Another Meaningless Taser Death: Police Use Of Stun Guns Out Of Control Confused? Distressed? Need Help? Get tasered
The latest taser incident to be captured on film again highlights how fast our society is sleepwalking into a brutal police state where it is the norm for cops to react with extreme physical force and even torture towards anyone who acts out of the ordinary in any way whatsoever.
The video, released Wednesday, shows the brutal tasering and consequent death of Polish immigrant Robert Dziekanski last month at Vancouver airport.
Captured by a member of public, the footage shows the moments before police arrived and murdered Dziekanski by tasering him three or four times.
The film quite clearly reveals that Mr Dziekanski is suffering some sort of anxiety attack in the airport as he is breathing very heavily, sweating profusely and appears to be attempting to barricade himself in an empty area separated by a glass cordon. Clearly the barricade he fashions is not going to stop anyone getting through and appears to be more a cry for help.
Dziekanski at first seems to respond to passers by who attempt to calm him down but he clearly cannot understand what they are saying and becomes more distressed. After throwing a wooden table at the glass cordon and knocking a computer to the floor, the police arrive and within seconds taser Dziekanski sending him flailing to the ground screaming in agony.
The police then surround him and as the officers yell at Dziekanski to stop moving, which is impossible when 50,000 volts of electricity are moving through your body, a voice can be heard yelling “hit him again, hit him again.” The four large officers then jump on top of him, restraining his arms and sitting on his head. One officer appears to strike Dziekanski in the head with a baton.
Eventually Dziekanski stops moving and dies.
Is this in any way justifiable whatsoever?
The video also contradicts the officers’ report which states that the man they encountered was out of control. Police also said even after he was tasered once, he remained combative. But the video shows that after the first shot, Dziekanski fell to the ground and was writhing in agony.
An investigation is ongoing and the official cause of death has not been made public.
The fact that police immediately reach for tasers now in any delicate situation, even a non threatening one, speaks volumes about the society we now live in.
In another disgusting case reported today a man who slipped into a diabetic coma on the top deck of a bus in Leeds, England has described how he was used for electric stun gun “target practice” after he “failed to respond to instructions” and police “mistook him for a suicide bomber”.
Tasers are supposed to be the last response before lethal action, in the last year over 300 people have died in admitted cases in the US alone from being tasered. Every week we post stories of old women, children and disabled people being shot with tasers. The weapons are even being used in schools.
If you electrify any person, they stand a good chance of being killed, even more so if they are a child or an old person, and even more so if you do it three or four times before having a 200 plus pound man sit on the head of the victim.
The heart of the issue is that this was another act of wanton police brutality and torture by means of tasering.
The police are now trained that “pain compliance,” a euphemism for torture, is acceptable in apprehending anyone even if that person poses no physical danger.
In many cases, cops will taser someone even if they offer no resistance whatsoever, simply for the sick enjoyment of the power trip as the victim begs and pleads not to be tortured.
Consider the recent case of UCLA student Mostafa Tabatabainejad (video below) , who was stunned over and over again for refusing to show his ID at a campus library.

Tabatabainejad agreed to leave and was on his way out of the building before cops tasered him and then proceeded to order him to get back on his feet just so they could shock him over and over again as he cried and moaned for them to stop.
Consider also the case of Andrew Meyer, a University of Florida student who was grabbed by cops and tazed after he asked John Kerry a question at a public Q&A.

Police now use the taser as if it is a pair of handcuffs or pepper spray. Consider also the case of a man in Portland who was tasered by police for filming them conducting a warrantless search when in pursuit of a felon running through a neighbour’s property. The police came onto the property in search of someone else and ended up tasering the man that lived there!
What is just as concerning as the volume of cases of taser incidents being caught on camera is the reaction of a mindless selection of society, brainwashed by the media, that enjoy watching the videos online and like to see thuggish police inflict unnecessary pain, suffering and death. The incidents are so commonplace now that onlookers call for tazings when they perceive someone to have “stepped out of line”.
The bottom line is that taser use is being abused by police all over the country as cops are trained that torture is a perfectly acceptable response to somebody who acts out of the ordinary, asks the wrong question or refuses to show their papers

Recently uncovered video of a disabled British Columbia man being shocked with a taser by a Royal Canadian Mounted Police officer has sparked controversy and once again brought the use of such weapons into the limelight.

