The Arrests

On the last day of our Gospel outreach (Saturday), the city had an event called Elk Fest, where they sell Elk horns. This is a big event for them. They asked us not to bring the aborted baby signs to the event. We agreed not to bring the graphic signs.However, on Saturday morning we found out by reading the paper that the city and police of Jackson had petitioned the court for a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) against us.

“IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant is enjoined from assembling on the Jackson Town Square within a permit or holding posters/signs or materials of any graphic nature (e.g., aborted fetus pictures) on the Town Square or within a tow (2) block radius thereof, that is, not within the two square block area:)”

Thus, any person in America was welcome at this event except we the Pro-life Christians.

The following information below is intel which we obtained just 48 hours after we exposed illegal actions of our corrupt Govt. The assault on our Constitution continues.

As we have reported extensively, Captain Paul Fields was disciplined for refusing to obey an order that violated his constitutional rights. We are certain a Muslim police officer would not have been ordered by the Tulsa police chief to attend Christian church services and Sunday school classes.

Now read the latest attack on our freedoms below, posted recently in Jihad Watch (highlights added). The OIC (Organization of the Islamic Conference) continues its assault on free speech at the UN through the advance of resolution 16/18. This resolution, cloaked in terms such as “defamation of religion,” is a thinly veiled attempt to criminalize speech that criticizes Islam.

But now, in an ominous development, according to a story published by the International Islamic News Agency, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has joined the effort to implement this effort to criminalize free speech.

JEDDAH, Ramadan 1/Aug 1 (IINA)-During the next few months, Washington plans to host a coordination meeting to discuss with the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) how to implement resolution no. 16/18 on combating defamation of religions, and how to prevent stereotypes depicting religions and their followers; as well as disseminating religious tolerance, which has been endorsed by the UN Human Rights Council last March, in agreement with Western countries. The resolution was adopted after lengthy discussions held between the OIC and countries in which the phenomenon of Islamophobia is in the rise. Note its not Islamophobia when they are trying to kill you.

The U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had announced the intention of the U.S. State Department to organize a coordination meeting during her participation in the meeting which she co-chaired with the OIC Secretary General, Professor Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu in Istanbul on 15 July 2011. The meeting issued a joint statement emphasizing the dire need for the implementation of resolution 16/18.

According to informed sources in the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, the two sides, in addition to other European parties, will hold a number of specialized meetings of experts in law and religion in order to finalize the legal aspect on how to better implement the UN resolution.

The sources said that the upcoming meetings aim at developing a legal basis for the UN Human Rights Council’s resolution which help in enacting domestic laws for the countries involved in the issue, as well as formulating international laws preventing inciting hatred resulting from the continued defamation of religions.

On the other hand, the OIC Secretary General, Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, stressed that the crime committed recently in Norway was a result of the rise of the extreme right in Europe and its easy mobility in political circles. He said that the OIC had warned several times against of what might be called institutionalization of the phenomenon of Islamophobia through the involvement of the European extreme right in government institutions and political action.

He added that the reports of the OIC Islamophobia Observatory for the years 2009 and 2010 had included several warnings about an organized political form which the extreme right may transform into through its parties’ legislation.

Well, the park (authorities?) took the bait and ran. Freedom Fighter Radio jerked the line and caught a fish (so to speak) that everyone in this nation should be interested in seeing. Approximately four days ago, Jim (a host of FFR) called Genesee County Park with an alleged controversial free speech event to “Burn a Koran”! Well today at roughly 11:30 est. a reporter from the Flint Journal called Jim. I was party to the call. The reporter had Jim’s name, and the information that was shared only between the park personnel and Jim. It was unknown to the government entity that I was quietly listening in as to witness the events that occurred during last weeks call.

I think that the government officials that are involved in that park must not like free speech very much. What they did I believe needs to be investigated to see if criminal actions were taken by those individuals! Jim merely called in and asked for information about the alleged event he was merely thinking about. He left one voicemail, and spoke directly with one park (official?) employee. There has not been anything about this released publicly by me, or Jim. There also has not been enough time for freedom of information requests to be fulfilled in regards to this information sought by Jim from this Government entity. So how is it that within four business days Jim’s information, personal and otherwise about this alleged event ends up in the hands of an investigative journalist with the Flint Journal?

I took part in today’s conversation with this Journalist, and flipped the script on him. I began to interview him on such things as how he came into possession of such information. There is only one answer to that, it came from government entities employed by that park that apparently have a problem with free speech remaining free. He so much as admitted that was the case. So, I went further and began interviewing him about the amount of subsidies (money) his paper, and himself were receiving from the government. I also asked how much collusion and control the government had in his so-called journalistic paper. We received a big silent response. Could this mean, we hit it on the head?

