This is an important message for all of us. We must stop arrogant political class elite hacks that refuse to comply with their constitutional duty. The people of the jurisdiction represented by the traitors to our sovereign Constitutional Republic will be more than willing to purge the government of those who refuse to comply with their constitutional oaths when they see the economic impact of the treason.
Let Harry Reid feel the full brunt of your refusal to accept his tyrannical reign.
Bankrupt the Nevada gaming industry and send your tourism dollars to any place but the jurisdictions of those corrupt political leaders who continue their anti American anti We the People campaigns. Vote with your vacation dollars and let politicians know what you really think about their refusal to listen to us, We the People, this mongrel human breed we call Americans.
Stay out of Nevada until REID is gone from government.
A brawl broke out at a Charlotte, NC high school basketball game on Friday after a father attacked a police officer who approached his daughter to tell her to return to her school’s side of the gym. After the father reportedly confronted the officer, the man, his wife, and daughter all started physically fighting with the officer and others who stepped in:
The father was arrested on multiple charges, and WCNC says more arrests are possible. No one was seriously injured and the school has not decided what action to take with the student. (more…)
In our Search for the truth department, we find what I have suspected on many occasions. I went to Snopes to check this out and they said it was false and there were no such dockets so I ‘Googled’ the Supreme Court, typed in ‘Obama-Kagan,’ and guess what? Yep you got it. Snopes lied. Every one of those dockets is there. So here is what I wrote Snopes:
Referencing the article about Elena Kagan and Barack Obama dockets: The information you have posted stating that there were no such cases as claimed and the examples you gave are blatantly false. I went directly to the Supreme Court’s website, typed in Obama Kagan and immediately came up with all of the dockets that the article made reference to. I have long suspected that you really slant things but this was really shocking.
That being said, I’ll bet you didn’t know this.
Kagan was representing Obama in all the petitions to prove his citizenship. Now she may help rule on them. Folks, this is really ugly. Chicago Politics; and the beat goes on and on and on.
Once again the US Senate sold us out! Well, someone figured out why Obama nominated Elana Kagan for the Supreme Court. Pull up the Supreme Courts website, go to the docket and search for Obama. She was the Solicitor General for all the suits against him filed with the Supreme Court to show proof of natural born citizenship. He owed her big time. All of the requests were denied of course.
They were never heard. It just keeps getting deeper and deeper, doesn’t it? The American people mean nothing any longer. It’s all about payback time for those who compromised themselves to elect someone who really has no true right to even be there.
Here are some websites of the Supreme Court Docket:
You can look up some of these hearings and guess what?? Elana Kagan is the attorney representing Obama!!!
The concerted effort by the Leftwing, the mainstream media, and high-profile Democrats to blame conservatives for the Tuscon shooting continues this afternoon.
One Congressman in particular stated this afternoon on Fox News that Sharron Angle, GOP candidate for Senate in Nevada, was partly responsible for the shooting due to her suggestions that citizens should use their Second Amendment rights to seize control of the government. Angle, by the way, threatened no one.
However, what if the subject of the play had been, say, the beheading of Barack Obama? Or the rape of Michelle Obama? What if a Hollywood production depicted Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid being blown apart by the bomb of a terrorist?
The play, which was presented at the Missoula Children’s Theater in Missoula, Montana on January 23, was a production of Gilbert and Sullivan’s ‘The Mikado.’ But the play’s director decided at the last minute to add a bit of ‘humor’ to the production by including a scene which called for the beheading of Sarah Palin. The Islamic Center of America mosque in Dearborn, Mich
DETROIT (AP) — A California man traveling with explosives in his vehicle with the intention of blowing up one of the nation’s largest mosques where mourners had gathered for a funeral was arrested in a Detroit suburb, authorities said Sunday.
