On Feb 17 2012 Dierdre Celeste Cortes and Francisco Primitivo Cortes went to the American Embassy in Mexico City to ask for help. They explained how the San Diego CPS was trafficking Children and gave a 3 CD disk full of hard proof. They showed the proof that San Diego had chained, whipped, raped, starved and even put Francisco in a box 3 ft by 4ft for days at a time.

The FBI then came and got Dierdre Celeste Cortes and took her to American Services inside the Embassy, where both Francisco Primitivo Cortes and Dierdre Celeste Cortes applied for the repatriot program for Emergency Medical treatment due to the catastrophic medical problems due to the horrific abuse by San Diego CPS.

The American Embassy had to get special permission from Washington DC due to the fact that San Diego had a fake terrorism warrant for Dierdre Celeste Cortes and had Francisco Primitivo Cortes on the missing and exploited list. The American Embassy contacted San Diego to let them know they were flying Dierdre Celeste Cortes and Francisco Primitivo Cortes into Atlanta for emergency medical treatment. San Diego was outraged and panicked, so they decided they had to pull some illegal moves to get Francisco Cortes before he could tell authorities in America out side there corrupt system what all they had done to him and before a doctor would be legally obligated to report this child trafficking.

San Diego sent a fake arrest warrant to the Atlanta I.C.E. office. The Atlanta I.C.E. agents decided to completely over look the waivers and request for Francisco Primitivo Cortes to be allowed to receive Medical treatment. In fact Dierdre Celeste Cortes repeated 4 times her son needed to go to the hospital. I.C.E. stated that their policy was to serve warrant before any medical needs. They also refused to take a report that San Diego was trafficking children and had beat, raped, starved, druged and put this child in 3 ft by 4 ft boxes. His catastrophic injuries were from these monsters and that he needed protection from them. Instead they over looked total logic and deciced to enforce this fake warrant. The Clayton County Sheriff allegedly refused to stop this action despite the fact that he reportedly was informed about this child allegations and had proof. Every single authority refused to respect the American Embassy request for this child to receive medical treatment but Instead put him on a plane and hand delivered him to his alleged child traffickers. Even though his catastrophic injuries are so obviously evident! The child had big bald spots in his head from his hair falling out his mother was begging and screaming for medical treatment but I.C.E. did not care about the American Embassy waivers nor the child’s or mother’s request for protection from these child traffickers and torture. Please call and tell them how EVIL they are for giving a child to these child traffickers.

Imagine CPS taking your children because their unlicensed Fake Psychologist types up a fake report diagnosing you as delusional about being born America, raised by non-hispanics and your first language when in fact you were. Then put your children in mental Institution where they are chained, beat, raped and drugged til near death.

Imagine that one of the children escapes to Mexico and asked the Mexican Government for help. The mexican Government investigates and decide to help the boy along with his mother. Then as the boys thyroids fails and liver begins to fail the Mexican refers the Mother and child to the American Embassy where the United States States Dept. approves them for an emergency Medical Evacuation and is but on an Airport to Atlanta Georgia.

Imagine then the boy chained again and hand delivered back to these child traffickers chained not by a court but by Delta and the Atlanta air port police, with total disregard to Uniform Juridiction law, Uniform extradition law, human trafficking laws and total disregard for the United states State Dept. Emergency Medical Evacuation.

Jonathon Turley, a law professor at George Washington University, reports on a disturbing case in which a state judge in Pennsylvania threw out an assault case involving a Muslim attacking an atheist for insulting the Prophet Muhammad.

Judge Mark Martin, an Iraq war veteran and a convert to Islam, threw the case out in what appears to be an invocation of Sharia law.

The incident occurred at the Mechanicsburg, Pa., Halloween parade where Ernie Perce, an atheist activist, marched as a zombie Muhammad. Talaag Elbayomy, a Muslim, attacked Perce, and he was arrested by police.

Words almost fail.

The Washington Post recently reported on an appeals court decision to maintain an injunction to stop the implementation of an amendment to the Oklahoma state constitution that bans the use of Sharia law in state courts. The excuse the court gave was that there was no documented case of Sharia law being invoked in an American court. Judge Martin would seem to have provided that example, which should provide fodder for the argument as the case goes through the federal courts.

The text of the First Amendment could not be clearer. “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof-” It does not say “unless somebody, especially a Muslim, is angered.” Indeed Judge Martin specifically decided to respect the establishment of a religion, in this case Islam.

That Judge Martin should be removed from the bench and severely sanctioned goes almost without saying. He clearly had no business hearing the case in the first place, since he seems to carry an emotional bias. He also needs to retake a constitutional law course. Otherwise, a real can of worms has been opened up, permitting violence against people exercising free speech.

It should be noted that another atheist, dressed as a Zombie Pope, was marching beside the Zombie Muhammad. No outraged Catholics attacked him.

Judge Martin threw the case out on the grounds that Elbayomy was obligated to attack Perce because of his culture and religion. Judge Martin stated that the First Amendment of the Constitution does not permit people to provoke other people. He also called Perce, the plaintiff in the case, a “doofus.” In effect, Perce was the perpetrator of the assault, in Judge Martin’s view, and Elbayomy the innocent. The Sharia law that the Muslim attacker followed trumped the First Amendment.

The national debt would balloon under tax policies championed by three of the four major Republican candidates for president, according to an independent analysis of tax and spending proposals so far offered by the campaigns.

The lone exception is Texas Rep. Ron Paul, who would pair a big reduction in tax rates with even bigger cuts in government services, slicing about $2 trillion from future borrowing.

According to the report released Thursday by U.S. Budget Watch, a project of the bipartisan Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget, former Pennsylvania senator Rick Santorum and former House speaker Newt Gingrich would do the most damage to the nation’s finances, offering tax and spending policies likely to require trillions of dollars in fresh borrowing.

Both men have proposed to sharply cut taxes but have not identified spending cuts sufficient to make up for the lost cash, the report said. By 2021, the debt would rise by about $4.5 trillion under Santorum’s policies and by about $7 trillion under Gingrich’s plan, pushing the portion of the debt held by outside investors to well over 100 percent of the overall economy, the study said.