No applications or documents were submitted to this government entity. So, it brings some interesting issues to light for people to look into.

1, was there criminal violations by turning over personal information to a news organization?

2. is there government collusion and control involved in the Flint Journal?

3. What was the intention of those involved by the actions mentioned?

4. Was it an attempt to bring negative media attention to discourage such an alleged event?

5. Who do these people think they are that they have the right to force payment in order for a person to exercise god given, constitutionally re-enforced rights?

Alex is finally letting his true colors shine through! We have been warning people through our show and site that Alex has been giving socialists and other UN-American scum a platform via his shows, and website!

Well, as of August 8, 2011 Alex has posted an article named “Our Troops do NOT Protect Our Freedom and We Should Stop Thanking Them for Doing So”. Alex has shown us his true colors by allowing this garbage to be put on his site. Alex, since you do not stand behind our troops I invite you to stand in front of them. Those are Americas son’s and daughter’s which you are denouncing some of which are family to your soon to be former audience!

Any one of them has more spine than you could ever muster Alex. These young men and women are engaging the enemy on more than one front! You are despicable Alex. To claim in that despicable article that those brave souls who are willing to sacrifice so much are willing to come home and turn their weapons on there own family, friends, and countrymen is audacious to say the least.

I have heard it rumored Alex, that you secured your family a little villa in some communist South American country with money you likely swindled from your American audience! It is probably best you head there now Alex; you may not be safe here in the U.S.A. anymore! I think you need to just be truthful and tell everyone who and what you really are Alex, a communist sympathizer or a New World Order Plant Operating as a Fifth Column! Dr. Terry Jones, Founder and President of Stand Up America Now was the victim of a hit-and-run attack Saturday afternoon, July 23, around 1:45pm ET.

Dr. Jones suffered minor injuries in the attack.

A black SUV sped around him hitting his leg and running over his foot as he was stopped at an intersection while on his motorcycle.  The SUV, with Georgia plates, then sped away quickly.  Dr. Jones, noticed the SUV following him for a few miles before the attack.

Dr. Terry Jones’ account of the hit-and-run incident:

“As we left the church, we turned right and came straight down as we went through the wooded area and came to the stop sign where you must turn left or right. I noticed that there was a black SUV behind us. Of course because of our situation, we always are aware of things and people who are following us. As we turned left, they turned left. They were a little bit suspicious as they kept speeding up and backing off, speeding up and backing off.

We continued on down the road a few miles. As we approached the next intersection, the next stop light, and as I was slowing down, they passed me slowly on the right hand side literally only inches away from my motorcycle. I kept it straight and yelled at them. This was done on purpose as there was absolutely no need for this. It was a black SUV with a Georgia license plate. As I stopped, they ran over my leg, my foot. I yelled out at them. They gave it no absolutely no attention. Although no window was down, they knew very well that they had hit me. They proceeded to turn to the right and to speed up very, very fast.

It was a definite attempt of some form on my life, either to give us a warning, a scare, or to actually do bodily harm which they did by running over my leg. We will report this to the Florida Highway Patrol and to the FBI.”

We have just learned that the alternative, Internet media has forced the story about Quartzsite Arizona into the mainstream/lame-stream media realm! The story broke on fox news just before 2 P.M. 7-14-11. The server for the cities website has been down for days as patriots who are highly in tune with the alternative media sent so much traffic to the site it could not handle the amount of traffic! So, in our interview with the elected legal Mayor of Arizona that aired yesterday 7-13-11, on Freedom Fighter Radio (FFR) we discovered a myriad of problems that are going on in this quaint little dessert town.

We here at FFR, have discovered several videos from the town (posted on you tube), which apparently show the Chief of Police Jeff Gilbert violating several laws. In one video he had apparently ordered an officer with use of one of the cities fire engines to take pictures/video over a residents fence! This is clearly in violation of the fourth amendment to the U.S. Constitution, as well as several Supreme Court rulings, which are cited in the video! These videos are linked on our prior articles!

The video that was shown in which  Jennifer Jones was arrested from the city council meeting, Jones was going to expose massive amounts of corruption, and misappropriation of tax payer funds!

