As the nation is now following the story unfolding into the stuff of old western movies where criminals took over and marauded towns, it allows us the People a very good view as to what is wrong with our nation. If you allow Quartzsite to be a micro version eco-system in a lab test, so to speak, you can now easily see that it has gone fascist in its government model. Fascism is defined as the meshing between government, and corporation. Now the People have no excuse for that baffled look when government violates the constitution, or individuals’ rights.

What is now painfully apparent in Quartzsite, speaks to the problems we face as a nation. We all need to come to grips with the fact that since the act of 1871 our government has been, and is fascist in its very nature! The only way this can turned around is to dissolve the for profit corporation masquerading as constitutional government. Mayor Ed Foster admits in the latest video that he is the elected executive officer of the corporation. We believe Mayor Foster is a stand up honest guy; however what is truly disturbing is the corporate foundation if you will.

This answers the question raised all through our nation “how the hell do they get away with doing that?” It should inform all of the citizenry that you are viewed as chattel (corporate property)! It also explains how the so-called government masquerading as constitutional government has incrementally been subverting and ignoring the constitution. It should also call into light every federal, state, and local law of the corporation, and its subsidiaries! Often you hear them referred to as statutes, or ordinances. When really they should be looked at as corporate by-law! Chattel you say, I am not corporate property. Well, I actually agree with that statement, however the corporation sees it very differently.

Many of us have become aware that our birth certificate is looked upon as title/deed by the corporation. It was issued at birth likely in a corrupt hospital that took and handed that document over to the state, a subsidiary corporation of the federal one. A big part of the nation, has heard that they are traded on the stock exchange, and this is how it is occurs after the state stamps a number on it and locks it in a vault.

So, Quartzsite’s corporation and its officers have gone openly tyrannical due to Mayor Foster, and Jennifer Jones exposing of the corruption taking place in that town. What occurred with the secret meeting ousting of the elected mayor (chief executive officer) should really be looked at as a hostile takeover. I know we have all heard that term at one point or another coming from the idiot box aka Tell-Lie-Vision! That being said, the individuals corrupt as they are have turned their attention towards the citizenry now.

We recently posted an article about the confiscation of arms from at least one citizen in that town. This apparently occurred due to an individual calling a tyrant of the city council being called a “turd”, and allegedly having his path blocked along with some likely joking comments about them opening the arms locker! They can’t do this you say because the constitution doesn’t allow the peoples right to keep and bear arms to be violated! Well, after what you have read thus, far this should no longer come as any surprise! Even if this action was done through a court (also a for profit corporation), it is not aligned with the constitution in its unincorporated state! However, that is the sick joke being perpetrated upon the people since 1871. Once the incorporation (corrupt as it is), was accomplished the incremental subversion of the true rule of law, the unincorporated constitution began. This is truly why we see the problems, and usurpation s we do today!
