THE President of Russia has called on Europe’s leaders to create a new world order that would minimize the role of the United States.
Confident that a row with Europe prompted by Russia’s invasion of Georgia in August was over, Dmitry Medvedev arrived in the French spa town of Evian on Wednesday determined to woo his fellow leaders into creating an anti-US front.
Gone was the kind of wartime rhetoric that saw Mr Medvedev lash out at the West and describe his Georgian counterpart, Mikheil Saakashvili, as a “lunatic”. Instead Mr Medvedev spoke of a Russia that was “absolutely not interested in confrontation”, and outlined plans for a new security pact to ban the use of force in Europe.
Yet there was little doubt that Mr Medvedev was playing the divide-and-rule tactics of Vladimir Putin, his predecessor and now Prime Minister, by seeking to pit the US against its European allies.
In a speech delivered to European leaders at a conference hosted by the French President, Nicolas Sarkozy, to discuss the international financial crisis, Mr Medvedev sought to show that the US was at the root of all the world’s problems. He blamed Washington’s “economic egotism” for the world’s financial woes and then accused the Bush Administration of taking Europe to the brink of a new cold war by pursuing a deliberately divisive foreign policy.
He also maintained that the US was once again trying to return to a policy of containing Russia.
“After toppling the Taliban regime in Afghanistan, the United States started a series of unilateral actions,” Mr Medvedev said.
“As a result, a trend appeared in international relations towards creating dividing lines. This was in fact the revival of a policy popular in the past and known as containment.”
While he called for a cooling of the noxious rhetoric that had blighted East-West relations over the past two years, Mr Medvedev clearly laid the blame for the deterioration on the US, which he said was again viewing Russia through the prism of the Cold War. “Sovietology, like paranoia, is a very dangerous disease, and it is a pity that part of the US Administration still suffers from it,” he said.
In order to end the “unipolar” model in which the world depended on the US, he proposed creating new financial systems to challenge the dominance of the International Monetary Fund and the World Trade Organisation, both of which had fallen under Washington’s spell.
Attacking the enlargement of NATO, which he said had advanced provocatively towards Russia, he proposed a new European security treaty.
The new European pact would include “a clear affirmation of the inadmissibility of the use of force - or the threat of force - in international relations” and would be built on the principle of the territorial integrity of independent nations.
While Russia has insisted it was not intending to supplant NATO, Mr Medvedev made it clear that the US-dominated alliance was partly responsible for the war in the Caucasus by its failure to rein in Georgian “aggression”.
The Russian President won praise from Mr Sarkozy after he announced that all Russian troops had been withdrawn from buffer zones around Georgia’s rebel enclaves of South Ossetia and Abkhazia before today’s deadline.
Describing his guest as a man who had “kept his word”, Mr Sarkozy immediately declared that talks on an EU-Russia partnership deal, suspended as punishment for Russia’s military operation in Georgia, could resume.

Last week, with the blessing of Bush and most of the U.S. Congress, the robber banker barons threw gasoline onto a bonfire. The financial Mt. Vesuvius hasn’t blown yet, but it will, and what was done last week and most likely through today, will be horrific. America has crossed the Rubicon.
Rage continues to build across this country with good reason. It was building back in October, 2003, when I wrote my column, It’s All Over Grab the Muskets. Change comes one city, one town, one county at a time. If you don’t try, the bad guys win by default. Great success has come from groups and organizations all over this country on issues like Agenda 21 because all politics are local. We have two levels of government: federal and state. If the states of the Union do not step up to the plate come January and repel the destruction of their sovereignty by the federal machine, they will become nothing more than occupied territories.

KNOW THE COLD HARD FACTS ABOUT FEMA!
We are all on a Red or Blue list somewhere, those on the red list will be woken at 4am and taken to the camps and probably killed.
Red List - These people are the enemies of the NWO. They are the leaders of patriot groups, outspoken ministers, outspoken talk show hosts, community leaders, and even probably NET leaders. These people will be dragged out of their homes at 4:00 am and will be taken to FEMA detention centers and killed. This will take place approximately 2 weeks before martial law is enforced.
Blue List - these are also enemies of the NWO, but are followers of the Red List folks. These people will be rounded up after martial law is in place, and will be taken to the detention centers and ‘re-educated’. Various mind-control techniques will used on them. Most will not survive this. Mr. Springmeier was not specific on exactly who was on the Blue List, but I would guess that people such as you and I are on that list.
Yellow List - these are citizens who know nothing about the NWO and don’t want to know. They are considered to be no threat at all and will be instructed as to how to behave and will most likely do whatever they are told. Unfortunately there are too many of these to be effectively controlled, so many will be killed or starved and many will have their organs harvested.

