It is time to speak plainly for the good citizens and patriots of this nation who believe unbendingly in the Constitution of the United States of America.

Though foreign governments may disarm their subjects, we will not go down that road. We will not disarm and see our freedoms stripped away. The lessons of history are numerous, clear, and bloody. A disarmed population inevitably becomes an enslaved population. A disarmed population is without power, reduced to childlike obedience to-and dependence upon - the organs of a parental state.

A disarmed population will lose-either piecemeal or in one sweeping act - those basic rights for which the citizens of America risked their lives and fortunes over 200 years ago.

We Will Not Disarm. The right to self-protection-the internal directive of every living creature, be it mouse or man is the most fundamental right of all. It is a right that must be exercised against the predators of the streets, against the predators hidden within agencies of law enforcement, and against the most dangerous predators of all - those to be found in government, whose insidious grasping for power is relentless and never-ending.

We Will Not Disarm. Not in the face of robbers, rapists and murderers who prey upon our families and friends. Nor in the face of police and bureau agents who would turn a blind eye to the Constitution, who would betray the birthright of their countrymen; nor in the face of politicians of the lowest order-those who pander to the ignorant, the weak, the fearful, the naive; those indebted to a virulent strain of the rich who insulate themselves from the dangers imposed upon other Americans and then preach disarmament.

An armed citizenry stands as a constant reminder to those in power that, though they may violate our rights temporarily, they will not do so endlessly and without consequence.

BALTIMORE — A mayoral candidate’s plan to reduce violence in Baltimore includes a “bullet tax” that he said will increase the cost of committing a crime.

Otis Rolley said he would, if elected, propose a $1 per bullet tax on all bullet purchases in the city. The idea was part of an overall crime plan he unveiled Tuesday.

Rolley also said, according to I-Team lead investigative reporter Jayne Miller, that he’s willing to touch what Miller called the third rail of Baltimore politics — the police budget.”This is not a revenue enhancement tool,” Rolley said of the tax idea. “It’s a ‘make it difficult for you to buy bullets in the city’ tool.”The bullet tax is part of Rolley’s public safety plan, which includes a change in how the city treats some drug use. He wants to make possession of small amounts of marijuana a summary offense. That would treat the offense more like public drunkenness than a drug crime, Miller reported.

According to “philosopher” and “cognitive scientist” Noam Chomsky, U.S. leaders violated international law in their pursuit and subsequent assassination of Osama bin Laden.  In a piece for Guernica, Chomsky wrote:

It’s increasingly clear that the operation was a planned assassination, multiply violating elementary norms of international law. There appears to have been no attempt to apprehend the unarmed victim, as presumably could have been done by 80 commandos facing virtually no opposition—except, they claim, from his wife, who lunged towards them. In societies that profess some respect for law, suspects are apprehended and brought to fair trial.

Like Michael Moore, Chomsky clearly believes that bin Laden – an “unarmed victim” – deserved a “fair trial.”  Bizarrely, Chomsky identifies Osama and the others who perished alongside him as mere “suspects,” as he claims that the U.S. has never furnished the proper evidence needed to definitively pin the terror attacks on bin Laden and his cohorts.

Chomsky seems to believe that bin Laden’s involvement in Sept. 11 is unsubstantiated, but we’ve known about bin Laden’s fatwa (declaration of war) against America since at least 1996.  And, in a 2004 video release, bin Laden, himself, took credit for his involvement in the attacks.

Her personal aid confirmed to me that Senator Flores did speak with these non English speaking Hispanics, but she told me that Senator Flores did not ask these people if they were here illegally.

FORSYTH — A Branson woman already charged with child abuse for kicking her daughters out of her home faces new charges.

Christie Czajkowski, 37, was arrested in April after a caseworker with the Missouri Division of Family Services informed a deputy with the Taney County Sheriff’s Department that a call had been made regarding two females who were allegedly kicked out of their home and not allowed back inside.

Czajkowski was charged with two counts of child abuse, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of resisting arrest.