The Mayor Ed Foster informed us that they discovered a number of checks being paid out to undisclosed persons during every pay period to the tune of quarter million dollars per fiscal quarter! This was supposedly discovered through the use of freedom of information act requests! The town has been around for twenty years and this may have been going on for some time now! This could lead to $250,000.00 to upwards of $20,000,000.00 of taxpayer monies being misappropriated! The clear disorderly conduct by the Chief Jeff Gilbert, and his officers at the council meeting in which Jennifer Jones was illegally arrested, and falsely imprisoned is just one of the many crimes this Police Chief has apparently committed!

The city council in Quartzsite, AZ. has apparently held several secret, and illegal meetings. These meetings had the public locked out, and were unannounced which is apparently against the laws of the town. One in which, they have apparently declared a state of emergency/martial law, and illegally removed power from the mayor! I would venture to say the will of the people is not being done in this town, as is the case through the majority of this nation! Currently, it is our understanding that the city manager and the chief of police were handed power not by the constituents in the town but by the corrupt city council!

Quartzsite, Arizona, the town now infamous for arresting a citizen for speaking during a public city council meeting, has apparently declared martial law.

This, according to Quartzsite Mayor Ed Foster, happened after a secret meeting was held during which the city council voted in favor of declaring a state of emergency.

Jennifer Jones, the woman who has gone on a full scale crusade against corruption in the small town of 3,600, posted an urgent update on here blog The Desert Freedom Press.

“At about noon today, the town council, at the request of the police chief, declared an official state of emergency. Sgt Xavier Frausto was dressed in tactical gear when he and the police chief demanded the mayor get in their car,” wrote Jones.

UPDATE: Bond will not be revoked on Dyer at this time. However, the judge overseeing the case has ordered Dyer to remove certain videos that identify witnesses and law enforcement officers involved in the case. Dyer is complying with the court order and has removed his videos naming those individuals and will remain free on bond. His trial resumes in Tuesday morning.

During court proceedings Monday, a jury was empaneled and sworn in, and opening statements were made. The trial resumes Tuesday morning and is expected to include testimony from state’s witnesses Valerie Dyer, the defendant’s estranged wife, a forensics expert that interviewed the seven-year-old that has accused Dyer of molesting her, and the child herself.

As the child rape and weapons violations trial for Charles Dyer, a/k/a the July4Patriot, got underway today in Duncan, OK, District Attorney Jason Hicks has requested an emergency order to revoke a $150,000 bond and place the militia figure into custody. This comes hot on the heels of Dyer’s releasing a list of names he declares are behind setting him up and who he accuses of high crimes.That list includes two judges, a former and current prosecutor, a child welfare worker, Stephen’s County Sheriff’s Department, federal agents and others.

Stephens County Special Judge Carl LaMar is currently entertaining the motion and there may be a move tonight to take Dyer into custody - an event that could spark a confrontation between law enforcement and militia members.

Today’s events are being closely monitored by the Joint Terrorism Task Force, who are coordinating with numerous law enforcement agencies to respond to the scene if things turn violent between authorities, Dyer, and some militia figures believed coming into town.

Word is that there is a video confession of Charles Dyer admitting he threatened Stephen’s County Sheriff Wayne McKinney and his deputies by declaring he would meet them on the battlefield, if they tried to take Amanda Monsalve’s daughter into protective custody and out of the hands of the child rape suspect. Monsalve, a convicted drug felon from Southern California, is Dyer’s girlfriend.

Numerous online post over the last week of various leaders involved in the Militia Movement are telling Dyer they will respond to Duncan, Oklahoma with force and join with him in any battle.

With Dyer having already threatened law enforcement with a bloody battle and having previously brought militia members from around the country to meet, rally, and scope out the terrain, the seeds of a major domestic terror crisis have already been planted.

Federal and state authorities under the direction of the Joint Terrorism Task Force have already considered the possibility of a Ruby Ridge-style crisis and have prepared for all eventualities to protect the City of Duncan and surrounding areas from any violent combat or domestic terror events the Militia Movement may commit. This includes 9 suicide vest ready to be used in various locations in Oklahoma

Also we have heard that there is a video where, Dyer reveals that authorities were at one time discussing a way to take the July4Patriot into custody with as little bloodshed as possible. We’ve, also, obtained evidence that Schaeffer Cox, an Alaskan militia leader, was invited to come to Oklahoma in March and meet with Dyer and members of the Well Regulated American Militias. However, no meeting ever took place as Cox and his militia were captured by authorities and charged with plotting the kidnappings and murders of and judges.

