It seems that Florida state troopers don’t like it when drivers warn others about speed traps.

The Florida Highway patrol is illegally ticketing driver after driver for obeying the law, according to a report from 10 News in Tampa.

That’s what Eric Campbell said happened to him. He said he was pulled over and ticketed for flashing his high beams at oncoming traffic to warn the other drivers of a speed trap. Campbell said the officer ticketed him for “improper flashing of high beams” – a completely constructed offense.

Florida Statue 316.2397 is the legislation Campbell is using to take action against the police. It does not prohibit the flashing of headlights as a means of communications, he said.

If he wins, 10 News says his case alone could end up costing taxpayers $15,000.

Campbell isn’t the only one troopers have targeted. Florida Highway Patrol records show that police cited more than 10,429 drivers under the statute. Campbell’s lawsuit accused patrols of wrongfully applying state law in order to generate revenue.

So how much money are these lawsuits over false citations costing Floridians? If each person illegally cited was awarded $15,000 that would be $156,435,000 in damages. Throw in at least another $1,042,900 in ticket refunds.

Those costs aren’t stopping Campbell from seeking reparations. Really, police should be thanking him for helping slow people down, he says in this video.

Of course the United States Constitution matters. However, it seems that Hillary Clinton and the Washington, D.C. insiders don’t seem to think so because despite being ineligible under the U.S. Constitution, Hillary Clinton is being nominated for Secretary of State!

You see, the Ineligibility Clause (Article 1, Section 6) of the Constitution provides that “No Senator or Representative shall, during the time for which he was elected, be appointed to any civil office under the Authority of the United States, which shall have been created, or the Emoluments whereof shall have been increased during such time.”

And unfortunately for Hillary, a January 2008 Executive Order signed by President Bush (during Hillary Clinton’s current Senate term) increased the salary for Secretary of State, thereby rendering Senator Clinton ineligible for the position.

This provision was designed by our Founding Fathers to protect against corruption. (President Ronald Reagan reportedly did not appoint Senator Orin Hatch to the Supreme Court because of this provision.)

There’s no getting around the Constitution’s Ineligibility Clause. Hillary Clinton is prohibited from serving in the Cabinet until at least 2013, when her current term expires.

And now Hillary is attacking us. Her spokesman smeared us by calling us a “fringe group.” Why? For pointing out that the U.S. Constitution – the supreme law of the land – should be followed by President-elect Barack Obama and Senator Hillary Clinton.

Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi are now trying to do an end run around the Constitution by reducing the salary of Secretary of State to previous levels, but their charade won’t work. We have a unique opportunity to make some real changes come Tuesday, November 4, 2008. This election year is critical to this country and people have been adamant about wanting change, yet they are still aligning themselves with the very culprits that put us in this mess in the first place. With all the House seats and one-third of the Senate seats up for re-election and the Presidential election at hand, there is no time like the present to take charge of our future!

One of the things that just floors me is how little the dedicated people working for these candidates knows about what the candidates support. For instance, I have received calls from and seen canvassers for several of the candidates. They are very friendly people, just trying to lend support the person they think is best in this election. Yet, as volunteers for their candidate of choice, they don’t know key things that, as free US Citizens, they should.

Early in the summer, I received a call from the Clinton campaign. Upon finding out that I had no intention of supporting her, the caller starting asking other questions. So I took the opportunity to let her know that I did political research for a living and while she was telling me one thing I knew it to be different. She seemed unaware of Ms. Clinton’s voting record with regards to our freedoms. Taking the opportunity to inform her about her loss of liberties with regard to the passing, and Ms. Clinton’s support of, the USA PATRIOT Act, she didn’t know what to say. She hung up, however, telling me she would look into it.

Canvassers from the Ron Paul campaign, whom I feel is more highly qualified than our current choice from the Republican Party, stopped by in early summer, as well. I took the opportunity to ask why Dr Paul missed a few very key votes, with regard to our freedoms. This volunteer had no idea what I was talking about. I then informed him that Dr. Paul missed voting for HR 1955, the Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Act of 2007. I don’t care if he misses a vote for whom to name a post office, but this is a key piece of legislation. Since that time, he has also missed voting on another key piece of legislation, HR 6304, the FISA Amendment Act of 2008.