She has pleaded not guilty those charges.

Court records show that two additional counts of child abuse were filed in July by Taney County Prosecuting Attorney Jeff Merrell.

In the spring, the futurists at Darpa rethought troop transport. Instead of adding armor or changing the shape to deflect bomb blasts, the agency reasoned, why not let it leap into the sky at the first sign of danger or inconvenience? That’s exactly what Darpa’s “Transformer” project is supposed to be: a mashup of a helicopter, plane and armored truck. And it just came a step closer to reality.

AAI Corporation, a Maryland-based aerospace and defense company, won a $3.05 million contract with Darpa to see if it the technology behind the Transformer can, well, get off the ground, Aviation Week reports. Based on so-called “compound helicopter” technology that the company is developing with Carter Aviation Technologies, the gist is that AAI’s design for the Transformer envisions it to carry four soldiers on the road as a car, but the rotor blades on top allow it to take off vertically into the air. The car’s takeoff functions are supposed to be automated, so soldiers or marines don’t have to be aviators to get it off the ground.

That’s not all. As Danger Room emerita Sharon Weinberger reported in June, it releases DeLorean-like retractable wings, allowing it to fly faster than a conventional helicopter. “Envision a Humvee-like vehicle with wings that fold out from the side and attach just above the rear door,” AAI Vice President Steven Reid told Weinberger. WASHINGTON — The Homeland Security Department plans to test futuristic iris scan technology that stores digital images of people’s eyes in a database and is considered a quicker alternative to fingerprints.

The department will run a two-week test in October of commercially sold iris scanners at a Border Patrol station in McAllen, Texas, where they will be used on illegal immigrants, said Arun Vemury, program manager at the department’s Science and Technology branch.

“The test will help us determine how viable this is for potential (department) use in the future,” Vemury said.

We cannot argue with any part of the Bible any more than we can argue with God himself! God has “laid down precepts that are to be fully obeyed” (Psalm 119:4). If we disobey, we will surely fail (Matthew 7:24-25).
We must make sure that whatever we do in any department of life, including the use of force, conforms to the truth and moral principles of the Bible.

Before we can rightly consider arming and organizing ourselves as a militia, we must consider whether or not doing so is the right thing to do. Later on we will see that we have the historical and constitutional right to form a militia. But ultimately, right and wrong is determined by God’s will, and God’s will is determined from the Bible. Why turn to the Bible to answer our questions about right and wrong?
If you are a Bible believer, you must be committed to following its moral standards. If you do not believe the Bible, you should still know and weigh what it says and use it to justify your actions to Bible believers.
To answer this question we will briefly look at what the Bible says about its own inspiration, inerrant, sufficiency, and authority.

U.S. Reverses Stance On Treaty To Regulate Arms Trade
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The United States reversed policy on Wednesday and said it would back launching talks on a treaty to regulate arms sales as long as the talks operated by consensus, a stance critics said gave every nation a veto.

The decision, announced in a statement released by the U.S. State Department, overturns the position of former President George W. Bush’s administration, which had opposed such a treaty on the grounds that national controls were better.

On Wednesday Obama Took the First Major Step in a Plan to Ban All Firearms in the United States . The Obama administration intends to force gun control and a complete ban on all weapons for US citizens through the signing of international treaties with foreign nations. By signing international treaties on gun control, the Obama administration can use the US State Department to bypass the normal legislative process in Congress. Once the US Government signs these international treaties, all US citizens will be subject to those gun laws created by foreign governments. These are laws that have been developed and promoted by organizations such as the United Nations and individuals such as George Soros and Michael Bloomberg. Could this be an ominous shadow drawing on the end of the United States of America? For years the Federal Government has presumed to be the all-powerful force governing our country, but it just could be that the Federal Government only exists at the pleasure of the state governments and the citizens thereof. States declaring sovereignty sounds like an act of secession and revolution. However the federal government can apparently be dissolved and another one formed anew at the discretion of the states. The existing Federal government may not leave willingly like so many European governments that are replaced routinely and it may engage a military effort with our own soldiers or the likes of a Black Water illegal military invasion to retain total control over us.