The day after Cox’s arrest the following post was made on the WRAM website by Amelia Foxwell of Florida, who we previously reported did come to Oklahoma and meet with Dyer. Her post was in relation to a thread decrying the arrest of Cox and his cohorts.

Charles Dyer came to prominence in the Militia Movement with a series of anti-American government statements that ended up getting the 8-year combat veteran into a jam with the Marines, who brought him up on charges of making disloyal statements against the United States of America. Dyer ended up being allowed to leave the Marines in July 2009 and he returned to Oklahoma where six months later he’d be charged with allegations he raped a seven-year-old girl (his daughter) and had a cache of illegal weapons that included a grenade launcher authorities claim was stolen from the military. He became a well-known member of the American Resistance Movement and began actively promoting their activities and endorsing them. It has also been reported he had a profile on Stormfront.org the largest white supremacist Neo-Nazi forum with tens of thousands of members in 2009.

Another member of the American Resistance Movement is Kristopher Sickles. In February 2010, Sickles and eight other members of the Hutaree Militia were arrested for charges that they were conspiring to assassinate a police officers and then attack his funeral with assault weapons and homemade bombs.

Both Cox’s Alaska Peacekeepers and the Hutaree Militia await trial on their respective domestic terror charges.

The Honorable Circuit Court Judge Richard A. Nielsen in Tampa, Florida just settled a case between two Muslim groups over a dispute for a Mosque in Arbitration.

The Judge stated the case will proceed under Ecclesiastical Islamic Law. Under Islamic Law, pursuant the Quran (Koran) the Islamic brothers shall try and resolve the dispute among themselves. If unable to do so they will present their dispute to an Islamic Judge for determination. Arbitration is great so long as the ruling comes from American law and Constitutional governance not from an Islamic Judge.

Ladies and gentleman this is a violation of the United States Constitution which is the Supreme Law of the land. Ref: Article VI below. Islamic Shariah Law does not have authority in this country and The US Constitution cannot be subjugated to foreign laws of this kind.

Muslims’ are allowed to follow our laws according to the Koran. It is called “Making it easy and necessity”. Koran 4:28. “Allah wishes to lighten your burden, for man was created weak”

In other words if a Muslim lives in a land like the United States they are allowed to follow our laws. We do not have to accommodate these peoples demands. If it is necessary, what is forbidden is permitted. Its the the principle of the Darura.

What we need folks is a law on the books in Florida to stop this kind of crap from continuing.  Even though the Constitution does not allow for this apparently we need to FAX Article VI to this judge daily.

I also suggest we all call this Judge Monday morning.  I already have his number in my cell phone ready to go.

(He is a man that has no idea how to comprehend or enforce the US Constitution) so we need to  set the record straight.

Last month, The Blaze exclusively reported that MoveOn.org’s “Rally to Save the American Dream” in Washington, D.C. was orchestrated by a group called the International Socialist Organization (ISO).

After waiting on a Freedom of Information Act request, The Blaze has exclusively obtained the event’s permit documents which clearly state the Dupont Circle rally permit was applied for and granted to ISO. However, new twists in the story paint a different picture of the apparent collusion between leftist groups, including the ISO, MoveOn.org, SEIU, Planned Parenthood and infamous former green jobs czar Van Jones.

On February 23 — just one day after Van Jones published his rally cry at the Huffington Post — Heather Kangas, an organizer with ISO filed a permit application with the U.S. National Park Service to reserve protest space at Dupont Cirlce in Northwest Washington.

(Although the city’s Metropolitan Police Department generally handles protest permit requests across the District of Columbia, Dupont Circle is federally owned land and therefore managed by the NPS.)

The Blaze has confirmed that neither the National Park Service nor the Metropolitan Police Department received a permit request from either group for a separate event.

FOIA requests to obtain any permit applications submitted to the U.S. Capitol Police for a protest on Capitol grounds were unsuccessful.  A spokeswoman for the Capitol Police Department told The Blaze that the Capitol Building falls under the purview of Congress and is not subject to public information inquiries under the Freedom of Information Act.

Law enforcement officers have blocked an intersection near the home of a Fairbanks militia leader.

There are few details available, but Fairbanks police chief Loren Zager says the operation involves the Sovereign Citizen Movement and “multiple police actions.”

An arrest warrant for a militia leader, Schaeffer Cox, was issued last month when he failed to show up for a court appearance on a weapons charge.

According to reports, an Alaska State Trooper carrying a rifle blocked off an intersection near Cox’s listed address Thursday afternoon.

Alaska State Troopers are participating in a multi-jurisdictional operation in the Fairbanks area.