Sunday, November 2nd, someone from the Obama campaign dropped by asking if Obama could count on my support on Tuesday. I said, “Absolutely not!” He looked astounded that I was so firm, so I told him not to worry, I wouldn’t be voting for McCain, either. At this point he looked even more astonished and asked, “So you are not going to vote?” I assured him I planned to vote, just not for a Democrat or a Republican. At this point, I could actually see the “why throw your vote away” question dancing in his head. As we stood there for a moment, I realized he needed some information.

This information is good for all Democrats and Republicans, so I will address those people now. Your candidate does not support you. Your candidate is not looking out for your best interests. If you value your civil liberties, the Constitution and your God-given rights, your candidate does not support you.

The USA PATRIOT Act of 2001 and its Re-Authorization are one of the earliest pieces of nefarious legislation during the Bush administration. The name itself was likely chosen to instill “patriotism.” This legislation either negates or undermines at least 6 of our beloved liberties, including the Free Speech, Privacy and Due Process. It saw librarians being required to turn over records of their patrons, without their knowledge, at the request of the FBI. It saw the implementation of the reprehensible Sneak and Peak provision, the loss our right to due process if we are even THOUGHT to be a terrorist, said “terrorists” can be held indefinitely without the chance to contact a lawyer or the opportunity to face our accuser. In addition, being held indefinitely would certainly fall under the category of unusual punishment, to be sure, depriving us of our 13th Amendment rights, as well!

Yet, with all of that, our Democratic and Republican hopefuls for President voted FOR this legislation and against our liberty. (Technically, Obama wasn’t in office for the first one but voted for its re-authorization. McCain and Biden voted for it both times!) These people do not represent you!

While Obama says he will bring the troops home, he voted for several emergency appropriations bills, keeping our troops in Iraq. This war is not even legal, as Congress never declared it a war (and the President cannot declare war!), yet we are pouring billions and billions of dollars into this wicked black hole and losing good men and women in a “war” that we clearly should not have started. We know McCain supports the war, as he says it at every turn. Yet people across the nation are ready to end this atrocity and bring the troops home. Are the candidates listening? These people do not represent you!

What about Posse Comitatus? HR 5122, The John Warner National Defense Authorization Act of 2007, gave government the authority to use, for the first time since the Reconstruction, our military as police and peacekeepers. They did so in the Katrina disaster in New Orleans. While that part of the bill is said to have been rescinded with the passage of HR 4986, one has to wonder what is NorthCom doing with the Army’s 3rd Infantry, First Brigade Combat Team at its command? Has Posse Comitatus really been rescinded? It certainly doesn’t appear so? And, both Obama and McCain voted for this legislation, along with Biden. These people do not represent you!

What about Torture? Do you favor water boarding or some of the other disturbing techniques used to torture foreign captives for information? Title X of HR 2863, an appropriations bill, states that while in US custody, no one will be subjected to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment and that the no punishment will be used that is not specifically outlined by the U.S. Army Field Manual on Intelligence Interrogation. Only problem there is that the Field manual used to be an open book…literally. It was rewritten in some time before December 2005, and since that time 10 pages have been classified, giving us no way to know just what the DoD considers torture. With this in mind, Obama, McCain and Biden voted for this bill. Again I ask, are you in favor of water boarding? These people do not represent you!

The FISA Amendments Act of 2008 saw sitting Congressman and women, Obama included, blatantly vote against the Constitution and their Oaths of Office and for a piece of legislation that strips US Citizens of their right to privacy. This bill gives retroactive immunity to the Telecommunications companies involved in illegally wiretapping US Citizens on American soil. There were laws in place from which any US spy agency could legally obtain what they needed, but Bush wanted to circumvent the law, and our congress let him and the telecoms off the hook. Feingold fought hard against this legislation, and in the end, stated that the passage was a shame, but the only way to turn it all around would be to vote for a Democrat for President. Perhaps Feingold missed that his parties Presidential hopeful, Obama, voted for this bill. McCain did not vote. These people do not represent you!

