The upcoming North American Leaders Summit is a pivotal chance for Americans everywhere to express their grievances with the government. There are a lot of groups out there that are after the same ultimate goals but bicker about the small stuff, thus creating a division among Patriots. This must end immediately. We can worry about the small stuff later when it is safe to do so. Right now we must concentrate on what all the groups agree on, such as protecting American sovereignty, an end to the corruption and getting back to the Constitution. Divided we cannot stand.

America used to be viewed as the shining light in the darkness. We can come together and restore that light to the world. It is very dim right now but it is not out. I have also drawn upon a detailed discussion of impeachment in the Yale Law Review and an annotated Constitution that traces applications of the impeachment provisions in courtroom cases over two centuries.
On April 21-22 st there will be a protest in New Orleans consisting of Patriots from several states, in opposition to the establishment of a North American Union ( NAU) and the Security Prosperity Partnership (SPP).

Despite running as a Democrat in a strongly Republican district, Adame has the sort of military past that is appreciated in these parts. “I am a retired United States Marine,” he tells me. “I’m a Vietnam veteran. I spent nine months in Kuwait right after we kicked Saddam out, helping to rebuild the Kuwaiti air force. I spent four years in Egypt with Kaman Aerospace”—a military contractor—”as their logistics leader in that country.” More recently, he spent three years in Iraq working on reconstruction projects, ultimately rising to a senior position with the State Department’s National Coordination Team in Baghdad, where he oversaw the work of roughly ten Provincial Reconstruction Teams. Two of his sons have served in the U.S. Army in Iraq—one was seriously wounded in an IED attack and is still undergoing reconstructive surgeries; the other is currently on his second 15-month tour, stationed in Tikrit.Yet Adame’s recent public criticism of the private security industry’s role in Iraq has caused him to become the target of a political attack from Blackwater. It all began in mid-January when Adame participated in a live question-and-answer forum on a North Carolina progressive blog called BlueNC. “People were writing in, and I was answering the questions,” he says. “It just so happened that the first one was about Blackwater.” He didn’t mince words. “There is no place in the American force structure, or in American culture for mercenaries,” he wrote on the blog. “They are guns for hire; No more, no less… Private Armies represent the very things we despise as a people. AN investigation into the illicit sale of American nuclear secrets was compromised by a senior official in the State Department, a former FBI employee has claimed.
The official is said to have tipped off a foreign contact about a bogus CIA company used to investigate the sale of nuclear secrets.
The firm, Brewster Jennings & Associates, was a front for Valerie Plame, the former CIA agent. Her public outing two years later in 2003 by White House officials became a cause célèbre.
The claims that a State Department official blew the investigation into a nuclear smuggling ring have been made by Sibel Edmonds, 38, a former Turkish language translator in the FBI’s Washington field office.
Sibel Edmonds is the most gagged person in US history. The government has repeatedly invoked the State Secrets Privilege in her case - not for reasons of ‘national security’ but to hide ongoing criminal activity. Two American-registered drug planes busted in Mexico carrying four and 5.5 tons of cocaine are just the “tip of the iceberg” in a blockbuster aviation deal which sent 50 American-registered aircraft to the Sinaloa Cartel, the MadCowMorningNews has learned.
According to an indictment released over the holidays by Mexico’s Atty. General, Pedro Alfonso Alatorre, already indicted as the cartel’s chief financier, purchased the DC9 (N900SA) airliner, the Gulfstream II business jet (N987SA), and 48 other planes not yet identified for Mexico’s Sinaloa Cartel with laundered drug money, using a company he controls which owns currency exchanges at major airports in Mexico.
News of a 50-plane fleet of drug smuggling aircraft being sold to a Mexican Cartel by mysteriously unnamed American owners confirms rumors of a mushrooming scandal, one which may eventually implicate top officials in the U.S., Mexico, and Colombia.
The president of Mexico will visit the U.S. and will present to the Mexican communities (in the U.S.) an active strategy in defense of their rights.
Finally, after more than a year in office, the president of Mexico Felipe Calderon will travel for the first time (as president) to the United States. He will come bearing a proposed strategy to actively defend the rights of Mexicans in the U.S.
From the 13th to the 15th of February he will go to New York, Los Angeles, Boston and Chicago. The agenda will focus on meetings with community leaders of immigrants, to whom the president will present his strategy. Also meetings with U.S. legislators are planned, to analyze the possibilities of launching a new migratory reform initiative.

