders’ (without probable cause of a crime being committed), you are subject to further interrogation, arrest, and in Steven’s case, being tased. Thank you Steven for standing up for your rights (and ours) as an American, even in the face of intimidation by ‘law enforcement’.

There always was a dark cinematic thread to the story of Pat Tillman: the football star imbued with post-9/11 patriotism who was killed in a friendly-fire incident in the Afghan mountains and the allegations of a massive bureaucratic cover-up involving the highest levels of the U.S. Army in the wake of the tragedy.
So it wasn’t terribly shocking when word broke this past winter that “The Tillman Story,” a documentary film, was being purchased by the powerhouse Weinstein Company. The story, even without a director applying his artistic license to the script, obviously had many elements of a political thriller.
As the release date approaches — the film will premiere in Los Angeles and New York on August 20 — those elements are becoming a bit clearer and more intriguing. Read more
Get ready America, Mexican Drug cartels are now in the advanced planning stages to launch VBIED (Vehicle-Borne Improvised Explosive Devices) attacks on American soil against multiple high profile targets (Govt documents exist confirming this).
Homeland Security and our Marxist President Obama are fully aware of this, and are taking no action. They are deliberately ignoring this threat to American Citizens, just as they are with the armed manned outpost on hilltops in Arizona. In fact our Govt. is aiding and abetting those that are involved in this as well. Even some major banks and financial institutions are laundering money for these cartels too.
Why is the public not being warned about these planned deadly attacks on our soil? Why is the Media Cartels ignoring this?
It is because they are part of the cabal to bring down our country and deliver the final death blow to our liberty. Rallies, petitions, and even elections will not restore what has already been lost let alone retain what little is left. We must take action now or our freedom will finally and completely disappear. A bomb squad was called for a suspicious circumstance at the barracks on Fort Carson Friday afternoon (08-13-2010).
Fort Carson officials would not elaborate more than saying “suspicious items” were reported in a barracks room on post Friday, prompting emergency response.
Members of the 242nd Explosive Ordnance Division were called to the scene. Witnesses tell 11 News that police and bomb squad workers surrounded the area to investigate. Army officials will not elaborate on what, if anything, was found in the room but the area was deemed safe a short time later.
This incident is being investigated by Fort Carson CID.
More horrifying than the plague of Black Death across Europe. More costly in lives than World War II. Financially, it could make the Katrina repairs look like a pocketful of change. And it’s not a matter of if, but when.

In 1939, the Daughters of the American Revolution refused to let Marian Anderson perform before an integrated audience at Constitution Hall. The Board of Education of the then-segregated District also refused to let her perform in the auditorium of a white public high school. So Anderson turned to a symbol of freedom: the Lincoln Memorial.
That April, Anderson held an open-air concert on the steps of the monument to the end of slavery and the ideals of the Republic. Stepping up before a racially mixed audience of more than 75,000, Anderson began with “My Country, ‘Tis of Thee.”
Two months ago, at the same memorial, a group of students were confronted by a security guard for singing the national anthem. Read more

The U.S. Defense Department demanded WikiLeaks return secret military reports from Afghanistan leaked to the website and purge all copies from their records, including tens of thousands of reports already publicly posted.
“We want whatever they have returned to us and we want whatever copies they have expunged,” Pentagon spokesman Geoff Morrell told reporters today at a news briefing.
“We demand that they do the right thing,” he said. “If doing the right thing is not good enough for them, then we will figure out what alternatives we have to compel them to do the right thing.”
Conceived as an electronic dead drop for confidential documents,WikiLeaks.org receives material that governments and businesses seek to keep secret and publishes them so that they remain in the public domain forever.
The website published more than 91,000 secret U.S. military reports from Afghanistan. Reports on the memos appeared July 25 in the New York Times, Britain’s Guardian newspaper and Germany’s Der Spiegel magazine.
Publication of these classified records has “already threatened the safety of our troops, our allies and Afghan citizens who are working with us to help bring about peace and stability in that part of the world,” Morrell said at the Pentagon today.
HARTFORD, Conn. — A black man who went on a shooting rampage at a beer distributor calmly told a 911 operator that it was “a racist place” and that he “handled the problem” but wished he had shot more people.
Omar Thornton called 911 after shooting 10 co-workers — eight fatally — on Tuesday morning at Hartford Distributors Inc. He introduced himself as “the shooter over in Manchester” and said he was hiding in the building, but he would not say where.
“You probably want to know the reason why I shot this place up,” he said, his voice steady. “This place is a racist place. They’re treating me bad over here. And treat all other black employees bad over here, too. So I took it to my own hands and handled the problem. I wish I could have got more of the people.” Read more
And here you have an industrious Mexican national, just simply on her way to visit her friends and relatives across the international border in Arizona , all the while passing through the port of entry at Nogales ,Arizona probably daily. After all, she’s 94 years old, so what harm could this Mexican do. Well I’ll be dipped. What’s all that padded stuff affixed to her body, underneath her dress.Well, after the dress was removed, loooookeeee here at what we have. Why it’s only 10.45 pounds of marijuana strapped to her body. Can we blame her, after all, she’s probably just supplementing her social security check she gets monthly at her P.O. box on the American side. And one can’t help but wonder how many of these trips has she already made across the border, toting 10 1/2 pounds of marijuana daily. Hang it up lady, as it’s time for you to retire permanently in El Reno !

SAN FRANCISCO (San Fran Sicko) (Reuters) - A federal judge on Wednesday struck down a
California ban on same-sex marriages as unconstitutional, handing a key victory to gay rights advocates in a politically charged decision almost certain to reach the U.S. Supreme Court.
But U.S. District Court Chief Judge Vaughn Walker ordered the voter-approved ban, known as
Proposition 8,to remain in place at least temporarily until he decides a request by supporters of the ban to keep it intact while the case moves to a higher court. Read more
A number of religious leaders from across the country are mobilizing their congregates this weekend to protest Arizona’s new controversial immigration law. Events in Arizona, California, New York, Kansas, Pennsylvania and elsewhere are expected to draw thousands to condemn the law and call for comprehensive immigration reform at the federal level.
The controversial law, signed by Arizona’s governor on Friday, would require immigrants to carry documents verifying their immigration status. It would also require police officers to question a person about his or her immigration status if there is “reasonable suspicion” that person may be illegally in the country. Read more

It is currently the month of August in the year 2010, and we the people need to awake and assert ourselves. For if we do not, then we face watching liberty and the constitution fade into the bleak abyss never to return! We the people are living in times that try the fiber of our souls. We have politicians who have seemingly sold their souls, and there will to a global agenda presented to them by so-called global elitists. This along with all the legislative attacks on individual Citizens liberties, and the events that have occurred since September 11th 2001 make it very hard to not be concerned. The level of vigilance in this country amongst the citizenry is elevated to levels most have never seen.
Our Forefathers reiterated our god given rights in this REPUBLICS founding documents. They knew the three most important of these rights were Freedom of speech, religion, and of the press. They also realized these rights cannot defend nor preserve themselves. Thus the birth of the second amendment came about, and also came to be known as the liberty teeth of the people. The Declaration of Independence, and the Constitution of These United States are unquestionably the supreme law of the land! As, I hope the people are aware the second amendment reads simply “A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”