Finally, we have the nasty piece of Bush/Paulson legislation, HR 1424, known “endearingly” and the Bailout Legislation, but formally entitled the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008. Our Congress voted to bail out Wall Street, not you and me, Wall Street. They did not vote to aid us in our struggle to pay our mortgages or our gasoline bills or even help us put food on the table. They voted to gouge the taxpayers to help out Wall Street, with the taxpayers screaming at the top of their lungs, “hell no!” they still voted for this wicked little $700 Billion and growing piece of nonsense. And, yes, Obama, McCain and Biden all voted for this. These people do not represent you!

It is extremely apparent that these gentlemen do not care about what is best for this nation’s citizens. Our Country was founded as a Constitutional Republic for a reason. So that we do not make judgments or laws that hold us down and strip us of our freedoms, so that we will follow the rule of law in our Supreme Law, The Constitution of the United States of America, and not be governed by emotion or mob rule, so that every one of us has an equal chance. Yet, as we can see, this government, along with the Republicans and Democrats have, little by little, stripped us of what we should hold dear!

It is time we send a clear message to Washington DC and the political garbage that resides there. GET OUT! Now will be the best time to make that change. ALL House of Representative seats are up for election, as well as one-third of the Senate, and the Presidency. You want change? Vote for change you can believe in, which clearly does not include a Democrat or Republican! This is our best opportunity to clean house and start with new blood! You better take it while you still can!

The owner of a firm that the California Republican Party hired to register tens of thousands of voters this year was arrested in Ontario late last night on suspicion of voter registration fraud. State and local investigators allege that Mark Jacoby fraudulently registered himself to vote at a childhood California address where he no longer lives so he would appear to meet the legal requirement that signature gatherers be eligible to vote in California.

“Jacoby’s arrest by state investigators and the Ontario Police Department comes after dozens of voters said they were duped into registering as Republicans by his firm, Young Political Majors, or YPM. The voters said YPM tricked them by saying they were signing a petition to toughen penalties against child molesters. The firm was paid $7 to $12 for every Californian it registered as a member of the GOP.

“Several agencies had launched investigations into Jacoby’s activities, including the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office, which issued the warrant for his arrest earlier this month on felony charges of voter registration fraud and perjury.”

Democratic candidate Barack Obama was a member of the socialist New Party during the 1990s, according to new evidence unearthed by web bloggers, receiving the party’s endorsement for his state Senate run in 1996. Reports earlier this summer that Obama was associated with the New Party were vigorously denied by the Obama campaign and the New Party, but researchers examining Internet archives have found New Party documents clearly indicating Obama was a member of the party, received its endorsement, encouraged Party members to work with him in the Illinois statehouse, and signed a contract agreeing to maintain a relationship with the Marxist-led party during his senate term.

The New Party was active in the United States from 1992 to 1998, and was strongly affiliated with Marxist and socialist organizations including the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA). The Party’s Chicago chapter included a large number of Maoist and communist members, and a large number of members of the leftist organizing group ACORN. The New Party practiced electoral fusion, an attempt to make third parties more viable by allowing candidates to run on the tickets of more than one party and “fuse” the votes received on those party lines. For example, a candidate could run as both a Democrat and as a New Party member, and accumulate votes from both entries on the ballot. A handful of US states permit fusion-type ballots (Illinois not among them), and the New Party achieved some success in promoting the campaigns of far-left candidates in liberal areas of the country. The avowed purpose of the New Party was to push the Democratic party to the left and to usher in socialist governance in the United States under a Democratic label.

A 1997 Supreme Court ruling held that there was no right to the fusion mechanism if a state did not permit it, shutting down New Party hopes that the fusion model could be spread through judicial fiat to all 50 states. The party dwindled in significance and although it maintains a web presence, does not appear to be currently active in politics.