As he noted in his State of the Union address, the President will be hosting the North American Leaders’ Summit on April 21-22 in New Orleans. This fourth meeting of North American leaders since 2005 will continue our work on Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) initiatives. It will also serve as an opportunity for the three leaders to discuss hemispheric and global issues of importance to North America.
This is a pivotal chance for Americans from across the nation to join together to demand change. For too long corrupt, greedy politicians have taken America down the road to ruin and tyranny. We The People have the right to demand change and when that change does not come, it is every Americans duty to protest the grievances. Our forefathers understood that a despot could and would try to shut down our free society. That is happening now, and it ends now. Everyone, come to New Orleans and demand a return to the rule of law set forth in our constitution. If you can’t come to New Orleans then hold a protest in your hometown.
The media from around the globe will be present at this summit so it is vital that Americans come together in common cause and make our voices heard. Not only will we send a message to the corrupt, greedy politicians but we will let the whole world know that the American People are still in charge. So put down that remote control, pick a banner and get involved. This may very well be the last time we have this big of an opportunity before tyranny strikes.
There are so many things that We The People need to protest. It is clear that changes will not be made until we take a stand. This protest will be like that of Martin Luther King Jr. in the 60’s. Like the issues of those days, changes were not made until the American people united in protest. This is that time for us, now. No matter your issue, this is the time to take a stand for what you believe in. If the founders of this nation knew that 200 years down the road the American People would not take a stand to correct the problems that our corrupted, greedy politicians have created they would be ashamed. Don’t let them down!
There are many people who will be attending and some are going to have differing viewpoints on certain issues but it vitally important to put aside our differences and keep the peace. Calling All Patriots
Hello my fellow Patriots,
The upcoming North American Leaders Summit is a pivotal chance for Americans everywhere to express their grievances with the government. There are a lot of groups out there that are after the same ultimate goals but bicker about the small stuff, thus creating a division among Patriots. This must end immediately. We can worry about the small stuff later when it is safe to do so. Right now we must concentrate on what all the groups agree on, such as protecting American sovereignty, an end to the corruption and getting back to the Constitution. Divided we cannot stand.
This so called summit is an opportunity for everyone to be heard as the eyes of the world will be upon it. We must unite. We can all join in one voice and let these so-called leaders know who is boss. The American People.
Let them know that they can’t erode our sovereignty.
Let them know that we want answers.
Let them know them know that we are Mad As Hell.
America used to be viewed as the shining light in the darkness. We can come together and restore that light to the world. It is very dim right now but it is not out. All it takes to relight America is for the American People to stand up in defiance of tyranny. Tyranny is spread through the barrel of a gun. Liberty is spread by example. Let’s be that example for the world once again.
As a bonus, New Orleans is the perfect place to highlight the failure of FEMA and the Bush Administration and we can help provide some economic relief for the still distressed New Orleans. Snopes’ Says the NAU is ‘false’.–you CANNOT rely on Snopes
A warning . . . you CANNOT rely on Snopes. They may be part of the media that is working to suppress the truth and spread dis-information. Below you will find refutations of the Snopes’ contention that the NAU is ‘false’.
Since you cannot copy and paste from a Snopes’ webpage (deliberate perhaps??) you will have to go to Snopes here: http://www.snopes.com/politics/immigration/nau.asp to see the Snopes’ comments that will be proven false.
For example: The first of the Snopes’ errors is found in the first paragraph under ‘Origins‘ where they state that the three heads of their respective countries: “met in Texas to discuss plans for increased cooperation . . . a dialog to increase security and enhance prosperity among the three countries.”
Thus the FIRST refutation of both Snopes AND the spp.gov propaganda website can be found here. It PROVES that there was a SIGNED AGREEMENT making the SPP a TREATY which, according to our Constitution, requires a 2/3rds approval from the Senate in order to proceed. The President NEVER got that approval and is continuing the SPP without Congressional oversite or approval.