Police said Roger Stockham, 63, was arraigned Wednesday on one count of making a false report or threat of terrorism and one count of possessing explosives with an unlawful intent. Stockham had a large but undisclosed quantity of class-C fireworks including M-80s, which are outlawed in Michigan, Chief Ronald Haddad said. Read more
While the biggest threat to the Middle East region is the possibility that the population of Saudi Arabia may try to imitate what has been happening in the area, thereby bringing total chaos to the established regional geopolitical and more importantly, energy, structure, the first protests in the Saudi Arabia city of Jeddah are already in the books. The clip above shows the peaceful demonstrations that have taken place recently, which as Fedupmontrealer explains are “taking place in front of the Municipality in protest of the severe lack of infrastructure, and corruption, that led the city to be inundated this week causing billions of dollars of damages for the second time in two years.” That this is even occurring in a state where the average wealth is orders of magnitude greater than in Egypt is remarkable. On the other hand, we expect more news such as those from yeserday that Kuwait is paying its citizens $3,500 plus free food for a year to keep calm. Oddly, visions of money dropping helicopters, infinitely extendable unemployment insurance and tax breaks keep dancing in our head. Those who wish to follows the latest developments out of Jedda which appears could be the lightning rod for Saudi riots can do so by tracking #JeddahProtests on Twitter.
Embattled Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak has reportedly given his armed forces the authority to shoot-to-kill as anti-government protests gain momentum.
Reports say the army has been ordered to shoot when it sees fit. Military helicopters and jet fighters fly over major locations as the numbers of protesters multiply there.
A poster that is now circulating in the Mid East is pictured below.
We take no position on the poster below.
Tens of thousands of people have practically taken over the Tahrir Square in the city center despite heavy military presence, a Press TV correspondent reported.
Clashes between demonstrators and police have left at least 150 people dead and thousands more wounded since anti-Mubarak rallies began in Cairo, Suez and Alexandria on Tuesday.
Groton - Connecticut National Guard Detachment 2, Company I, 185th Aviation Regiment of Groton has mobilized and will deploy to the Sinai Peninsula, Egypt, to support the Multinational Force and Observers.
The unit left Connecticut Jan. 15 for Fort Benning, Ga., for further training and validation. The unit operates C-23C Sherpa aircraft and has deployed three times in the last seven years in support of the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The unit will provide an on-demand aviation asset to the Multinational Force and Observers commander to support its mission of supervising the security provisions of the Egypt/ Israel Peace Treaty.
Chief Warrant Officer Four James Smith of Ivoryton commands the aviation unit.
Pending legislation that would grant the President of the United States the power to pull the plug on the country’s internet access in a declared “emergency” returned to the forefront this week on the same day Egyptians faced a nation-wide blackout designed to curtail widespread government protests. Egypt flipped it’s so-called “kill switch” — will the U.S.?
The bipartisan bill is sponsored by Maine Sen. Susan Collins, the ranking Republican on the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee. The bill — called “The Protecting Cyberspace As A National Asset Act of 2010” S.3480 — was approved by a Senate panel this week.
S. 3480 would create a new government agency called the National Center for Cybersecurity and Communications. The NCCC would have sweeping powers to control the Internet, including the ability to shut down the web for a 30-day period. Considering that at least 60% of Americans get their daily news fix from the Internet, this is a staggering proposal.
As I write this, Egyptian military fighter jets are flying over Cairo in a show of brute force while thousands of citizens on the ground raise their fists to the sky chanting “get out,” directing their anger toward the jets above.
Al Jazeera has reported gunfire in the area and Egyptian state TV is not covering the uprising in Tahrir.
Reporters on the ground claim there are at least 15 military tanks in the center of Cairo and no one knows what is going to happen next. Citizens continue pouring into the area showing signs of defiance toward the Egyptian president.
Will the Egyptian military and police have a standoff with citizens today, or will they end up having a standoff with each other? As the situation escalates, the crowd of protesters in Tahrir square continues to grow. Is president Mubarak completely disconnected from the needs of his people? Read more
NEW YORK – Department of Transportation officials and the U.S. trade representative’s office are in Mexico this week negotiating final details of a renewed Mexican truck demonstration project with the goal of allowing foreign long-haul loads to roam U.S. roads by summer.
The George W. Bush administration launched a highly controversial demonstration project, but in March 2009, President Obama signed the $410 billion Omnibus Funding Bill that included provisions withdrawing funds from the DOT with the goal of terminating the program.
UPDATE: Following the arrest of five people in Britain in connection with the “Operation Payback” cyber-attacks in support of WikiLeaks, the FBI announced mass raids across the United States in connection with the case.