There will be considerable wailing from the left about McCarthyism and guilt by association as this story gains circulation and traction. I believe these complaints to be unfounded. It is one thing to smear artistic figures for their perhaps-naive participation in a totalitarian political movement; it is another thing to accurately report on the political affiliations of a candidate for the nation’s highest office. The American people have a right to know what their candidates truly espouse, and we have a right to know the truth about what our candidates have done in their lives before they threw their hat into the ring. It is not illegal to belong to a socialist, even a communist, party in the United States. As part of our political freedoms, we are entitled to believe what we wish, and to work peacefully to have those beliefs enshrined into law. Free marketeers, communists, socialists, classical liberals, protectionists - all are welcome in our free polity to advocate for their beliefs. However, a key element of our electoral system’s integrity is the idea that people must stand up for their beliefs.

It is not acceptable to run for office as a mixed-market liberal while hiding a socialist or communist agenda, though. Is that what Barack Obama is doing? The fact is, we don’t know - because he will not tell us. He has denied or minimized these affiliations with hard-left figures, denied his membership in these Marxist political parties, and denied holding these beliefs. He has refused to discuss his college years, refused to discuss his membership and participation in hard-left groups and his activism on hard-left issues. We are told to ignore the past and to simply trust him on his intentions for the future. I would have a hard time mustering that trust for any political figure; to extend that trust to a figure with a track record of belonging to socialist political groups and lying about that membership would be a dangerous folly.

Will the mainstream media cover what once were allegations but which now appear to be proven facts? It will be difficult for them to justify not covering them, after the extensive coverage of the connections between Todd Palin and the Alaska Independence Party. The New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, and MSNBC, among others, are MSM outlets which devoted considerable ink and pixels to covering the Palin-AIP connection. If the media do not cover this story, conservatives can easily be forgiven for seeing that as another truckload of evidence that many figures in the media are not covering the election, they are working as adjunct staffers for the Obama campaign. If the husband of a vice-presidential candidate’s membership in a political party is news, then it is manifestly and undeniably obvious that the membership of a presidential candidate in a political party is news. Some elements of the MSM have recognized that they must cover these issues; CNN has broken from the herd and begun to report the truth about Obama’s long-time and substantial association with unrepentant domestic terrorist William Ayers.

“I crashed a plane in Corpus Christi Bay one Saturday morning. The engine quit while I was practicing landings…I took a few painkillers and hit the sack to rest my aching back for a few hours….I was out carousing, injured back and all, later that evening.

Controversy has surrounded a series of crashes involving planes piloted by John McCain while serving in the U.S. Navy. In his autobiography, the Republican presidential candidate maintained that a couple of the accidents were caused by engine failure. But an official investigation by the Naval Aviation Safety Center makes clear that the first accident, in March 1960, was caused exclusively by pilot error.

The Facts

During the course of his flying career with the U.S. Navy, John McCain was involved in at least five major mishaps or crashes involving his plane. The most dramatic incidents occurred in 1967. He barely escaped with his life after a missile exploded aboard an aircraft carrier, the USS Forrestal, in July of that year, killing 134 of his fellow crew members. In October, McCain was shot down over Vietnam by a surface-to-air missile.

U.S. Navy records make clear that no blame can be attached to McCain for either of these incidents. McCain was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross on his return from Vietnam and cited for his “superb airmanship” in the abortive raid on the power plant in Hanoi that ended with his capture and imprisonment by the North Vietnamese.

Mystery has surrounded the precise circumstances of the three earlier incidents, and particularly an accident on March 12, 1960, while McCain was still in flight school at Corpus Christi in Texas. The McCain campaign has either ignored or failed to respond to requests by The Washington Post and other news organizations for the release of the candidate’s full military records, which could shed light on the accidents and the pilot’s personal involvement.

The official Navy report into the Corpus Christi accident on March 12, 1960, concludes that the AD-6 Skyraider trainer crashed because McCain failed to “maintain an airspeed above the stall speed.” It attributed the accident to “the preoccupation of the pilot coupled with a power setting too low to maintain level flight.” The single-engine prop plane sank to the bottom of Corpus Christi Bay. McCain was rescued by a helicopter after swimming to the surface.

