Ed Asner is a member of Democratic Socialists of America and who is opposed to gun ownership and is also a devoted socialist. Ed Asner advocates gun control, No real patriot would work with someone like Ed who is so anti-2nd amendment. Ed is also endorsed by We Are Change and Alex Jones.

A supporter of MoveOn.org, Asner has given money to a number of Democratic political campaigns, including those of Tom Harkin, Richard Gephardt, and Dennis Kucinich. He has also contributed to the organizations Democracy for America and Progressive Vote. Asner’s wife, Cindy, has made donations to Dennis Kucinich, John Kerry, Barbara Lee, Sherrod Brown, Bernie Sanders, and Tom Daschle. Groups she has funded include Progressive Majority, Midwest Values PAC, and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.

Asner is a member of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) and has raised money on that organization’s behalf.

Says Asner: “Socialist means a thing that will curb the excesses of capitalism: the increasing wealth of the rich and decreasing wealth of the poor. … For me, solidarity, civil liberty, and social justice can all be summed up with three simple letters — DSA.”

Asner was a signatory to the 2002 Not In Our Name petition organized by C. Clark Kissinger and the Revolutionary Communist Party.

The actor was formerly a member of the “International Committee to Free Geronimo Pratt. (Pratt was the onetime Deputy Defense Minister for the Black Panther Party, who was arrested in 1970 for the murder of a Los Angeles school teacher.)

The 911 Truth Movement has now become the largest anti-Semitic movement ever to exist and again is also a tool of Socialists and Communists.

Also below is an email from John Perna of South Carolina. John seems to have no problem with socialists who claim they are for liberty.

John is also a member/supporter along with Alex Jones of an organization that has stood behind people who have attacked us for the act of ripping a Mexican Flag. And those who who have filed false reports with the secret service. Hello my fellow Patriots,

The upcoming North American Leaders Summit is a pivotal chance for Americans everywhere to express their grievances with the government. There are a lot of groups out there that are after the same ultimate goals but bicker about the small stuff, thus creating a division among Patriots. This must end immediately. We can worry about the small stuff later when it is safe to do so. Right now we must concentrate on what all the groups agree on, such as protecting American sovereignty, an end to the corruption and getting back to the Constitution. Divided we cannot stand.

This so called summit is an opportunity for everyone to be heard as the eyes of the world will be upon it. We must unite. We can all join in one voice and let these so-called leaders know who is boss. The American People.

Let them know that they can’t erode our sovereignty.

Let them know that we want answers.

Let them know them know that we are Mad As Hell.

America used to be viewed as the shining light in the darkness. We can come together and restore that light to the world. It is very dim right now but it is not out. All it takes to relight America is for the American People to stand up in defiance of tyranny. Tyranny is spread through the barrel of a gun. Liberty is spread by example. Let’s be that example for the world once again.

As a bonus, New Orleans is the perfect place to highlight the failure of FEMA and the Bush Administration and we can help provide some economic relief for the still distressed New Orleans. We will be utilizing local restaurants and hotels as well as maybe some nightlife and while your there, take a little time and nail a board or two. Hope to see you there.