United States Federal Government laws are often in violation of the Tenth Amendment, which is perturbing, these events. This is predicated on an earlier provision of the Articles of Confederation, which states that, “Each state retains its sovereignty, freedom, and independence, and every power, jurisdiction, and right, which is not by this Confederation [now Federation] expressly delegated to the United States, in Congress assembled.”

A growing number of states are declaring their sovereignty afforded under the U S Constitution’s Tenth Amendment however the conventional news media are not telling you about what is happening. The State of Washington on Wednesday - 11 February 2009 and most recently, New Hampshire [2009], Montana [2009], Hawaii [2009], Michigan [2009], Missouri [2009], Arizona [2008], Oklahoma [2008], Georgia [1996], and California [1994] all of which have introduced bills and resolutions declaring and reaffirming their sovereignty. Some other states have done this in the past but then let the issue go. Additionally, the states of Colorado, Hawaii, Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Alaska, Kansas, Alabama, Nevada, Maine, and Illinois are considering similar measures. More well may follow, such as Wyoming and Mississippi.

ARLINGTON, Wash. – Senator Maria Cantwell’s office is looking into the case of an elderly Arlington man who has been behind bars in Mexico for two weeks.

His family says Ed Chrisman and his grandson are falsely accused of pornography charges, and now Chrisman’s health is fading.

“You wake up in the middle of the night and you feel guilty for being in a nice warm bed, you feel guilty for eating even,” said Don Chrisman, Ed’s son.

The Chrisman family of Arlington has been tied up in an anxious waiting game – waiting for 88-year-old Ed Chrisman to get out of a Mexican prison.

“You kind of feel numb. You don’t want to get too excited, you don’t want to get down,” said Keith Chrisman, Ed’s grandson.

Ed Chrisman was visiting family in Arizona when on January 8 he crossed into Algodones, Mexico so his grandson Gary could get inexpensive dental work.

But both men were arrested and moved to a federal prison in Mexicali.

The family says the trouble started when grandfather and grandson stopped at a convenience store.

“He wanted to stop and get a soda. He went in there and there were a couple young girls working,” explained Don Chrisman.

The family says Gary Chrisman who had been taking souvenir photos during the trip offered the girls’ mother $25 to take a photo of them, and she agreed.

The two men left the store and were arrested soon after. They are accused of pornography even though both girls were fully dressed.

Don Chrisman says the charges are bogus.

“He grows enough food for everyone in the neighborhood. And he takes it to the local church and the whole church thinks he’s the grandpa of the church. He’s a great person,” he said.

Relatives in Arizona have seen the deplorable conditions behind bars in Mexico. Chrisman’s wife of 63 years just passed away, so the family worries what all of this is doing to his morale and his health.

“He’s just ailing fast. He can’t keep up. He’s 89. He’s not sleeping, he’s sleeping on a metal bed frame,” said Tracy Short, granddaughter.

“We’re obviously worried about my cousin, but my grandfather is probably our greatest worry right now, just to make sure he has his health and can survive this thing,” said Ed Chrisman.

The two are locked up in the Carcel de Mexicali in the state of Baja California Norte.

There has been an outpouring of support for Ed Chrisman and his family from his church and community.

Since 1995, we have repeatedly and respectfully Petitioned the Government for Redress of its violations. We have established an overwhelming and irrefutable historic record of numerous, continuing violations by the Government and its steadfast refusal to justify its behavior or be held accountable in any way. For instance:

In light of the war powers clauses of the Constitution we have an individual Right to a government that does not apply the armed forces of the United States in hostilities overseas without a declaration of war; the invasion of Iraq was unconstitutional.

In light of the money clauses of the constitution the Federal Reserve System is unconstitutional.

We, the people have not authorized the government to give or lend public money or credit to private corporations for definitively private purposes. The Treasury and Fed bailouts are unconstitutional.

