During the exchange, the teacher (an obvious Obama supporter) got very angry with the student and accused him of disrespecting the president. The USA has farmed out its vote counting responsibilities to international foreign corporations who have the ability to manipulate the vote totals and define for us who our elected representatives are.

For Two years I have said on the radio and blogs that Obama will do anything (illegal or under the table) to stay in office. The stage has been set this year for it to happen. The votes will now be counted in Barcelona, Spain. The country is Socialist, so this fits in with Obamas’ “Fundamental Change” he has promised our Country.
SCYTL was bought from an American company, then moved to Barcelona. The Obama administration awarded this company the right to count November 2012 election votes. To make matters worse Obamas’ good friend and left wing Socialist George Soros is believed to own the company. If he doesn’t own it outright he is believed to be a major stockholder.
Why is this being concealed from the public and media says nothing? It is to minimize the public from realizing the unlawful implications of this administrations action. Why aren’t the Republicans saying anything about it? They are just as guilty as the Dems. Both parties answer to foreign banks, Federal Reserve, large corporations and the United Nations.
I took a downloaded version of the video and then reversed the video and then reversed the audio and merged those 2 files and added lyrics using Windows Movie Maker. You may disagree with a few words I interpreted, but I think it’s about 95% correct.

We are testing the lethality of the .22LR @ 300 Yards…The reason I’m performing this test is because in the past I’ve had many people down play the lethality of the .22LR at any ranges. This test will help us better understand the capabilities of this little round.
TEST:
The test here consists of a 4-5″ thick piece of chuck roast and 8 layers of denim (4 in front 4 in back). The .22LR round that we are using is the CCI Velocitor GDHP. This round is moving about 1400 FPS out of the muzzle. @ 300 yards this 40 grain bullet is moving about 825 FPS with about 60 ft/lbs of energy. Your standard velocity .22LR is moving about 1050 FPS and has about 100 ft/lbs. So this is both representative of the Velocitor’s capability at range but also a closer shot with a more standard velocity ammo.
RESULTS:
We had two center of mass hits at 300 Yards…one of these penetrated completely through the denim and roast, the other penetrated through 4 layers of denim and the entire roast, but came to a stop on the other side under the rear denim, highly expanded. Both rounds (comparing the wound channel) were expanded.
DISCUSSION:
After reviewing the results I feel there is no doubt that the .22LR (specifically the CCI Velocitor is lethal at extended ranges. I can speculate that if this test were performed with solid lead nose or FMJ ammo the penetration would probably be even greater due to the lack of expansion (and the braking effect that expansion has on penetration). Those critics of the .22LR can use this test to re-evaluate their attitude toward the lethality of this round.
NOTE:
This test was performed to test the LETHALITY of the .22LR at extended range, NOT the STOPPING POWER of the round. Lethality in this test is defined as the ability to cause death. We are not speculating on how long after being hit would death occur.
I read about a gentleman doing a similar test where he used a frozen turkey wrapped in 8 layers of denim to simulate heavy clothing. The results with CCI Standard Velocity ammo was amazing. If I remember correctly every round penetrated completely through all denim and the turkey @ 300 yards.
BALLISTICS:
The muzzle energy and velocity of the CCI Velocitor is much greater fired from a rifle then it would be fired from a pistol with a short barrel. Taking this into consideration…I feel this test is highly valuable to those that choose .22LR pistols for self defense. The velocity of this CCI Velocitor fired from a rifle @ 300 yards will be comparable to it being fired from a pistol at much shorter ranges. The idea being that this test is representative of what you can expect (all things considered) from the ballistics of the .22LR fired from a pistol.
I think that velocitor is probably the best round the CCI offers for hunting and self defense. Yes, I choose it over the Stinger round. The stinger is higher velocity, but weighs less and will most likely penetrate less then the heavier Velocitor.
I must also note here that in my testing for accuracy in both of my 10/22 the Velocitor has scored the best for non-match grade ammo. I will do a video in the future about accuracy of the various .22LR ammo out there.

If you thought this scene took place in some sort of horrific, pre-medieval time, long before the advent of running water, video cameras or the internet, then we’re sorry to report that you were completely mistaken. Not only is this scene not from an ancient and rightly defunct civilization, but it actually took place this year, in the back yard of a country that the United States still considers an ally. Specifically, it took place early this year in Saudi Arabia, and was caught on-camera in a Youtube video that is going viral due to the horrific nature of what is depicted.

