Child Abuse Charges Dismissed in Case Christie enters deal with state
Christie Czajkowski will testify against her neighbor as part of an agreement with the state.
Christie who was scheduled to go to trial Monday on child abuse charges will instead testify against her neighbor. Taney County, MO prosecutor Jeff Merrell tells KSPR the state reached an agreement with Christie Czajkowski to dismiss all charges against her without prejudice in exchange for truthful testimony in the state’s case against Russell Dove.

In April of 2010, investigators said Czajkowski asked Dove to tie up her daughters at his house.

Police say dove admitted to tying up the girls and spanking them when their mother asked him to. The girls were 11 and 12 years old at the time. Dove is charged with child abuse and felonious restraint. He’s scheduled to be arraigned February 16. Shes a certified liar and now is supposed to give truthful tesitimony on the child abuse which as stated above gave permission to Russ Dove.

FFR Note: Also the Taney County, MO prosecutor Jeff Merrell in this case also have documents which were submitted by Christie which prove her intentions to incite people to have the staff of Freedom Fighter Radio harmed and attacked. We have them and will go public with them. We also may release documents not seen yet by public about this case which have been leaked to us.

You’ve probably heard that law enforcement can geolocate you during a live call, but did you know the Feds can find you even if you aren’t on your phone with a device called the “Stringray?”

The Wall Street Journal is reporting that a federal case against an alleged hacker has brought the capabilities of devices like the Stingray into the public eye.

The case has already spurred heated debate about the extent of our privacy and the protection against unlawful search guaranteed by the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution.

The Stingray is a generic term for devices that can track a cellphone’s location as long as it is turned on. As the Journal described its method of operation, the Stingray functions by:

“mimicking a cellphone tower, getting a phone to connect to it and measuring signals from the phone. It lets the stingray operator “ping,” or send a signal to, a phone and locate it as long as it is powered on.”

Law enforcement across the country does not have a standardized procedure for obtaining permission to use devices like the Stingray, though generally police agencies obtain a court order and not a search warrant, which would require a higher standard of proof.

This raises the question: should law enforcement be able to know exactly where you are without going before a judge to show probable cause?

If your cell phone is sitting next to your bed, use of a Stingray would seem to be an electronic intrusion into the home akin to a search. That would mean, absent a search warrant, the device would run afoul of the 4th Amendment’s protections against unreasonable search and seizure.

The Toledo police and fire departments are urging the public to come forward with any information related to four reported attacks on city fire stations this week.

At a news conference Friday morning, Fire Chief Luis Santiago confirmed reports of gunfire outside two fire stations on Wednesday, and said another bullet mark was discovered on a fire truck Friday morning at a West Toledo station.

Firefighters also found a burning device outside the doors of the same station Thursday morning and the bomb squad was called in. No one has been hurt in the incidents, but some fire equipment was damaged.

Chief Santiago said firefighters have been warned to be especially vigilant, and to keep fire station doors locked. Police officers will also be checking on fire stations during their regular shifts, Deputy Police Chief Derrick Diggs said.

The fire chief would not comment on the police department’s investigation into the incidents, but said it does appear fire stations are being targeted. Chief Santiago said he is baffled that anyone would seek to harm firefighters.

“I can’t even speculate why this might be happening,” the chief said. “Our job is dangerous enough as it is and when activities like this are happening it certainly puts a whole new spin on things.”

Chief Diggs expressed similar dismay, and urged anyone with information to call the police department or Crime Stoppers at 419-255-1111 .

“I’m surprised the incidents are occurring at all,” he said. “This is very serious and we would like to have the public’s help as much as possible.”

Source: AP SAN DIEGO —A Mexican man who was shot by border inspectors was charged Friday with assaulting a federal officer, accused of raising a starter gun as he tried to flee the nation’s busiest border crossing on foot.

Customs and Border Protection officers shot Hugo Veytia as he wrestled with inspectors at the San Ysidro port of entry, according to a federal complaint. Veytia allegedly pulled a replica gun — the kind used to start an auto race — from his waist and pointed it at officers and travelers.

Veytia, 47, of Tijuana, underwent surgery and was expected to survive, authorities said.

Thursday’s shooting closed San Ysidro to U.S.-bound pedestrians for two hours as hundreds of travelers stood in line. Dan Swezy, who was returning from a doctor’s appointment in Tijuana, heard about eight shots.

“Everybody started dropping to the ground,” Swezy said Friday. “I didn’t know if it was because they were hit or because they were trying to get out of the way. It was a lot of chaos and hysteria.”