We, the people have not authorized the government to create a North American union that would, for all intents and purposes, erase our northern and southern borders. The development of a North American Union is unconstitutional.

In light of the privacy clauses of the constitution, the USA PATRIOT ACT is unconstitutional,

and the developing police state is unconstitutional.

In light of the tax clauses of the constitution, the direct, un-apportioned tax on labor is unconstitutional.

In light of the Second Amendment, federal gun control laws are unconstitutional.

In light of the Second Amendment, the absence of well-regulated state militias is unconstitutional.

In light of the “faithfully execute” clause of the Constitution, the President’s failure to faithfully execute the immigration and naturalization laws is unconstitutional.

In light of the “natural born citizen” clause of the Constitution, it is unconstitutional for Mr. Obama to assume the office of President of the United States, no matter the number of people who voted for him.

In light of the spirit and intent of the Constitution, it is unconstitutional for the Government to conduct elections that do not rely on paper ballots that are hand-marked and hand-counted with results announced and posted at each polling place.

In light of the First Amendment, Government officials are obligated to respond to the People’s Petitions for Redress of Grievances/violations of the Constitution.

When a long train of abuses, usurpation’s and refusals to respond to Petitions for Redress of violations of the Constitution evinces a conspiracy to transition our Constitutional Republic to a pure democracy, or to otherwise strip us of our Liberties and reduce us to serfdom under absolute despotism, it is the right of the People to alter the Government, pro-actively, non-violently and with critical mass.

Since 1995, we have repeatedly and respectfully Petitioned the Government for Redress of these violations of the Constitution. Our Petitions for Redress have been answered only by a conspiracy of silence and repeated injuries. The Government has refused to justify its behavior or be held accountable.

The record is so clear and unambiguous that it leaves no room for questioning it or grasping the full import of its consequences: The servants have taken over the house that our Creator built.

What must a Free People do? What must be deemed the appropriate next step?

Work will continue on I-35, I-69 pieces of original plan of cross-state tollways, railways and utility lines, officials say.

The Trans-Texas Corridor, as a name and as a guiding concept of the state’s transportation future, is dead, Texas Department of Transportation Executive Director Amadeo Saenz told an audience of more than a thousand people Tuesday at an Austin hotel. But Saenz acknowledged that all elements of the original plan, including a tollway twin to Interstate 35, could be built as stand-alone projects if and when they are deemed necessary.

Gov. Rick Perry in 2002 unveiled with great fanfare the corridor plan as an almost $200 billion blueprint for the state’s transportation future and then took withering criticism for it in a tough 2006 re-election race. On Tuesday, he said, “The days of the Trans-Texas Corridor are over.”

Critics of the corridor plan and TxDOT officials differed Tuesday over whether the body is truly cold and what would constitute the death of the proposed network of cross-state tollways, railways and utility lines. Planning and environmental studies of the twin to I-35, which would run from San Antonio to Oklahoma, and of I-69 , from Brownsville to Texarkana, will not stop, officials said. Read More

There are so many things that We The People need to protest. It is clear that changes will not be made until we take a stand. We need protests like that of Martin Luther King Jr. in the 60’s. Like the issues of those days, changes were not made until the American people united in protest. This is that time for us, now. If the founders of this nation knew that 200 years down the road the American People would not take a stand to correct the problems that our corrupted, greedy politicians have created they would be ashamed. There are many people with differing viewpoints on certain issues but it vitally important to put aside our differences and keep the peace and unite under the banner of Freedom. We need to have a date that we all will connect on the same day against our city halls,court houses,Govt facilities,financial institutions and yes even the Church s who refuse to take a stand and finally last but not least the homes of those elected employees who are Raping America of its’ Freedom and selling it out to the Global elite. Chinese bargain hunters are preparing to descend on American cities such as Los Angeles and San Francisco, where homeowners have suffered some of the steepest price falls in the US.

SouFun, the biggest real estate website in China, is organising a trip next month to look at properties in California and possibly Nevada.