The “auction” in question bears very little context, but a few disturbing details should suffice to explain it. We know that the young man being offered up for auction is quite literally being offered up as a suicide bomber – a “martyr” or “sacrifice” for Islam. As to why he’s being auctioned off, this event is sort of a twisted charity auction to compensate the father for his loss. That’s right – this man is literally selling his son’s life in order to get money to live off of.

The final bid is the Saudi equivalent of roughly $400,000 – far less than the settlement numbers on most wrongful death lawsuits in the United States. Apparently, devaluing human life means diminishing market returns for the sort of monsters who want to sell their own children into suicide.

The claims included constitutional and contract violations.

Al-Qaeda’s affiliate in Yemen has released a new guide for would-be Western recruits, urging Western militants who were thinking of traveling to join the group in Yemen to, in effect, think twice before making the trip.
The guide, entitled “Expectations Full,” was apparently compiled by Samir Khan, the American-Saudi editor of the group’s Inspire magazine, before his death in a drone strike in late September 2011. CNN released on Wednesday some of the contents of the guide.
“I strongly recommend all the brothers and sisters coming from the West to consider attacking America in its own backyard,” Khan wrote, according to the excerpts published by CNN. “The effect is much greater, it always embarrasses the enemy, and these type of individual decision-making attacks are nearly impossible for them to contain.”
The guide, released Monday, makes clear that Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) views Western recruits as more valuable to its campaign of internationalterrorism than in waging insurgent operations in Yemen.

With the Occupy Wall Street movement and cases of alleged police brutality, it has become a staple for protesters to whip out cameras or smartphones to record video of the police and their actions. In some cases, though, the authorities have been accused of seizing and deleting the video, which has raised questions about the public’s legal rights in filming officers on duty.
In one such case – Christopher Sharp v. Baltimore City Police Department, et. al. — the U.S. Department of Justice has issued a “letter of guidance” in which it defends the public’s right to record.
As some background, Sharp alleges officers of the Baltimore City Police Department took his cellphone and erased a video he filmed showing what he claims was forcible arrest of his friend in May 2010. Wired explains the BPD later issued a order to its officers, describing that the public had the right to film them while on duty. But according to the letter from Jonathan Smith, chief of the DOJ’s Special Litigation Section, this order “does not meet the requirements in some areas” to provide the officer with guidance for conduct that “accurately [reflects] the contours of individuals’ rights under the First, Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments.”
The 11-page letter includes areas the DOJ thinks BPD should include in its general order to ensure adequate protection of constitutional rights. Here are some of the key points made by Smith in the letter regarding rights of recording officers on duty:
Recording governmental officers engaged in public duties is a form of speech through which private individuals may gather and disseminate information of public concern, including the conduct of law enforcement officers.
Over the last few weeks, allegations have surfaced that members of the Minnesota police force have been giving cigarettes, alcohol, and drugs to young protesters, before returning them to Peavey Plaza– Minnesota’s version of Zucotti Park.
Seemingly part of a longstanding government program that teaches police officers to recognize the various effects of drugs and alcohol, the program’s website states that police perform 12 “evaluations” on drug-impaired subjects before finishing their training.
The catch? Rather than work with non-profit organizations who are already treating the addicted, which is customary, the police may have been picking up activists and giving them drugs, before soliciting some information about the movement and returning them, under the influence, near the Occupy camp.
“They gave me a full bag of weed and they gave me a pipe to smoke it out of,” one Occupier saidat a hearing earlier this month.
The police originally maintained that it was all part of a long-established program, and they just tend to look for volunteers in that area because it is known as a “hang out” for drug users– it had nothing to do with the Occupy movement.
But now, CBS Minnesota is reporting that the Minnesota Department of Public Safety has actually launched a criminal investigation into the matter, suspending the program and even putting an officer on paid leave while it investigates any unethical activity.

My militia brother’s teenage daughter brought this form home from school for a homework assignment. It was to be about family emergency preparedness in time of disaster or trouble and included this form from FEMA.
The information on the form is personal and requested information that is not needed by anyone else in times of trouble, so why is it there? SSN, names, numbers, locations, relations, pets, where your family spends most of their time? If I wanted to establish a profile on someone, there is not much left to answer.

I was kicking back in my recliner, watching “Top Gear” on BBC America. My daughter was next to me working on assignments from her science class. She’s a 9th grade student at a charter school. She’s an honor student who normally gets top marks. She had just finished one assignment and told me “You’ll like this one, Dad, We have to come up with a ‘Family Emergency Plan’”
I was looking forward to helping her, as this is something I work on regularly. The first question she asked was “What is our regional meeting location?” “Well,” I responded, “This month it’s White Castle, But it changes every month”

So I picked a local restaurant. She’s 15, Not normally without a parent or a grandparent with her, but as she gets her license soon, There may be an instance where she has to meet up with us. Then she asked “What year was Mom born?”