The accident report excluded a series of other possible factors, including engine failure and disorientation of the pilot due to vertigo. It recorded pilot error as “the sole contributing factor” to the accident. A copy of the report was obtained by The Washington Post from the Democratic National Committee, which conducted research at the Naval Historical Center in Washington. McCain’s responsibility for the accident was first reported by the Los Angeles Times here.

McCain had another accident with a T-2 trainer jet in November 1965, while flying between New York City and Norfolk, Va. The Naval Aviation Safety Center was unable to determine the precise cause of the accident or the degree of pilot error. McCain wrote later that his engine “flamed out” and he had to eject.

In his autobiography, McCain recalls another mishap around December 1961 when “I knocked down some power lines while flying too low over southern Spain. My daredevil clowning had cut off electricity to a great many Spanish homes and created a small international incident.” He landed his Skyraider back on the USS Intrepid after the incident, which does not appear to have triggered a safety investigation.

The Pinocchio Test

McCain’s claim that he crashed into Corpus Christi Bay in December 1960 after his “engine quit” is a considerable stretch. U.S. Navy Safety records make clear that the plane crashed because his power setting was too low and he was failing to pay sufficient attention to his landing pattern.

Constitution Party presidential candidate argues that the $700 billion bailout is bad for taxpayers.

At the time of this writing, the U.S. House and Senate are poised to pass a $700 billion bailout to Wall Street. At the behest of President George W. Bush, the U.S. taxpayers are going to be on the hook for what can only be referred to as the biggest fraud in U.S. history.

Virtually our entire financial system is based on an illusion. We spend more than we earn, we consume more than we produce, we borrow more than we save, and we cling to the fantasy that this can go on forever. The glue that holds this crumbling scheme together is a fiat currency known as the Federal Reserve Note, which was created out of thin air by an international banking cartel called the Federal Reserve.

According to Congressman Ron Paul, in the last three years, the Federal Reserve has created over $4 trillion in new money. The result of all this “money-out-of-thin-air” fraud is never-ending inflation. And the more prices rise, the more the dollar collapses. Folks, this is not sustainable.

Already, Bear Stearns was awarded a $29 billion bailout, followed quickly by the bailout of Freddie and Fannie that will cost the taxpayers up to $200 billion. Then the Fed announced the bailout of AIG to the tune of $85 billion. Mind you, AIG is an enormous global entity with assets totaling more than $1.1 trillion. Moreover, the Feds agreed to pump $180 billion into global money markets. And the Treasury Department promised $50 billion to insure the holdings of money market mutual funds for a year. Now, taxpayers are being asked to provide $700 billion to Wall Street. (I hope readers are aware that, not only will American banks be bailed out, but foreign banks will also be bailed out. Then again, at least half of the Federal Reserve is comprised of foreign banks, anyway.) In other words, the Federal Reserve is preparing to spend upwards of $1 trillion or more. Remember again, this is fiat money, meaning it is money printed out of thin air.

All of this began when the U.S. Congress abrogated its responsibility to maintain sound money principles on behalf of the American people (as required by the Constitution) and created the Federal Reserve. This took place in 1913. The President was Woodrow Wilson. (I strongly encourage readers to buy G. Edward Griffin’s book, The Creature from Jekyll Island.) Since then, the U.S. economy has suffered through one Great Depression and several recessions–all of which have been orchestrated by this international banking cartel. Now, we are facing total economic collapse.

But don’t worry: the international bankers will lose nothing–not even their bonuses. They will maintain their mansions, yachts, private jets, and Swiss bank accounts. No matter how bad it gets on Main Street, the banksters on Wall Street will still have the best of it–President Bush and the Congress will make sure of that. This is one thing Republicans and Democrats can agree on.

America’s founders were rightfully skeptical of granting too much power to bankers. Thomas Jefferson said, “If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issuance of their currency, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all their property until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.”