Francis “Schaeffer” Cox and five members and associates of a Fairbanks, Alaska, militia group were arrested yesterday for allegedly plotting to kidnap or kill Alaska State Troopers and a Fairbanks judge.

Last year, Cox was arrested on a misdemeanor firearms charge. During a December 10, 2010 pre-trial hearing before District Judge Jane Kauva, Cox made this statement: “There are a lot of people out there who would just as soon come and kill you in your home at night as argue with you in your court by day.”

His comments were captured in a video espousing Sovereign Citizen ideology that was circulated among online to see this video click here

Earlier in the same pre-trial hearing, Cox said in open court:

“Soulless federal assassins have made threats on the lives of my wife and children. This, coupled with your long established and well documented practice of refusing to ascertain the truth leaves me but one inescapable conclusion: You are rebellious impostors to reduce [sic] us under absolute despotism.”

The following week, Cox returned to the Fairbanks court house and tried to serve a different judge with a sovereign citizen arrest warrant.

The Alaska Daily News reported that:

Cox also told a state trooper after the hearing that the militia had troopers ‘outmanned, outgunned and we could probably have you all dead in one night.’ But, Cox added, he could not see himself shooting someone who lives in the same town as he does.

It’s unclear at this point whether Judge Kavua was allegedly targeted by Cox and his compatriots.

Karen Loeffler, the Unites States Distirct Attorney for the District of Alaska, said earlier today that one of the four other self-declared “sovereign citizens” arrested yesterday, Lonnie G. Vernon, is being charged with threatening to kill U.S. District Court Judge Ralph Beistline, the chief judge for the U.S. District of Alaska.

The Fairbanks Daily News-Miner is reporting that Beistline is presiding over a long-running tax-evasion case involving Vernon and his wife.

The Florida Department of Transportation (DOT) toll booth employees are threatening detainment of American Citizens by the Florida Highway Patrol if citizens refuse to provide the toll booth operator with personal information when using bills larger than $10.00 to pay for passage.

This is a violation of the United States and Florida Constitution and must be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

All DOT employees found to be in violation of this practice must be terminated  immediately.  I strongly urge the Governor of Florida and the Florida Attorney General to investigate.

The Florida Department of Transportation (DOT) toll booth employees need to be  investigated for possible criminal activity.

The Florida DOT must be defunded to the greatest extent possible by law and allowed funds from us, the tax payers to only operate at the levels required by Constitutional governance.

We are sick and tired of this out of control government trying to screw with the American people and we the people are going to take action. TODAY !!

I request ALL Tea Party members and 9/12 folks to use large bills when passing through Florida tolls and document any illegal detainment if it occurs for possible criminal action against the DOT employees in the future.

So now I ask why does Alex Jones, We Are Change back these people? The answer can only be that they are controlled opposition. And I say this to you Alex The New World Odor doesn’t CARE how many videos you make or how many rants you make against them. They only care about PHYSICAL RESISTANCE. So why Alex do you discourage this?.

There has been ample evidence gathered on ARM to define them as such. Just this year ARM has been implicated in violent threats against American citizens, death threats to law enforcement officers and their families, threats to torture journalists and rape their relatives, desires to see “faggots” chopped up, the recruitment of child soldiers, the possession of stolen military weapons, the majority of their leadership council having criminal records or currently under indictment for crimes ranging from child rape to casing military bases, ambitions to attack national guard outposts and murder the brave men and women protecting this country, their leaders telling Americans that they will be on their knees and begging ARM for amnesty, and the gathering and use of explosives.
There have been numerous arrests of ARM members and associates including for homocide, the possession of weapons of mass destruction, multiple crimes against women and children, and the suspected murder plot of a police officer to be followed by an attack with improvised explosive devices on a funeral in order to kill as many members of law enforcement as possible. ARM members have bragged about how they will pillage communities and even rob and desecrate the bodies of our U.S. soldiers, who they plan to ambush. ARM members even joke about how they will dance around burning tanks and armored vehicles and laugh as the men and women of the United States Armed Forces scream from being roasted alive inside them. No, these are not patriots; these are vile savages.

How else could one define this group other than as a terrorist organization? These are not patriots or even radicals. These are indeed terrorists. They hide behind a mask of patriotism just like many Islamic terrorists do, but in reality they’re self-serving cowards and scum. They’re an infection. They should fear decent Americans tracking them down with hounds and bringing them to justice - followed by a lifetime at Supermax with other terrorists like Terry Nichols, Richard Reid, and Ramzi Yousef.