After I told her my concerns, She erased her answers and I scanned the sheet into my computer. The real bite of this is that this assignment counts toward her final grade.
There’s even questions on there that ask for information that is off limits due to HIPAA laws… But, If you volunteer it… Then I guess that’s different?
I typed a letter to my kid’s teacher explaining my objections to this form in particular and intrusive government in general. I also told her that we HAVE an emergency plan in place. One that includes food and ammunition, mobility and communications, and that this plan is rehearsed and revised almost monthly. I also asked that my refusal to allow her to do this assignment not count against her. We’ll find out what the response is.
Western intelligence agencies believe that al-Qaeda doctors have been trained to implant bombs inside the bodies of suicide bombers, Britain’s Sunday Times reported.
The doctors, thought to have been trained by a man who worked with the top bomb-maker for al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP), have the ability to put explosive compounds in breasts and abdomens of suicide bombers, the newspaper reported without citing its sources. The lead doctor was thought to have been killed in a drone attack earlier this year and likely worked with the master bomber-maker, Ibrahim al-Asiri, according to the newspaper.
The probe into “inappropriate conduct” by former CEO Brian Dunn, led to the announcement Monday that Best Buy’s founder and its largest shareholder Richard Schulze will leave his post of as chairman next month at the company’s annual meeting.
A company announcement noted that “as part of the investigation, it was determined that the chairman of the board of directors acted inappropriately when he failed to bring the matter to the audit committee of the board of directors in December 2011, when the allegations were first raised with him.”
The company also announced that on May 12, the company’s board elected director Hatim Tyabji to succeed Richard Schulze as chairman of the company. Tyabji, who is currently chairman of the audit committee, has served as a director since 1998. He will become chairman at the conclusion of the annual meeting on June 21.
“When Mr. Schulze steps down as chairman, he will become founder and chairman emeritus, an honorary position,” the company reported. He will continue to serve as a corporate director through the remainder of his term, which ends on June 2013.
The loss of two top executives in recent months is bad news both for the retailer, which is struggling with loses and intense competition from online outlets and for broadcasters, who might lose a major advertisers if Best Buy is forced to close more stores, or slips into bankruptcy.
Senator Moran Bill Would Cut Funding of UN Small Arms Treaty

Kansas Senator Jerry Moran introduced legislation to prohibit the Obama administration from negotiating away our gun rights as part of the UN Arms Trade Treaty (ATT).
The ATT is a backdoor attempt to impose massive restrictions on U.S. gun rights. While negotiations on the treaty are being held behind closed doors, it is certain to include language that will:
* Require the registration and licensure of American firearms;
* Ban large categories of firearms;
* Require the mandatory destruction of surplus ammo and confiscated firearms;
* Define manufacturing so broadly that any gun owner who adds an accessory such as a scope or changes a stock on a firearm would be required to obtain a manufacturing license;
* Require “microstamping” of ammunition.
The treaty could also be self-executing, which would mean that it would achieve its anti-gun objectives whether or not implementing legislation was passed by Congress.
Some people think the U.S. would never sign off on such a treaty. Well, think again.
What’s it all about? In a word, COINTELPRO. The official COINTELPRO was implemented in 1956 by FBI director J. Edgar Hoover. The acronym stands for COunter INTELligence PROgram. Remember the motto of COINTELPRO, from the infamous J. Edgar Hoover : “Neutralize them”.
There are hordes of ambitious amateurs on the Internet who claim to be “exposing” COINTELPRO and related FBI/CIA operations. They also claim to be “exposing” legitimate, professional journalists and whistleblowers, including Horowitz, Kane and Hartwell. These amateurs are mostly government stooges who serve as minions: gofers, errand boys and town criers, to spread the false information about their Targets, furnished by government operatives, far and wide.
But there’s a serious problem with the material promoted by these amateurs: you can’t “expose” operations or individuals about which you are glaringly ignorant. These useful idiots, armchair warriors and keyboard commandos apparently think they can compensate for their lack of knowledge, experience and expertise with aggressive verbal assaults against their Targets, especially including racial slurs and false accusations of being government agents. These stooges are a-dime-a-dozen, penny ante provocateurs with negatively inflated egos, fueled by paranoid fantasies and delusions of their own importance.
A few days ago I received a series of e-mail messages from Sherri Kane, who was rightfully outraged at the audacity of radio talk show host Clay Douglas, who e-mailed her, promoting a series of interviews with Jew-hater John Kaminski, and also soliciting donations to support his operations of promoting anti-Jewish propaganda.
Gilbert police released the recordings of the 9-1-1 calls yesterday made before and after neo-Nazi J.T. Ready allegedly murdered four people before icing himself last week, and not surprisingly, local news outlets weren’t too hip to the idea of playing the entire recordings.
Since we’re not in the business of sugarcoating, we have the full recordings released by police.
The first 9-1-1 call came from Ready’s girlfriend, Lisa Mederos, who called to report domestic violence. That call ended with gunshots.
The next 9-1-1 call came from one of Moederos’ daughters who was unharmed, and called police after the shootings.
“It was my mom’s boyfriend, J.T. Ready,” she says.
Sometime between those two calls, police say Ready shot Mederos, as well as her daughter, her daughter’s baby, her daughter’s boyfriend, and himself. All were declared dead at the scene except for the baby, who was pronounced dead at a hospital.
There’s also a third call, a callback from a 9-1-1 operator to a neighbor, who also called to report the shootings.