“FBI agents today executed more than 40 search warrants throughout the United States as part of an ongoing investigation into recent coordinated cyber attacks against major companies and organizations,” a bureau press release states.
Though the bureau did not say if any individuals were arrested during the raids, it did confirm a link between the US raids and the arrests in Britain. The bureau said suspects, if charged, could face up to 10 years in prison.
The police actions indicate that governments on both sides of the Atlantic are determined to prevent hacktivists from taking revenge against companies that ceased to do business with WikiLeaks following the release of US State Department cables late last year.
A Muslim cleric who was deported from Canada to Tunisia was arrested in San Diego after apparently sneaking over the border into the U.S. from Mexico, a report Thursday said. According to the report, the man, a former imam from Montreal, hid in the trunk of a BMW in order to sneak into the U.S.
During his deportation trial in Canada, he claimed he would be tortured if he were deported to Tunisia. He paid $5,000 to be smuggled into the U.S.
“At this time, DHS claims (lies) that they do not have any credible information on terrorist groups operating along the Southwest border,” a Department of Homeland Security official said in a statement.
CASA GRANDE - Border Patrol agents make a disturbing discovery along Arizona’s border with Mexico.
A Border Patrol agent based out of Casa Grande, found an Iranian book celebrating suicide bombers along a route known for drug smuggling. The book contains short biographies of Islamic suicide bombers and letters they wrote to their families.
The FBI says Islamic militants have been known to try to pass as Mexican citizens as they sneak across the border. The book, “In Memory of Our Martyrs,” was spotted Tuesday by a U.S. Border Patrol agent out of the Casa Grande substation who was patrolling a route known for smuggling illegal immigrants and drugs.
Published in Iran, it consists of short biographies of Islamic suicide bombers and other Islamic militants who died carrying out attacks.
According to internal U.S. Customs and Border Protection documents, “The book also includes letters from suicide attackers to their families, as well as some of their last wills and testaments.” Each biographical page contains “the terrorist’s name, date of death, and how they died.”
PAWHUSKA - Three men were injured Thursday when some sort of explosive device went off outside of the National Oilwell Service Co., about a mile southeast of downtown Pawhuska, according to the Osage County Sheriff’s Office.
Undersheriff Lou Ann Brown said investigators were still at the scene, trying to determine if the explosion was caused by a pipe bomb or some other type of device.
She said the explosion injured three of the company’s workers, and they were taken to the local hospital for treatment. The undersheriff said their injuries did not appear life-threatening. The explosion also started a grass fire, “and that’s how we first learned about it,” Brown said.
She said the National Oilwell Service company is located at Lynn Avenue and Oklahoma 99.
There is a birth certificate; there isn’t a birth certificate.
President Obama, on vacation in Hawaii
The debate has been raging for months and months, but legislators in Hawaii — the state at the center of the controversy surrounding the birth record of America’s 44th president — are taking a new entrepreneurial track in their latest attempt to end the dispute.
A new bill introduced in the state legislature would make President Barack Obama’s birth records available for anyone who wants to see them — if they are willing to pay the fee.
In exchange for a $100, the bill’s supporters hope access to the documents will finally dispel claims he was born elsewhere.
ATLANTA — The Atlanta Police Department has confirmed that it is conducting an internal investigation into inappropriate conduct accusations involving some members of the department’s Red Dog unit.
The three officers involved have been placed on administrative duty pending disciplinary decisions.Channel 2 Action News reporter Eric Philips began piecing together the story after two men came forward and complained about possible officer misconduct during a June traffic stop on Fulton Street. One of the men, who was driving, said members of the Red Dog unit pulled over his vehicle and forced him to pull down his pants on the side of the road in broad daylight, as officers conducted a search for drugs. No drugs were ever found, driver Brian Kidd said.Kidd told Philips that his roommate, Shawn Venegas, was also subjected to a body cavity search that left him feeling uncomfortable.
A couple boarding an international flight at England’s Gatwick airport unknowingly set off alarms when they tried to pass a small British military figurine through security in one of their carry-on bags.
According to the Daily Mail, Ken and Julie Lloyd were forced to detach the figurine’s 3-inch plastic rifle and mail it to their home in Ontario, Canada after airport security told them it would not be allowed on the aircraft.