An epidemic of violence and harassment is sweeping the country. Police are being trained that the general public are the enemy and that they can engage in outright brutality without recourse.
Taser deaths are skyrocketing because the police have been ordered to use “pain compliance”, otherwise known as torture, to subdue and oppress the citizenry. Police are also increasingly completely unaware of the laws they are supposed to enforce and have resolved to invent offences out of thin air as an excuse to harass people. The incidence that landed Terry in jail occured July 07.
Next Wednesday will be the 6th time Terry will have appeared before the judge in the Columbia, SC city courthouse.
The 5th trial was supposed to be a jury trial, AGAIN, yet the Prosecuter’s office fell down on the job AGAIN and there were only FOUR PEOPLE in the JURY POOL while 18 were needed. Hmm….
Before that discovery, the homeowner/prosecuter dropped 2nd charge of disorderly conduct.
They must have figured out the second charge (added at the 5th Jan. trial as punishment for Terry not pleading guilty) was a really bad idea and could land them in deep do-do. Yeah, they have made some mistakes and are trying to manipulate and trick their way out of it.
They have made it hard on him but Terry won’t drop it. And we are behind him all the way. He wants his JURY TRIAL because it is his right.
No sane jury will buy this bungling pile-o-crap by the City of Columbia .
They have tried very hard to make this trial just go away.

A deputy who was videotaped dumping a paralyzed man out of his wheelchair onto a Tampa jailhouse floor turned herself in.
Jail records show Charlette Marshall-Jones was booked into the Orient Road Jail early Saturday morning.
It is the same jail where Marshall-Jones worked. She is accused of tipping 32-year-old Brian Sterner out of his wheelchair. A videotape of the incident has been widely circulated.
The Hillsborough County deputy was charged with one count of felony abuse of a disabled person and released after posting $3,500 bail. An attorney for Marshall-Jones listed in jail records did not immediately return a phone message.
Deputy Charlotte Marshall Jones somehow got it in her head that it was acceptable behavior to dump a paraplegic, Brian Sterner, out of his wheelchair and on to the floor like some kind of animal.

I wonder why police dept.’s are not speaking out about this the silence of police across America is a clear sign of approval for this outrageous act and we as citizens must address the issue of our Law Enforcement rape of our Liberty s. We can no longer stand by and allow those who make and enforce to be allowed to go unchallenged when they get out of line especially when it comes to illegal physical abuse.
They say that the difference between how democracy in Europe has evolved compared to that of the United States is that in Europe the government is afraid of the People whereas in the United States the People are afraid of the government. That’s a dangerous state of affairs and it looks like it’s going to get worse.
It’s not only a matter of who you vote for… it’s a matter of how well informed you are when you do vote… and Americans now are notorious for not being nearly as well informed as the citizens of many other countries are. So in America, we don’t really think that deeply about the range of choices that are or are not available to us. Fatal mistake.

The Lone Protester stood up and protested a contractor (who had hired him for previous roofing work) -LP bid on a copper roofing job - which this contractor gave to an illegal alien roofing crew.
The police arrested the Lone Protester without reading him his rights.
ICE never checked the residency status of the illegals on the roof working - they were free - but the Lone Protester was arrested for hollering “cheap bastard” and spent the night in jail.
He asked for a jury trial. Instead, the court system, twice, has tried to make him plead guilty.
He would not plead guilty and tomorrow, Wed, Jan 23rd, he is finally getting his trial….we hope!