Despite the media’s full-spectrum character assassination of Ready, all evidence from his speeches and interviews point to a modus operandi that was not divisive, racist, or overly militant. Activists are now working to shine light on what they call Sharia’s war on women.
A vast coalition met in Washington, D.C., Thursday, to warn women of the threat Islamic law would pose to their rights if enacted in the U.S.
“Sharia takes an entirely different approach to their rights than would the American Constitution or the Declaration of Independence,” explained Karen Lugo, assistant director of the Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence.
The group’s national public education campaign includes women who’ve been affected by harsh Sharia law.
Cynthia Farahat fled Egypt to avoid facing military prison for her human rights work against Islam.
“I’m almost here in America on exile for standing up for basic human rights and basic values under Sharia law,” she said. “I lived under Sharia law all my life. I just came to America six months ago.”
From her experience, Farahat summed up Sharia’s treatment of women as “oppressive” and “violent.”
Lt. Col. Matthew A. Dooley’s Joint Staff Forces College presentation on “A Counter-Jihad Op Design Model” (.pdf) calls for violent measures in a war against Islam.
The U.S. military taught its future leaders that a “total war” against the world’s 1.4 billion Muslims would be necessary to protect America from Islamic terrorists, according to documents obtained by Danger Room. Among the options considered for that conflict: using the lessons of “Hiroshima” to wipe out whole cities at once, targeting the “civilian population wherever necessary.”
The course, first reported by Danger Room last month and held at the Defense Department’s Joint Forces Staff College, has since been canceled by the Pentagon brass. It’s only now, however, that the details of the class have come to light. Danger Room received hundreds of pages of course material and reference documents from a source familiar with the contents of the class.
The chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff recently ordered the entire U.S. military to scour its training material to make sure it doesn’t contain similarly hateful material, a process that is still ongoing. But the officer who delivered the lectures, Army Lt. Col. Matthew A. Dooley, still maintains his position at the Norfolk, Virginia college, pending an investigation. The commanders, lieutenant colonels, captains and colonels who sat in Dooley’s classroom, listening to the inflammatory material week after week, have now moved into higher-level assignments throughout the U.S. military.
For the better part of the last decade, a small cabal of self-anointed counterterrorism experts has been working its way through the U.S. military, intelligence and law enforcement communities, trying to convince whoever it could that America’s real terrorist enemy wasn’t al-Qaida — but the Islamic faith itself. In his course, Dooley brought in these anti-Muslim demagogues as guest lecturers. And he took their argument to its final, ugly conclusion.
“We have now come to understand that there is no such thing as ‘moderate Islam,’” Dooley noted in a July 2011 presentation (.pdf), which concluded with a suggested manifesto to America’s enemies. “It is therefore time for the United States to make our true intentions clear. This barbaric ideology will no longer be tolerated. Islam must change or we will facilitate its self-destruction.”

We will be demonstrating against the lack of information that our government gives to the American people concerning the dangers of Islam, against the untrue justification of Islam to the American people, and against statements President Obama has made about Islam which are lies, for example, “Islam has a long history of tolerance”.
We will use the Koran in a physical way to illustrate and emphasize our disgust for the way our government is hiding and appeasing the dangerous, violent religion, that is Islam.
Also at the end of this demonstration, we will be praying for our nation. We refuse to recognize the government’s law that bans U.S. citizens from praying in front of the White House. This is a free country, even our money is printed with the statement, “In God We Trust”. Thomas Jefferson said, “When injustice becomes law, resistance becomes mandatory.”