Jefferson also believed that “banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies; and that the principle of spending money to be paid by posterity, under the name of funding, is but swindling futurity on a large scale.”

Daniel Webster warned, “Of all the contrivances for cheating the laboring classes of mankind, none has been more effectual than that which deludes them with paper money.”

Webster also said, “We are in danger of being overwhelmed with irredeemable paper, mere paper, representing not gold nor silver; no, Sir, representing nothing but broken promises, bad faith, bankrupt corporations, cheated creditors, and a ruined people.”

Our first and greatest President George Washington said, “Paper money has had the effect in your State [Rhode Island] that it ever will have, to ruin commerce–oppress the honest, and open the door to every species of fraud and injustice.”

If George W. Bush, John McCain, or Barack Obama had any honesty and integrity, they would approach the current banking malady in much the same way that President Andrew Jackson did. In discussing the Bank Renewal bill with a delegation of bankers in 1832, Jackson said, “Gentlemen, I have had men watching you for a long time, and I am convinced that you have used the funds of the bank to speculate in the breadstuffs of the country. When you won, you divided the profits amongst you, and when you lost, you charged it to the bank. You tell me that if I take the deposits from the bank and annul its charter, I shall ruin ten thousand families. That may be true, gentlemen, but that is your sin! Should I let you go on, you will ruin fifty thousand families, and that would be my sin! You are a den of vipers and thieves. I intend to rout you out, and by the eternal God, I will rout you out.”

What President Andrew Jackson said to the bankers in 1832 is exactly what an American President should say to these criminal international bankers today. But what George Bush, John McCain, and Barack Obama want to do is provide amnesty for the international bankers, just as they want to provide amnesty for illegal aliens. I say, No amnesty for Wall Street, and no amnesty for illegal aliens, either. Instead of sending these banksters on extended vacations to the Bahamas with millions of taxpayer dollars in their pockets, we should be sending them straight to jail!

The only way to fix this economic mess that the international bankers have created is to return America to sound money principles, as prescribed in the U.S. Constitution. This means dismantling the Federal Reserve and the Internal Revenue Service, overturning the 16th Amendment and the personal income tax, and returning the American monetary system to hard assets: gold and silver. Anything short of this will only delay and worsen the inevitable collapse that has already begun.

Ted Terbolizard, a former Congressional candidate, was found guilty by a jury Wednesday July 16, 2008 of driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content in excess of .08 percent.

Note: Dean Santoro a candidate for State Senate District 35 in Florida was asked about this case by Freedom Fighter Radio involving Ted prior to the guilty verdict. He assured us that Ted Terbolizard was innocent and would be found innocent. Well check-mate Dean your buddy is guilty. In fact Theodore Terbolizard even bragged in videos that his arrest would help his campaign WOW it really did thank God hes not in the race.He was also a host on Ron Paul Radio.

Terbolizard represented himself in a jury trial that started Tuesday. Superior Court Judge Julie McManus presided.

He was sentenced to three years of court probation, four days of work release and a fine of $1,916, according to courthouse staff and Cliff Newell, Nevada County District Attorney.

As part of his probation, McManus also ordered Terbolizard not to drive unless he got a license and was insured. He also cannot drive with any measurable amount of alcohol in his blood.

Terbolizard will have to attend a three-month DUI program for first offenders, Assistant District Attorney Anna Ferguson said.

Terbolizard, of Cedar Ridge, was arrested Feb. 10 by Grass Valley police on suspicion of drunken driving. Police stopped his silver Jeep Cherokee at 1:43 a.m. on Highway 174 at Empire Street, according to police records.

Anyone who has had an adversarial relationship with John McCain will tell you that there are few with less self-control than the senator from Arizona. Many have questioned his ability to maintain a clear head in a time of crisis. For those of us who have seen these sparks of insanity from McCain, we know all too well that what lies beneath is something dark, ominous and certainly not presidential. John McCain makes reference to his service to our great nation by almost daily reminding us of his five and a half year captivity in the Hanoi Hilton. Yet few have been able to look beyond McCain, the POW, to examine his political record, as if it were taboo somehow to be critical of a former prisoner of war. But what about this former prisoner of war and his criticism of the very same people who fought to bring him home from the dark dank cell he likes to remind us about so much? - The POW/MIA Families of those less fortunate than McCain, those who still have yet to be returned to the soil they gave their lives for.