U.S. MILITARY CIVIL DISTURBANCE PLANNING: THE WAR AT HOME! By Frank Morales
Under the heading of “civil disturbance planning”,
the U.S. military is training troops and police to suppress democratic opposition in America. The master plan, Department of Defense Civil Disturbance Plan 55-2, is code-named, “Operation Garden Plot”. Originated in 1968, the “operational plan” has been updated over the last three decades, most recently in 1991. The plan was activated during the Los Angeles “riots” of 1992, and more than likely during the recent anti-WTO “Battle in Seattle.”
Current U.S. military preparations for suppressing domestic civil disturbance, including the training of National Guard troops and police, are part of a long history of American “internal security” measures dating back to the first American Revolution. Generally, these measures have sought to thwart the aims of social justice movements, embodying the concept that within the civilian body politic lurks an enemy that one day the military might have to fight, or at least be ordered to fight.
Equipped with flexible “military operations in urban terrain” and “operations other than war” doctrine, lethal and “less-than-lethal” high-tech weaponry, US “armed forces” and “elite” militarized police units are being trained to eradicate “disorder”, “disturbance” and “civil disobedience” in America. Further, it may very well be that police/military “civil disturbance” planning is the animating force and the overarching logic behind the incredible nationwide growth of police paramilitary units, a growth which coincidentally mirrors rising levels of police violence directed at the American people, particularly “non-white” poor and working people.

Good news! The bombshell report on the front page of London’s Sunday Times on charges made by former FBI translator Sibel Edmonds, has finally led to press coverage by the mainstream media!
From one side of the globe to the other, as expected, the explosive whistleblower allegations concerning highly-placed, well-known U.S. officials in the Departments of State and Defense involved in an illicit, for-profit scheme to develop and protect a network of spies, who then stole and sold American nuclear secrets to the international black markets via Turkey, Israel and Pakistan, is now worldwide news!

Whistleblower effectively gagged by FBI RAW STORY
In what his attorney is calling censorship, an FBI whistleblower is being severely limited on what he is allowed to share with an audience at an upcoming trade meeting.
Bassem Youssef, the highest ranking Arab-American FBI agent, is scheduled to speak to the ALA on January 12. After receiving a warning on January 3, Youssef decided, on the advice of his attorney, to no longer give the originally planned presentation on what he calls “critical failures within the FBI’s counterterrorism program,” said to undermine not only Americans’ basic constitutional rights, but counterterrorism efforts as well. Instead, he will answer prepared questions from audience members.
The FBI, between its original clearance in October of 2007 and its recent warning, had become displeased with the contents of an ALA press release dated December 20, 2007, which detailed the planned speech.
Says attorney Stephen M. Kohn, “The FBI does not want the general public to know the contents of the censorship provisions it unconstitutionally demands that its agents follow.”
As the Wall Street Journalreports, Youssef sued the FBI in 2003 alleging discrimination, career sabotage and retaliation, which internal investigations have at least partially substantiated. In the case of Youssef’s speech to the American Library Assocation, the FBI stated that it sought to “balance the speech rights of employees with the need to protect classified and sensitive information.”
The FBI, according to Youssef and Kohn, provided Youssef with a list of requirements, not previously published, by which he would be bound. “Although I understand the document contains no confidential information,” says Kohn in a letter to the ALA, “the FBI does not want the general public to know the contents of the censorship provisions it unconstitutionally demands that its agents follow.”
North Vietnamese made hoax calls to get the US military to bomb its own units during the Vietnam War, according to declassified information that also confirmed US officials faked an incident to escalate the war.
The report was released by the National Security Agency, responsible for much of the United States’ codebreaking and eavesdropping work, in response to a “mandatory declassification” request, the Federation of American Scientists (FAS) said Monday.
From the first intercepted cable — a 1945 message from Vietnamese leader Ho Chi Minh to his Russian counterpart Joseph Stalin — to the final evacuation of US spies from Saigon, the 500-page report retold Vietnam War history from the perspective of “signals intelligence,” the group said in a statement.
During the war, North Vietnamese intelligence units sometimes succeeded in penetrating US communications systems, and they could monitor American message traffic from within, according to the report “Spartans in Darkness.”
On several occasions “the communists were able, by communicating on Allied radio nets, to call in Allied artillery or air strikes on American units,” it said.
“That’s something I have never heard before,” Steven Aftergood, director of the FAS project on government secrecy, told AFP.
But he said that probably the “most historically significant feature” of the declassified report was the retelling of the 1964 Gulf of Tonkin incident.
That was a reported North Vietnamese attack on American destroyers that helped lead to president Lyndon Johnson’s sharp escalation of American forces in Vietnam.
The author of the report “demonstrates that not only is it not true, as (then US) secretary of defense Robert McNamara told Congress, that the evidence of an attack was ‘unimpeachable,’ but that to the contrary, a review of the classified signals intelligence proves that ‘no attack happened that night,’” FAS said in a statement.
“What this study demonstrated is that the available intelligence shows that there was no attack. It’s a dramatic reversal of the historical record,” Aftergood said.
“There were previous indications of this but this is the first time we have seen the complete study,” he said.
