The Arrests
On the last day of our Gospel outreach (Saturday), the city had an event called Elk Fest, where they sell Elk horns. This is a big event for them. They asked us not to bring the aborted baby signs to the event. We agreed not to bring the graphic signs.However, on Saturday morning we found out by reading the paper that the city and police of Jackson had petitioned the court for a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) against us.
“IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant is enjoined from assembling on the Jackson Town Square within a permit or holding posters/signs or materials of any graphic nature (e.g., aborted fetus pictures) on the Town Square or within a tow (2) block radius thereof, that is, not within the two square block area:)”
Thus, any person in America was welcome at this event except we the Pro-life Christians.