Free republics are not known to have long life expectancies. At the ripe old age of two hundred and thirty-two, America is definitely showing her age. She is long past her prime, and some are predicting her demise. No, some are PLANNING her demise.

Thomas Jefferson and the other founders of this once-great country believed there was a controlling cabal that was crafting America’s servitude. With the assistance of Heaven, they decided to fight those forces. Pastors fought with fiery sermons from the pulpit; newsmen fought with the power of the pen; statesmen fought in the halls of Congress; and merchants fought with the sacrifice of their material gain. Together, they lifted Lady Liberty to her feet and defeated the powers of darkness.

It took the global elite a long time to recover, but they have reemerged with a vengeance. They are now on the precipice of accomplishing what their great granddaddies failed to do: bring the “Liberty or Death” colonists under their power and control.

Sadly, we no longer have the will to resist servitude. Our pulpits are too busy preaching a prosperity gospel; newsmen are in bed with the forces they once disdained; statesmen have been replaced with opportunistic, self-serving politicians; and merchants know no god but money. Hence, it is left to a small–and I mean very small–remnant to sound the clarion call for freedom and independence. Unfortunately, few seem to be listening to their cries.

2010 seems to be a banner year for these designers of despotism. That is the target year for the implementation of the North American Community, which will commercially unite the United States with Canada and Mexico. The global elite suffered a minor setback when the U.S. Senate failed to pass the Bush/McCain/Kennedy/Graham amnesty-for-illegal-aliens bill. But if you think that John Mccain is going to let that bill lie on the floor of defeat, you don’t understand these people. Should McCain become President, He will do everything he can to implement some kind of amnesty law. Barack Obama will do the same. The reason? It is essential to the designers of despotism that our borders be eliminated.

Yes, I am saying it: George W. Bush, John McCain, and Barack Obama are part of the global elite that seeks America’s entrance into an international New World Order. In fact, neither Presidential candidate from the two major parties will offer any resistance to this obstinate and oppressive oligarchy.

Perhaps one day the American people will wake up and realize that they are being led as sheep to the slaughter. I’m just not sure that it will be soon enough, however. 2010 is just around the corner.

There seems to be only one obstacle standing in the way of the globalists: America’s citizens are the most heavily armed people in the world. That fact must surely stick in the throats of the globalists like a chicken bone.

Thank God that America’s founders put the Second Amendment in the Constitution. Without America’s deep-rooted commitment to the right of the people to keep and bear arms, we would have been sold into slavery decades ago.

Without the intellectual understanding of the principles of freedom and the moral resolve to maintain those principles, however, guns, by themselves, will only protect us for so long. In the end, our strength and protection come from God, and not too many people these days seem to be interested in His opinion.

Lady Liberty is walking very gingerly these days, and the path she treads is laden with traps and quicksand. The globalists have their handpicked puppets positioned to take up where The Three Amigos (George Bush I, Bill Clinton, and George Bush II) have left off. The pieces of the puzzle are almost all in place. 2010 just might be the year that Lady Liberty lowers her torch, folds her arms, and falls fast asleep.

For what it is worth, however, I pledge no loyalty to this emerging New World Order. Neither will I let Lady Liberty die without a fight. I will say it again: the battle today is not between conservatives and liberals or Republicans and Democrats. It is a battle between Americans and globalists. And, Ladies and Gentlemen, I am an American!

At 39 months in the doghouse, George W. Bush has surpassed Harry Truman’s record as the postwar president to linger longest without majority public approval.

Bush hasn’t received majority approval for his work in office in ABC News/Washington Post polls since Jan. 16, 2005 three years and three months ago. The previous record was Truman’s during his last 38 months in office.