Revealed: British plan to build training camp for Taliban fighters in Afghanistan 04 Feb 2008 Britain planned to build a Taliban training camp for 2,000 fighters in southern Afghanistan, as part of a top-secret deal to make them swap sides, intelligence sources in Kabul have revealed. The plans were discovered on a memory stick seized by Afghan secret police in December. Fears over jury ban in ’secrecy’ inquests 04 Feb 2008 A dispute has broken out over government plans to remove juries from some inquests. Provisions buried in last month’s Counter-Terrorism Bill would also allow home secretaries to replace coroners with their own officers. The measures are designed to avoid sensitive details of secret service activities, phone-taps and surveillance operations falling into the hands of laymen sitting on juries. Critics warned against “dangerous” tinkering with a centuries-old system.

Information Operation Roadmap Part 3 |
|
The Pentagon’s Information Operations Roadmap is blunt about the fact that an internet, with the potential for free speech, is in direct opposition to their goals. The internet needs to be dealt with as if it were an enemy “weapons system”.
The 2003 Pentagon document entitled the Information Operation Roadmap was released to the public after a Freedom of Information Request by the National Security Archive at George Washington University in 2006. A detailed explanation of the major thrust of this document and the significance of information operations or information warfare was described by me here.
Computer Network Attack
From the Information Operation Roadmap:
“When implemented the recommendations of this report will effectively jumpstart a rapid improvement of CNA [Computer Network Attack] capability.” - 7“Enhanced IO [information operations] capabilities for the warfighter, including: … A robust offensive suite of capabilities to include full-range electronic and computer network attack…” [emphasis mine] - 7
Would the Pentagon use its computer network attack capabilities on the Internet?
Fighting the Net
“We Must Fight the Net. DoD [Department of Defense] is building an information-centric force. Networks are increasingly the operational center of gravity, and the Department must be prepared to “fight the net.” ” [emphasis mine] - 6
“DoD’s “Defense in Depth” strategy should operate on the premise that the Department will “fight the net” as it would a weapons system.” [emphasis mine] - 13
It should come as no surprise that the Pentagon would aggressively attack the “information highway” in their attempt to achieve dominance in information warfare. Donald Rumsfeld’s involvement in the Project for a New American Century sheds more light on the need and desire to control information.
PNAC Dominating Cyberspace
The Project for a New American Century (PNAC) was founded in 1997 with many members that later became the nucleus of the George W. Bush administration. The list includes: Jeb Bush, Dick Cheney, I. Lewis Libby, Donald Rumsfeld, and Paul Wolfowitz among many other powerful but less well know names. Their stated purpose was to use a hugely expanded U.S. military to project “American global leadership.” In September of 2000, PNAC published a now infamous document entitled Rebuilding America’s Defences. This document has a very similar theme as the Pentagon’s Information Operations Roadmap which was signed by then Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld.
From Rebuilding America’s Defenses:
“It is now commonly understood that information and other new technologies… are creating a dynamic that may threaten America’s ability to exercise its dominant military power.” [emphasis mine] - 4
“Control of space and cyberspace. Much as control of the high seas - and the protection of international commerce - defined global powers in the past, so will control of the new “international commons” be a key to world power in the future. An America incapable of protecting its interests or that of its allies in space or the “infosphere” will find it difficult to exert global political leadership.” [emphasis mine] - 51
“Although it may take several decades for the process of transformation to unfold, in time, the art of warfare on air, land, and sea will be vastly different than it is today, and “combat” likely will take place in new dimensions: in space, “cyber-space,” and perhaps the world of microbes.” [emphasis mine] - 60

Internet 2
Part of the Information Operation Roadmap’s plans for the internet are to “ensure the graceful degradation of the network rather than its collapse.” (pg 45) This is presented in “defensive” terms, but presumably, it is as exclusively defensive as the Department of Defense.
As far as the Pentagon is concerned the internet is not all bad, after all, it was the Department of Defense through DARPA that gave us the internet in the first place. The internet is useful not only as a business tool but also is excellent for monitoring and tracking users, acclimatizing people to a virtual world, and developing detailed psychological profiles of every user, among many other Pentagon positives. But, one problem with the current internet is the potential for the dissemination of ideas and information not consistent with US government themes and messages, commonly known as free speech. Naturally, since the plan was to completely dominate the “infosphere,” the internet would have to be adjusted or replaced with an upgraded and even more Pentagon friendly successor.
In an article by Paul Joseph Watson of Prison Planet.com, he describes the emergence of Internet 2.
“The development of “Internet 2″ is also designed to create an online caste system whereby the old Internet hubs would be allowed to break down and die, forcing people to use the new taxable, censored and regulated world wide web. If you’re struggling to comprehend exactly what the Internet will look like in five years unless we resist this, just look at China and their latest efforts to completely eliminate dissent and anonymity on the web.”