Perhaps the time has now come to see the whole of ARM as an organized effort conspiring to commit sedition, treason, acts of war, and terrorism on the American public.

The police officers who stopped Oklahoma City motorist Chip Harrison and confiscated a sign from his car told him he has a right to his beliefs, but the U.S. Secret Service “could construe this as a threat against President Obama,” according to the incident report released this morning.

A Christian nurse in Britain may soon be fired for offering to pray for her patients’ recovery.

Caroline Petrie has been suspended and faces disciplinary action because her employer claims she failed to show a “personal and professional commitment to equality and diversity” when she suggested the prayer, the London Telegraph reported.

Petrie, 45, a wife and mother of two, is a community nurse
who works for North Somerset Primary Care Trust. As part of her job, she visits patients who are sick and elderly. Petrie said she never forced her Christian beliefs on any of her patients but simply asked if an elderly woman would appreciate the blessing.

“I simply couldn’t believe that I have been suspended over this,” she told the Telegraph. “I knew I hadn’t done anything wrong. All I am trying to do is help my patients, many of whom want me to pray for them.” Read More

Pastor Dave was giving Nathaniel Partee, 47, a ride to a scheduled appointment at a detox center, a place that would help Nathaniel stay off of his addiction. A short distance on route, he stopped at a Burger King to get something to eat for the both of them. He went through the drive-through. While waiting for their fish sandwiches in a parking space close to the building, Pastor Dave saw two teen boys skating in the parking lot. Thinking about the event that was just a little over a day away, Pastor Dave called out the window, “Hey kids, come here.” He wanted to tell them about Jesus and invite them to the event. The boys, one thirteen-and-a-half, the other turning fourteen that month, did not go over to the truck. They instead called the police. According to the local Los Angeles newspaper, The Daily Breeze, California Congresswoman, Jane Harman, a blue dog conservative democrat, is up for a high level intelligence position in the Obama administration. The positions being considered are Director of National Intelligence, and Secretary of Homeland Security. If this speculation becomes fact, and Harman is appointed overseer of the freedoms of the American people, the people’s freedoms are toast. Conservative Democrat Harman consistently legislates AGAINST participatory democracy and against personal freedom.

The most egregious example of Harman’s disregard for participatory democracy is HR 1955 - the “Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007″ - a frightening bill she slipped in the House for passage just over a year ago. HR 1955 is so anti-dissent, so anti-freedom and so McCarthy-like in its establishment of citizen review Commissions its Senate clone, S 1959, which luckily has not yet come up for vote. Unfortunately, Mrs. Harman was so covert when sneaking in “1955″ that no citizens could lobby to stop it.

“On October 23rd [2007], Congress voted to stifle Americans’ right to dissent when it passed House Resolution 1955, the “Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007,” sponsored by California Congresswoman, Jane Harman. In sanctioning the ambiguous definitions for “homeland terrorism” contained in this bill, Congress equated American participatory democracy to American “homegrown terror.” The First Amendment is under assault:

H.R. 1955 DEFINITIONS:

(1) COMMISSION - The term ‘Commission’ means the National Commission on the Prevention of Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism established under section 899C.

(2) VIOLENT RADICALIZATION - The term ‘violent radicalization’ means the process of adopting or promoting an extremist belief system for the purpose of facilitating ideologically based violence to advance political, religious, or social change.

(3) HOMEGROWN TERRORISM - The term ‘homegrown terrorism’ means the use, planned use, or threatened use, of force or violence by a group or individual born, raised, or based and operating primarily within the United States or any possession of the United States to intimidate or coerce the United States government, the civilian population of the United States, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives.

(4) IDEOLOGICALLY BASED VIOLENCE - The term ‘ideologically based violence’ means the use, planned use, or threatened use of force or violence by a group or individual to promote the group or individual’s political, religious, or social beliefs.

Despite the ambiguity of the language in H.R. 1955, it still passed the House by an overwhelming 404 to 6 - rammed through by Jane Harman, under the guise of deterring another American mass murderer like Timothy McVeigh.”

There is ample proof Jane Harman intentionally slid this undemocratic legislation past her Congressional colleagues to conceal from them how extreme an assault on freedom it would be. According to her colleague, Henry Waxman, Harman’s bill had been placed on the “suspension calendar for non-controversial bills.” In other words, Mrs. Harman casually slipped in a bill that could declare ANYONE in America a terrorist based on the vaguest definitions and then she just asked everyone to sign on..