Today, 6 months after I got arrested for protesting being run out of business I am still on the verge of bankruptcy for the same reasons. Nothing has been done, nothing has changed. Strangely enough I met a sheriff’s deputy yesterday from Columbia, SC and had a long talk with him about my case and illegal aliens in our justice system. He is in and out of the court rooms with his cases all the time and has even appeared before the judges I have been in front of in my numerous appearances before our flaunted criminal justice system. He said something that is very striking to me. He said that the usual process in cases dealing with illegal aliens is to try them for the crimes they are charged with, and then on the question of their legality the judge simply asks them if they have jobs and pay taxes and if they say yes then they are given a free pass. There is no question asked like are they paying those taxes with fake social security numbers or did they have fake ID’s or any other crimes that you or I would be slammed for.
He asked me about my case and I explained things from my viewpoint. He was very surprised that I had been arrested and charged and put in jail. And even more surprised that I requested a jury trial. He suggested that I throw myself onto the mercy of the court, explain exactly why I called someone a bad word and hope for the best. But I am too hardheaded. I am in the right and the law is supposed to be on my side. At one time in this nation’s history the justice system would have come down hard on the criminals that are employing illegal aliens and running small companies like mine out of business. Trades and businesses that we have spent our lives at. It was tradesmen like us that built this country into what it is now and not people that sneak across our borders like a thieves in the night. It was businesses like mine that made the Liberty ships, the aircraft carriers, the World Trade Center, computers, Apollo rockets, the Hoover Dam and about a hundred million other things and not illegal aliens. America is what it is because of Americans and not illegal aliens.
Just this past Saturday a news article came out with a quote from an illegal alien in the construction industry in Columbia. Read it herehttp://www.guardian.co.uk/uselections08/story/0,,2242803,00.html. The reporters writing it do not have a clue in the subject they are discussing. Ignacio, whom they are interviewing says that the illegals do all the construction work but don’t get any appreciation from us. Ignacio says that he works hard, sunup to sundown, 6 days a week, makes only 400 dollars per week and nobody likes him. Well, boo freaking hoo my man, be grateful you got that, and be grateful that you are not an American in the construction industry these days. Like me for instance, this past week, instead of working sunup to sundown and daylight to dark I didn’t work one damn day, thanks to you! And I made a grand total of 300 dollars this week for work I did last week. No, this week I had to sit on my ass every day, and go out driving around and look for some jobs that you and your compadres haven’t stolen like the one where you make 400 dollars a week at. And the thing is I didn’t find any. Nowhere in that article by the way are there quotes from any South Carolina small businessmen. Only the people that everybody is supposed to feel sorry for. The people that aren’t supposed to be here in the first place. Nobody is interested in hearing the stories of tens of thousands of South Carolinians being displaced from their jobs and businesses. All the articles I read in my local newspapers are about the plight of criminal lawbreakers and their employers and not the ones like me.

You may become subject to a bureaucratic system and be prepared to stay one step ahead of it which is easy to do if you are prepared and in a position to be self reliant. You may also face mob rule, chaos, panic, or a complete breakdown in law and order. Surival situations may be easier to handle in rural areas than urban.
Avoid areas of marital law. Can be imposed due to natural disasters or man caused events. Important to have a retreat or place in a rural area away from populated areas.
Create alliances with like minded neighbors or community members that share your views. Team work and numbers may help your situation.
Become transparent in the sense that you do not draw attention to yourself or your family. For instance, do not tell people that you are storing food just store food. Be prepared to render assistance to neighbors if need be. You never know when you will need them.
Remain calm! Do not panic.
Avoid areas of civil unrest if possible. If caught in civil unrest take appropriate action.
Get informed and stay informed. Understand martial law can be a temporary crisis or an extended one. In extreme cases the shape of a whole nation can change.
Declaration of martial law means your rights are suspended and it is government by decree. Your constitutional rights may no longer apply. This could mean a state of National Emergency.
People can be arrested and imprisoned indefinitely without charges.
Freedom of speech and freedom of assembly can be suspended, and censorship of the media imposed.
Gun ownership will also come under severe attack during marital law. We could see house to house searches by the military or National Guard looking for guns and seizing any they find along with stored food.
Take a stand on issues and make a choice that fits your beliefs and the situation. Do you believe as Patrick Henry, “Give me liberty or give me death?” Realize you may have some hard choices to make. Understand you may have to sacrifice your principles on trivial matters or take a hard stand. Always remember that you may have to come back and fight another day.