The Canadian tourist and his wife had bought the toy, which holds a replica SA80 rifle, during a visit to the Royal Signals Museum at Blandford Camp in Dorset. …
[Mr. Lloyd] said: ‘As the figurine’s SA80 rifle was pulled from the box, the security search officer contacted her supervisor. The moulded SA80 could not pass.
The Lloyds purchased the souvenir model for £135. A curator at the Royal Signals Museum commented to the Mail that while the military museum takes security very seriously, the Lloyds’ situation seemed “more than a little excessive.”
“It is probably just as well we didn’t sell Mrs Lloyd a toy tank,” he joked.
Meanwhile, a spokeswoman for Gatwick Airport said that firearms and items “with the appearance of firearms” are prohibited.
Dugway Proving Grounds is used by the Army Reserves
and the U.S. National Guard for training, and the base also serves as a bombing range.
[Wikipedia: VX, IUPAC name O-ethyl S-[2-(diisopropylamino)ethyl] methylphosphonothioate, is an extremely toxic substance whose only application is in chemical warfare as a nerve agent. As a chemical weapon, it is classified as a weapon of mass destruction by the United Nations in UN Resolution 687.The production and stockpiling of VX was outlawed by the Chemical Weapons Convention of 1993.]
The Army gave the all-clear Thursday after loosing track overnight of a vial of lethal VX nerve agent at a Utah base.
An emergency lockdown went into effect around 6 p.m. Wednesday at the sprawling Dugway Proving Grounds when the vial turned up missing during a routine inventory check.
More than 1,000 employees were held at the base southwest of Salt Lake City as military officials launched a frantic search.
The missing vial was found on the base around 3 a.m.
A military spokesman said “all personnel are uninjured and safe. The public is safe as well.”
The vial contained less than 1 milliliter, or roughly a quarter-teaspoon, of the VX, considered the deadliest agent in the military’s arsenal. Read more
The Lexington Fayette Urban County government in Lexington Kentucky has like many local governments violated its constitutional governmental authority and duty by becoming involved not only in international affairs but one world order objectives defined by the United Nations.
All local governments on the list of those who have signed up as members of ICLEI this United Nations group work to implement the United Nations Agenda 21 objectives no longer represent We the People, this human breed we call Americans.
These local governments are no longer a part of the United States system of democratic Republican constitutional government. Our constitution clearly establishes separation of powers and duties of federal state and local governments.
There are no provisions that permit expenditures of local tax dollars on international affairs and state constitutions strictly prohibit tax expenditures on any purpose not defined as a governmental function established to benefit taxpayers of the governing jurisdiction. When will our administrative enforcement branch of government recognize this travesty and end the violation of our basic governmental institutions. That is a question we all must demand an answer to.
Depleted treasuries can not be permitted to be used on anti United States expenditures.
BAY CITY - Several businesses and private homes were contacted Wednesday by phone, with the caller threatening to harm children if his rules were not followed.
The phone call is the latest in a string of threats geared at Bay City school district.
“My understanding is that the calls are reinforcing the threats made by the terrorist,” said Keith Brown, district superintendent.
“To my understanding the caller states, ‘Unless the rules are followed, kids will be hurt,’” he said.
“The threats are requesting that we follow the rules established by this criminal,” he added.
All calls are from a blocked number, threatening students, and the caller is citing a Feb. 1 deadline, said Steven Reis, Matagorda County district attorney. (more…)
Schools in Churchill County will be in session Thursday after a bomb threat was called in late Wednesday afternoon.
Superintendent of Schools Carolyn Ross said a call was received about 4:30 from a caller saying there was a bomb but would not specify a school. All facilities were evacuated.
The school district notified police. Fallon Police Chief Kevin Gehman said his department is investigating the call’s origin. Ross said custodians checked their respective buildings Wednesday night, and maintenance workers will examine the roofs and building exteriors first thing Thursday morning.
Ross said buses will run on schedule Thursday.
This is the message Ross sent out to all families who have a child attending schools in Churchill County:
“This is a message from Superintendent Carolyn Ross. The school district has received a bomb threat, but no site was specified. The district is taking measures to ensure a safe and secure environment for students and teachers. Please report to school tomorrow and review the emergency action plan.”