A participant challenged by security inside the Archives, preceded by the last seconds of the guards challenge. The security guards words did not come out well, but the interviews did.
The last leg of John’s Boston to DC march began at Union Station and ended at the Archives, with about 80 people reportedly participating. Probably there would have been more, but many people were still in jail from yesterday’s Gitmo actions.
At the National Archives, the Constitution and First Amendment are on permanent display,yet the exercise of the very rights enshrined in this document are prohibited both by posted signs and by security guards.
It’s one thing to ask that people leave their signs outside, but to exile the rally to the other side of the street, then to demand that people cover up T-shirts referring to impeachment or leave the building is something else altogether. What would they do if someone had a (temporary or otherwise) tattoo on their face demanding impeachment?
Ever since Bush began even RUNNING for President in 2000(and having protesters at his rallies arrested), there has been a campaign in this country to burn the constitution that is supposedly the sole source of their authority. The Archives itself is now part of this, but people there got off lucky compared to those at the 2004 GOP convention arrested for merely being on the same block as protesters, much less those detained at Guantanimo Bay or shipped abroad to be tortured.
Whistleblower effectively gagged by FBI RAW STORY
In what his attorney is calling censorship, an FBI whistleblower is being severely limited on what he is allowed to share with an audience at an upcoming trade meeting.
Bassem Youssef, the highest ranking Arab-American FBI agent, is scheduled to speak to the ALA on January 12. After receiving a warning on January 3, Youssef decided, on the advice of his attorney, to no longer give the originally planned presentation on what he calls “critical failures within the FBI’s counterterrorism program,” said to undermine not only Americans’ basic constitutional rights, but counterterrorism efforts as well. Instead, he will answer prepared questions from audience members.
The FBI, between its original clearance in October of 2007 and its recent warning, had become displeased with the contents of an ALA press release dated December 20, 2007, which detailed the planned speech.
Says attorney Stephen M. Kohn, “The FBI does not want the general public to know the contents of the censorship provisions it unconstitutionally demands that its agents follow.”
As the Wall Street Journalreports, Youssef sued the FBI in 2003 alleging discrimination, career sabotage and retaliation, which internal investigations have at least partially substantiated. In the case of Youssef’s speech to the American Library Assocation, the FBI stated that it sought to “balance the speech rights of employees with the need to protect classified and sensitive information.”
The FBI, according to Youssef and Kohn, provided Youssef with a list of requirements, not previously published, by which he would be bound. “Although I understand the document contains no confidential information,” says Kohn in a letter to the ALA, “the FBI does not want the general public to know the contents of the censorship provisions it unconstitutionally demands that its agents follow.”
No other Federal agency is as hated as the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.
This rogue agency has committed such heinous acts as burning to death over 80 men, women and children at Waco; murdered a Mother holding her baby at Ruby Ridge; killed unarmed home owners at various illegal raids nationwide; destroyed honest gun dealers by illegally confiscating millions of dollars of inventory nationwide, and even lying under oath in court!
The BATF operates outside of the law, acting as the “arm breakers” of the US Government, forcing honest gun dealers out of business on a daily basis and attacking their dissenters on trumped-up charges they generically title “firearms violations”.
Their goal?
NO MORE FIREARM SALES WITHIN THE UNITED STATES TO CIVILIANS!
And they will commit any number of illegal acts to achieve that goal, up to and including murder!
Earlier I had made the announcement that the House of Representatives had rebuked the ATF for shutting down dealers for minor paperwork errors in the 2008 Appropriations Bill. It has been brought to my attention that 2007 Appropriations Bill had similar language: The Committee has heard reports that ATF has pursued license revocations and denials against firearms dealers based on violations that consist largely of recordkeeping errors of various types that are unlikely to impede tracing investigations or prosecution of individuals who use firearms in crime. The Committee encourages ATF to focus its efforts on cases where licensees commit serious, material violation of known legal duties. The Committee urges ATF to examine it’s regulations, forms and recordkeeping requirements to prevent inadvertent violations by licensees. Also consider that in the 2004 OIG report the Department of Justice Inspector General made a similar recommendation to pursue fines and suspensions of dealers rather than just revoking their license.
Recommendation #8: Continue coordinating with the Department of Justice, Office of Legislative Affairs, to gain the authority to suspend or impose civil penalties on FFL’s that violate federal firearms laws.
So why does this agency and it’s Acting Director Michael J. Sullivan continue to ignore Congress and the Office of Inspector General? Why is the BATFE unable to correct the abuses that it commits, to the point that Congress has to do it for them? Mr. Sullivan has clearly shown in his time at the ATF, that he it is not his intention to reform such an agency that has always been known for it’s abusive practices. Instead he is bringing the same style of justice that he displayed at the US Attorney’s office, which US District Court Judge William Young remarked was “a moral code more suited to the alleys of Baghdad than the streets of Boston” and adopting a mindset that“reveals such callous indifference to innocent human life as would gag any fair-minded observer.”
